Laguna beach is always a great time and just enough away from the craziness that’s panama city beach. This area is super quiet and the people are very respectful and friendly. We have stayed in the area before and love it . We found linda’s cozy duplex b and it was just an easy few minute walk to the beach. Linda’s duplex has some nice privacy , it’s tucked behind some trees and gives a good feel of seclusion. It has a new deck with table and umbrella with 4 chairs . The two decks are attached for duplex a and b but our neighbors never sat on the porch so not a big deal. We got to meet linda and she was such a sweet lady and thanked us a lot for us staying at her property . Just around the corner is thomas’ pizza and cream, great pizza, ice cream and donuts! Carousel supermarket was a great place for groceries and was nicer to shop at than a big box store . The only problem is no laundry but we packed enough that we didn’t have to worry too much about it . We will defiantly be back to linda’s duplex or cottage in the future.

worth the price, not a far walk from the beach

We wanted to be in Laguna Beach, and this little cottage was great for just the two of us.

Stay here for the location. Not right on the beach but still able to see it from the street. Can’t beat the price for the location! We’re not too picky so something bothered us less than maybe other people but here were our Pros/ Cons:
Pros: again location as it was a very short walk to the beach. good price for what you get, pictures of the place match exactly to what it really looks like! Close to Thomas donut/snack shop for breakfast and/or lunch. Also carousel store that has everything and only 5 minute walk if that. Perfect place for 2 people, says sleeps 4 but that would probably be a tight squeeze if it’s all adults. If kids then the couch would be big enough. AC works great. Shower definitely gets hot and has solid water pressure.
Cons: The bathroom was missing the toilet roll holder? The fridge is too cold (guess could be good and bad) but we had some of our drinks freeze. The bed sheets still seemed a little dirty and looked like they just flipped them inside out and said they were clean. Bed caves into the middle so easy to wake up right on top of the other person. The code they sent us in the email didn’t work but then called vacasa and got the right code, the women on the phone was very nice too and they answered quickly. Kinda far from the popular restaurants but could just be the traffic and construction they have going on.
Overall: if you’re looking to just spend some time on the beach and not have to walk very far and not have to spend so much money this is it. This is the chill area, not too many people on the beach so easy to find spots to sit and set up. Place is nothing fancy but not a dump and I would recommend to anyone if they were looking for a beach getaway and not trying to break the bank.

Perfect spot for us. Older neighborhood, no development on water side of 30A. Quiet neighbors.

I loved the beach. Not this rental so much. Pics must be professional because the place is tiny and lacks any comfort aside from being near the ocean. 1 air conditioner floods the floor and the place needs upkeep badly.

The property is about 20mins from the main strip, which was fine with us, since it was just my husband and I. This meant the beach goers on our side were more family focused. Everything was as expected, given the affordable price for a nearly beachfront location in PCB. It wasn’t perfect. It had limited supplies, like a hotel. The issue we had was NO HOT WATER ON THE LAST DAY. I don’t know if the units share a hot water heater or what, but we waited for a few hours to see if it’d start working, but it didn’t. So, we had to take cold showers that morning.

Property as described, close to beach, restaurants and clubs! Thanks so much for a great Spring Break with my daughter and her friend!

It was the perfect size for two. It has very home away from home feel. The beach is five minutes away. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely considering this to be our new vacation spot.

Roaches can be a blessing!
We came for our honeymoon. This wasn't our original room. But the previous one ended up having roaches so Vacasa placed us in this. This place was amazing! It was roomy and cozy and was just a minute walk to the beach. Very private and comfortable place. It was absolutely perfect and definitely made our experience that much better. 10/10 would recommend for a romantic getaway.

It was nice
Place was nice. It is a decent size for 3 or 4. The walk to the beach makes this place. And the beach access was not crowded like at the high rises. No issues with this place. Would stay again.

Great Location
The cottage has a great location. You can walk to the beach. There are way less people on the beach in this area. You are still close to the restaurants and shopping. There are only a few downsides. There is only a window unit in the bedroom. Bring a fan for the living room or a blow up mattress for the bedroom. There’s no dishwasher or washing machine. We used disposable plates and utensils. Overall it’s a great place.

Cozy and close to the beach!
Great location 1/2 block from the beach. No high rise condos in the area, which made for a nice neighborhood feel and plenty of room on the beach. Perfect for two, might be a bit too cozy with more. Nicely decorated, plenty of linens. Glassware was a bit lean. Window unit AC in bedroom kept that space cool, but not as much in the living area. All in all, a very nice place. We would stay there again.

Quick get away
The den area smelled a little of smoke, but it wasn't overwhelming.
Love the quick walk and easy access to the beach.

Great location - poor management
The location was amazing. Really close to the beach. Not in the middle of the major condos. Really enjoyable. We actually met the property owner and she really cares about the property. I am super disappointed in the management of Vacasa. Our electronic door lock ended up dying. We called for access to the backup key which WAS NOT IN THE BOX. We were stranded outside for over 2 hours waiting for a locksmith. I’m 6 months pregnant, we were starving, all of our belongings were inside besides our cell phones. How do you forget the key and not have a master key available? Not saying I will never go back but Vacasa needs to do better.

Laguna
It was very clean and nice neighborhood. I would have to say couch bed needs new mattress. But overall stay it was good and will be back. I believe I have found our little getaway place.

Great location
Only two blocks from the beach & no high rises nearby so beach not over crowded. Unit was aged and small with limited amenities but clean & the bed was very comfortable.

Not clean
We couldn't checkin until 4pm. Once checked in, the linens were used and still on the bed. Trash in trash cans, dirty dishes in sink, hair in tub, and filthy floors. I had to spend $150 to get linens and towels. Internet was not working so I had to use my phone data to stream through the tv. Smelled like cigarettes!! I will not rent here again!

It smelled like cigarettes
The apartment was located close to the beach.

Smelled of cigarettes
The best thing about the apartment was its location. However, it wreaked of cigarettes. We even bought a plug in and tried to air the place out by opening the door. The wall outlets were falling out. The sink was stopped up. The toilet handle was broken. There were spiderwebs all over the patio. I think this may have been one of the worst places I have ever stayed for a weekend. If it was not for Memorial Day weekend, I would have looked for another place to rent.

Feed back of my stay
I like all the room w/TV in the room, towel in the bathroom and Kitchen with appliance. One negative is that the kitchen has leave and dirt on the floor, the living room smell like dog or cat ws in the room.

July 2018-
Great location to the beach! The condo smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Therefore, all our stuff smelled like it. I was told it was a non smoking property.

Very inviting and indeed cozy.
The place has obviously been renovated, very inviting and cozy; it had most of the amenities of a home. It was within walking distance to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. If I could make a few suggestions to the owner, they would be:
Invest in an exterminator (I saw three small roaches), making me reluctant to take my luggage inside.
Make the kitchen more user friendly, there was cookware, plates, glassware and kitchen appliances but; there were no knives, forks or spoons. ( I had to borrow a knife from a family member who was staying at a nearby condo, for cooking purposes.) I invested in plastic eatery which was fine.
Everything else was perfect, my 14 year old grandson's first trip to the beach was a wonderful experience for him.
The grocery store was just a few minutes away as well as restaurants.
I tried to leave the premises as I found it, with the exception of towels and linens.
