It was perfect!

it was great. Everything we could have wished for if we’d been asked beforehand. Would definitely recommend it.

Quiet location. Lovely house and garden and very comfortable bedroom with everything you could need for your stay. Thoughtful supplies, plenty of storage space and consideration for comfort - extra blankets etc. Exceptional breakfast provided - quality food, some homemade and any requests met. All provided by our lovely host, Jane. it was a pleasure to meet you Jane.

Very welcoming environment; a home from home. Fantastic house, tastefully decorated and very clean. Facilities are what one would expect in a 7 star hotel.

Excellent B & B. Warm welcome. lovely property

The property was in a fantastic location with our room overlooking a lovely garden and country side . Jane the owner met us at the door and was an excellent friendly helpful host. . She showed us to our room and explained in detail all its excellent facilities. Our room was scrupulously clean . This and the breakfast room had a wonderfully quirky friendly feel filled with fascinating pieces from Janes many trips abroad . We had a great breakfast cooked to order made with fresh local produce. This is an excellent property which I fully recommend and look forward to visiting again

A warm welcome, attentive. Very good breakfast service, Jane offered variety and was very accommodating of preferences. Level of cleanliness of room and ensuite, and in general, was excellent. Jane was very helpful and informative about places to visit. Liked the garden view from the dining room which has patio doors.

Would have liked to know that our room/ensuite would be entered for cleaning during our stay, so we could have a choice about if we wanted that extra room service. However this was not a major issue.

Comfortable, homely and spotlessly clean. Jane couldn't do enough to keep us happy, even picking us up from a function when no taxis were available due to the petrol shortage. She definitely went above and beyond the call. Breakfast was superb. In short, I'd recommend Holly House to anyone.

Glad I booked a stay at Holly House and would book to stay here again.

A warm welcome, comfortable room, wonderful location and a great breakfast all served with fresh ground coffee. What more could you ask for! Set in a quiet village but close enough to local amenities to not feel isolated and surrounded by history.

Exceptional

The host Jane was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had to change our check in time on the day which was no problem. Jane greeted us on arrival and offered refreshments. The breakfast was lovely with a very good selection. We would have no hesitation in staying at Holly House again.

Good value for money, great host, lovely & clean house and great breakfast.

My wife, son and I stayed here for a night in June 2021. The host, Jane, was lovely. Her house was comfortable and very clean, with a lovely garden/backyard. The location was great for our needs, just about 10 mins drive to Sittingbourne station and about 20-25 minutes to Tankerton beach (Whitstable) and 20 minutes to Elmley Nature Reserve. The house is right next to the Borden Cricket Club entrance. The customised home cooked breakfast was delicious. This B&B is an easy recommendation.

The toilet flush in our room took a while to fill up.

Recommend a stay at the Holly House!

The host, Jane, was welcoming and focused on the customer always wanting to please. The breakfast was wonderful and she left us with full bellies for the rest of the day. Had a good night's sleep and couldn't have asked anymore of the host. If we pass through the area again we will definitely see if there's a vacancy.

Not anything major just the WiFi wasn't great but that's not why we stayed so no big deal

Fabulous B&B

Veeery beautiful little B&B! We booked 2 rooms for three people short notice! When we arrived we were astonished how beautiful & tasteful the B&B is! Jane, our host, did a fabulous job to welcome us! We felt at home instantly! The next morning we were greeted by a womderful breakfast! We can only recommend this B&B! Best value for your money!

In my honest opinion, there is nothing I would criticise!
