Dobra lokalizacja i bardzo pomocna obsługa.
Nie wiele miejsca.

It was very clean and comfortable. The rain shower was incredible. Also very accessible - the train station was only a 6 minute walk and there were 3 convenient stores within the area.
No negatives ☺️

Approx. 10 min walking distance from JR Ryogoku. A small apartment suitable for a family.
The apartment had a kitchen hob so we thought we could cook, but we couldn't. There is a microwave downstairs that can be used to heat food.

Near the river and close to the subway. Bathroom good size.
Noisy, space to sit, can hear people coming and going, echoing due to lay out . If you on the bottom beds be prepared to be woken if anyone moves above you on the other beds.
4.3
Nice cozy rooms. Friendly staff, close location to train. Away from popular cities so not many tourists.

everyone was so welcoming and kind. we do not speak the language well and they were so helpful and kind. the room was amazing and the area was low key and absolutely beautiful.

Very nice hotel. Ceiling over all four beds is low, so beware if you are tall, but this place is nice and quiet with kitchenette and very nice bathroom. Good location at a good price. The nearby park has a fascinating history and was our landmark for car rides to drop us off there.

Quite a quiet place with not many food outlets at night.

Arcsens is 1.7 Kms from the Skytree, about 2.5Kms from the Asakusa area and Senso-ji. It is a good location and the Metro+JR line is approximately 700 meters from the hotel.
It is a small hotel with 9 rooms and reception available from 8 AM to 12 PM. The rooms are approximately 300 sq feet in size. Small kitchen (not utensils except plates and cutlery you can ask for), Refrigerator, a fold out table, and 4 beds arranged in a weird fashion - 2 at bottom and 2 on top. Bathroom is clean and big.
Simply put, if you have a family of more than 4, definitely stay here as it will be cost effective. Otherwise, you can look for another option as the room is a little claustrophobic.
Staff is super helpful and can speak English. They will guide you to all nearby locations and also help book Go/big taxis as needed.
The 4 beds are arranged in a dorm-style with 2 beds on bottom and 2 beds on top. It is claustrophobic. If you have acute claustrophobia, you should definitely reconsider staying at the hotel. It would have been better if they could have arranged 3 beds instead of 4 but without the up/down arrangement.
The washing machine is not in the room. It is on the 5th floor and it costs 400 yen to wash and 200 to dry. Dryer is absolutely useless.

I loved the design, and how despite how cramped the rooms looked like in pictures, it was actually very spacious. It was also sparkling clean, and the concierge were very hospitable.
Not the best location in Tokyo, Shibuya, and shinjiku are around a 40 minute metro ride away. Very close to Akihabara if that’s what you’re into.

The staff were very helpful.

the design was well thought of, ceiling of the sleeping area though was a bit too low though.
there was a time when there was a toilet smell coming out from the bathroom. i dont know if the exhaust was broken or the smell from other toilets are coming in. but it disappeared after a day or two.

Very clean, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Good facilities in bathroom. Well located, close to the subway/walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants
No cups to make coffee/tea

Nice and stylish boutique hotel. The layout of the room we stayed in made it spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Ammenities were clean and modern.
The hotel is about a 10 - 15 min walk from the closest JR station and the area is not central to popular areas (Shinjuku and Shibuya) which after a long day can seem like a trek back.
4.3
Good location, helpful and very kind staff. Bit crowded for five people (needs using sofa) but sufficient if using as a base for sightseeing, e.g. Akiba, Asakusa.

What a beautiful, clean and friendly place. Great for getting around on the metro, well equipped and easily big enough for 3 adults and 2 children.
Can't fault it in any way! Thank you for a lovely stay.
It was all great, only tip would be to include a portable 4g service as lots of other apartments do.

Great cozy place very well located just 20 minutes from Center of town by subway.
Super friendly and nice local restaurants around in the neighbourhood.
Great staff taking very well care of us and being perfect hosts.
We all loved it and will be back fore sure.
Thanks!!!!

Hotel design, ambience, lighting, and hue matches my melancholic personality. Minimal yet elegant. Overall feel is exceptional!
Limited space to lounge and have breakfast.
