We found the property to be in a great area of Tucson away from the congestion of the city but close to restaurants and stores. It is also just a few minutes from the major natural attractions in the eastern, quite part of the city including Sabina Canyon, the My. Lemon highway , and the eastern section of the National park. The rental was immaculately clean and well ordered and the owner responsive and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Casita to any party wishing to visit Tucson and wanting to avoid the hotel experience particularly if you want to experience the desert parks on the east side of the city.

We enjoyed our stay! We are retired and wanted to check out the cycling in Tucson. The condo is on the route to Mount Lemon and close to the 100-mile bike path.
There are lots of good restaurants and other things to do.
We will go back again and stay longer.

Enjoyed staying at this spacious, private and well stocked studio. Conveiently located in NE Tuscon with most major parks, monuments and other sites within 15 to 45 minute drive. Recommend as an affordable option to see the sights in southern Arizona and enjoy the weather.

Very private, cozy and convenient to outdoor activities such as Sabino Canyon, Saguaro NP and Mt Lemmon. Very close to stores and restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future. Only downside is it can be hard to find the property, especially at night.

This was our first time visiting Tucson. We did a lot of sightseeing and the location was perfect. The house had everything we needed and inside parking was an added bonus!

The property was tucked away from the road and was surrounded by mature cacti and desert shrubs. Everything was well-maintained and tidy, with a pleasing appearance. inside, we had all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The furniture was comfortable, the garage spacious and quiet (door.) Instructions were very clear. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Reserved for my father because there was no more room at our inn (aka house). Clean, very quiet, convenient to restaurants shops etc, comfortable. Easy access to NE side of town, where there are basically no hotels and just a few bed and breakfasts. Worked out great!

This was my mother's second stay at this studio. She has rented several guest properties when she has visited us and this is her favorite. The location is perfect, the accommodations very comfortable, and the atmosphere quiet. She will be back again! Thank you, Wanda!

The studio was super clean! Everything that we needed was there. Location was excellent. There was even a parking space had we rented a car. Looking forward to booking this site again!

Location, location, location!
Wow! The pictures don’t do this property justice. When we pulled into the driveway we both giggled like kids! The exterior is beautiful and has mountain views all around. The landscaping is gorgeous with its huge saguaro cactus.
The interior is very nice and much bigger than expected. Everything we needed was provided and high quality. Loved the comfy sheets and comforter. Wanda even provided us with chips, cookies, fruit, and chilled sparkling cider!
We ended up needing to stay an extra two nights due to our flight being canceled. I texted Wanda and she quickly replied that it was available for us and worked her magic with the VRBO website to get us re-booked for the additional two nights.
When we pulled up to the property for the additional nights, we were excited to be coming back because it really is that nice. Besides being a super nice property, we got our own parking spot in the garage so we didn’t even have to use a key. Just punch in the garage door code and head out to the many beautiful sites that Tucson has to offer.
Wanda was very quick to respond to all my texts and made both the booking and the stay a breeze. I highly recommend Wanda’s place for a couple’s getaway!

Private Retreat
Very nice visit. It is out of town and very private but short drive to any Tucson location needed. Especially great parking arrangement that is inside garage attached to efficiency.. room was large open with plenty of natural lighting. Wanda was a wonderful host. Providing privacy but was immediate to answer questions or needs. (I mentioned having a guitar and she even had a guitar stand in the room when i arrived.) Wildlife and views are the best you will find, yet near the main road and attached to private home in very nice area so there were no security or safety concerns. Do not expect over the top luxury appointments but the suite was arranged throughout with high quality items, plenty of base item needs and toiletries and the decor made you feel like home. I will recommend to family and friends.

This was comfortable and lovely experience.
Everything we needed was provided. Our host, Wanda was helpful and thoughtful of things we might need in the apt. The location was beautiful and not far from enjoyable hiking at the Sabino Canyon and the Saguaro parks. We found the drive into downtown Tucson to be longer than we’d expected, but very easy driving. My husband and I found the apt to be just right for us.
Thank you, Wanda!

Attractive setting. Would suggest a microwave, better lighting, and easier way to enter and exit.

Perfect location to explore East Tucson
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at CasaLina. It is an efficiency apartment with all the items you need to provide breakfast, lunch and a light dinner. We ate out 3 of the 5 nights we were there. Wanda communicated with us before during and after our stay and was available to help with any needs we had. The toaster oven malfunctioned the 2nd evening and she immediately replaced it when we let her know. We had our own place to park our car in her garage. At night we could hear the coyotes and in the morning the birds. We hiked in Sabino Canyon one day, and another in East
Saguaro National Park both easily accessible to the VRBO. Getting into town is easy as well although we used our car for all our trips. Casalina was well worth the price we paid and we would stay there again.

Relaxing studio in the Desert!
This is a large, comfortable studio that we throughly enjoyed. It was close to all of our activities with beautiful desert surroundings. We kept the windows open at night to listen to the coyotes! We will be back!
