Rooms were very clean and had everything you need
Property seemed very well maintained but we arrived late at night and left early morning so didn’t get to take it all in.

Our host was amazing. He was so friendly and accommodating. He organised a taxi for us as we were leaving at 5.00am. There was a lovely garden that he took great pride in. I know some people have commented that it is in the middle of nowhere, but we just wanted somewhere fairly close to the airport for a night. We found the property tranquil and peaceful, which is just what we needed after spending a few days in busy Dubrovnik.
Nothing, really. The pillows were uncomfortable.

It was a great location, very close to the airport. The balcony has a view of the ocean which was lovely. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating to our very late check in and booked our taxi to the airport for us. The beds were small and uncomfortable but okay for a one night stay. The stairs inside were dodgy and small and very hard to get luggage up. It was extremely convenient to have breakfast and coffee provided in the room.
The beds are very small and uncomfortable

The host was very friendly and helpful
Very hot on arrival. Would have been helpful to have AC on ahead of time but to be fair we did not relay our ETA

The location is close to the airport, we spent few hours before our plane but the host is brilliant, met all our requirements also the difficult time of arrival. He made himself available for check-in and arranged for us a taxi to reach the airport. Breakfast simple to be made in the rooms but fine if you’re staying for short time. Room perfectly clean and comfortable.Thank you!

Great location, friendly and accommodating host, beautiful room with view.
Communication / coordination with taxi pick up (didn't know where exactly to meet the driver - it wasn't properly communicated)... but all ended up fine and driver was friendly and great in the end.

The owner was helpful
The neighborhood and dogs barking the whole time - could not even stay out without getting the barking- too bad . The bathroom for 5 was really poor in space

Owner was very accommodating to our very late arrival. He met use at the taxi at 2 AM, due to a late flight. And he helped us manage the taxis to/from the airport which was key. The room was solid, but nothing special. He had some bread and cheese and juice and coffee in our room when we woke up. Nothing special, but served the purpose. Overall, he was helpful, room was OK, and it was close to the airport.
Room was OK, but basic. Served the purpose.

Located, conveniently from the airport. Nice view of the scenery.
To be honest, I really don’t have a negative thing to say.

very hard to drive there.
stiff roads.
hard and dangerous to drive and park a car.
when we parked up hill on the narrow stiff road, a neighbor blocked us from driving out.
took me long time to get around.

Quiet and nice sound of running water outside.
A bit expensive

The hospitality of Mr Sotiris was amazing! It was the second time we visited Artemis Green Hill because we feel just like home! 🙏

The property was good and clean and the host was lovely. He left snacks and bread and condiments for breakfast. I loved the pet tortoises! It’s very close (5 min drive) to beautiful Vravrona beach and the airport is a short taxi ride away
A dog - not sure if owner’s one - started barking for an hour from 4am. When it stopped, the pet canary started at 5. It feels a little lacking in privacy as it’s a shared courtyard with owner but he was friendly m. You need to catch a taxi to the train to get into athens. To make the most of this location you really need a car.

It's a family home hotel. The owner is very friendly and nice. Breakfast is simple. Food is available by ordering from nearby restaurants with free delivery. The owner can also help by calling the restaurants at the beach whose owner will come to pick you up by car and send you back to the hotel.
WiFi signal is not good at the top floor.

We changed flights and needed quick accommodation for the night.
Saturinos was kind enough to accommodate us and keep in touch with our lovely taxi driver, so he could pick us up the following morning. Sadly, this accommodation is good for a night or two, but no more.
Breakfast was wanting.

The room was fine. I had expected something like a hotel but this was a B&B.
The address was problematic for the GPS to find. It did not feel close to the airport and it was difficult to find. Getting away in the morning was also difficult for the GPS.

The owner was very kind and since the flight was during the night, he waited for us and helped us with the luggages. He provided us airport transfer to his property as well. Breakfast was served in the room. He also arranged transfers to the zoo, the shopping mall and to Athens centre. Thanks for your service and assistance.
Nothing at all.

Lovey helpful woman who lives below, big rooms, good views. The location as good for us as we only wanted an overnight sleep not too far from the airport. The taxi is 30 eu, but I think places closer are much more expensive. Good coffee with filter machine which I much prefer to silly pods.
The narrow spiral staircase is difficult with a suitcase but I could store my case at a lower level which was fine for one night but might not suit people staying longer.

Understand that this is a guest house, not unlike an AirBnB. Our hosts were excellent and helpful. The house is quiet. It has a comfortable and soothing patio. The owners live in the building and take pride in it.
It is close to the airport but that is in relative terms (relative to downtown Athens). If you do not have a car, it is 1.2 km (everyone says 700 m., but we paced it off) from the nearest bus stop. The bus into downtown Athens takes about one hour. The bus to the beach, on the other hand is about 20 minutes. If you travel to the guest house from the airport, you will go through some secondary roads. Don't worry. That is the shorter route. The fare is about 25 EU. The guest house will arrange a pickup that costs 30 EU.
