Great place and very private. Plenty of room for everyone. Host was great to communicate with about arrival and anything we needed during our stay. I hope we can do it again!

Lovely House away from the busy Football crowds but close enough to get back and forth. Enjoyed the fire pit out back in the evenings. Host was super helpful and acommodating. We will be back for sure.

This is the first annual golf trip to the Robert Trent Jones Trail Grand National golf course. The property was perfect for us, excellent communication from the property owner, Mitch White, and everyone had an amazing time. We will be returning!

Property was perfect for our 2 families. There for graduation weekend with a group of 10. Space was roomy with great outdoor area for socializing and 2 dogs to roam a little. Beds were comfortable, place was clean. Mitch, the owner, was easy to work with. We would definitely return!

We used this home for our annual football trip. There were 7 of us with plenty of places to sleep. We really enjoyed the history of the home and the comfortable gathering places to eat and watch sports on the TV. Highly recommend this historic home!

My review
Ants were all over the inside and outside of property. Upstairs air was slow to cool. Garbage disposal slow to drain, and microwave stopped working.

Fantastic historical mansion
Awesome front gate and impressive drive up to the house. Large lawn surrounded by acres. Beautifully furnished. The sleeper sofas were name-brand top-of-the-line and very comfortable. The house is fully decorated and crammed with nice furniture and places to sit. Owner was very nice. communicative, and helpful via phone, email, and text. Lots of historical information re the house was on display - museum like. Very fun house with games, working fireplaces, and great views. The house was especially well built - the upstairs floors didn’t creak start all! Very solid. The only downside was the satellite internet was understandably slow. The live football games came through great but maybe download any movies you want to watch ahead of time. Cell phones have okay coverage. Lots of nice clean extra sheets and blankets. Very memorable experience.

Very nice very old house
We had a good stay! The house was large and had plenty of space for different activities, and the kitchen was large enough to cook several family meals.
There were wasps in the master bedroom, and I wish that there had been curtains or something of the sort over the glass doors in the guest house for privacy, but other than that it was very nice.

Golf and AU football weekend
Great house for our group. Everything was as described and worked. Owner checked in via text a few times to make sure all was well. Spacious rooms, multiple beds and pullouts, separate guest house and great backyard for hanging out and access to the NFL package was a nice surprise on Sunday. Not a bad drive to Auburn or Grand National for golf.
