We welcome you to come stay at our newly renovated property in Historic Annapolis. We own and manage numerous short term rentals in the city so we know exactly what our guests want and we made sure to deliver with this adorable adults only ( 12 and up please ) pied -a-terre. An upstairs unit with two beds and one bath everything is brand new and used exclusively as a short term rental. . Featuring custom cabinets , apron sinks, gas stove , purple mattresses , a complimentary keurig coffee bar , guest toiletries and free WiFi it's nicer than the best suites at the Marriott or Westin for a quarter of the price ... Not to mention two free parking spots ( local hotels are $25 a night extra for each car ! ) Not that you need to drive anywhere .... We are a quick walk to Main street and even the Navy Stadium . Miss Shirleys, Metropolitan, Sailor oyster bar and all of the hottest restaurants are all literally around the corner. You can also ride the free Annapolis Circulater trolley that does a revolving loop around downtown if you get tired from a full days activities ( or a late
night at McGarveys ) Whether your in town visiting your mid, Navy games , weddings , work, lax game or a much needed couples trip - this property checks all the boxes .
It is an upstairs unit with a completely private entrance up one flight of tall steps . One bedroom has a king with a large closet space and the second bedroom has a king that can be two wins if you message before check in .. Amazing 3 day weekend w my girlfriends! Great location approx 15-20 min walk from wharf/waterfront and Naval academy Good communication w owner, beautiful property, all amenities. Muffins nice bonus at check in! Sad my kids can’t join here as great location when visiting Annapolis! (5&6yo) will gladly visit again w friends!

Nice place. Comfy beds. Kitchen had all we needed for short stay. AC kept it comfortable. Parking beside house for two cars is a plus. Stairs are steep with narrow treads, so be aware if stairs are an issue. Wasn't a problem for us.

We enjoyed our stay - very clean and had everything we needed - including some unexpected yummy muffins! Having safe off street parking was great - considering that is almost unheard of in Annapolis! The bed was very comfortable and we slept well!

This apartment was so cute! It had all of the amenities AND was pet friendly. I love the location at the end of the street - it was nice and quiet but also not a bad walk to food and a really cool vintage store. We ran into a small issue one night with the internet, and Megan got back to me right away and the problem was fixed in about 5 minutes. We would absolutely come back for another trip!

This was a very cute apartment, pretty cosy and small. Had all the amenities that we needed. The front entrance needed a little love, I'm sure wind and weather don't help. Everything worked and there was plenty of information to answer any questions we had. It was clean and orderly, but some of the furnishings were a bit worn, pillows on the couch. But we loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy flat. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well appointed with most cooking staples. The location was ideal for walking to Main St and the historic district (about a mile from the waterfront). Would stay again!

My husband and I had the rare opportunity to get away for a quick weekend in Annapolis. The property was easily accessible to all we wanted to do, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and exploring nearby restaurants. The property was clean and super cute! It was a great place to stay.

This place was conveniently located in an picturesque neighborhood of Annapolis. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The sofas in the living room were more like day beds backed with large cushions, and a bit awkward to get comfy on. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee, tea for morning. There were some great breakfast restaurants within walking distance. We had difficulty getting the key code from the email confirmation into the VRBO app. Fortunately, the communication with the property manager was excellent and were able to access the property. The property is the last one on a dead end street. The property description notes parking spaces, but the one you see when you arrive is for the tenant who resides on the property. The VRBO space is kind of hidden on the other side of the building. Perhaps a sign on the fence at the end of the street would eliminate the confusion.

The place was exactly as the pictures showed. Parking was free and off street. The location was perfect. We parked and didn’t need to drive anywhere the rest of the weekend. There were 4 adults who stayed in the apartment. The size was perfect. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property.

I’m a Naval Academy mom and 58 Madison was a great location for me! Close to DTA, cute decor, great space, 2 bedrooms - second bedroom with twin beds. Enough space for a family of 4. I felt comfortable to go running in the morning too!

This is a nice, little, top floor apartment at the end of a quiet street. Two ample bedrooms with king size beds means there's plenty of space for two couples or a family with kids who can share a bed. The kitchen is small, but serviceable and the owner left a nice treat for us. Walking to downtown is a breeze but there's a shuttle for those who just want to *be there already* that circles the area from a couple blocks beyond this rental all the way to the water.
