About this house rental

Magnificent three storey riverside home featuring main bedroom with king size bed, full ensuite including spa bath, seperate lounge with gas log fireplace and balcony.On the same level there are two queen size bedrooms with another bathroom and toilet.

On the middle level there are two queen size bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. A large lounge, dining and kitchen area is also on this level with a gas log fire.This area has fantastic views from every window of the Hopkins river, from which you could just about cast a fishing line in from the balcony.

Downstairs there is a queen size bedroom with a full ensuite and another lounge room looking out onto a large swimming pool area, also has large veranda.There is also a single bedroom with bunks and a separate toilet. Plenty of room for parking and the boat in a quiet court.

Our group enjoyed our stay in this large home. The ten of us were well accommodated and enjoyed using the very functional kitchen and relaxing lounge rooms. Views over the river were spectacular, atmospheric sunsets. Heating is very efficient and beds were comfortable

Perfect for large groups

We were a group of seven, ranging in ages from 19 to 84. The property is absolutely perfect for multiple family living. Pack your fishing rods as your back yard is the Hopkins river! Extremely quiet neighbourhood and just a short drive to multiple grocery stores and the main town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Plenty of space for large groups

Plenty of room for 4 families (11ppl) to have own space. A bit out-dated, but had all the essentials. Kitchen a bit small, but capable for us to cook for many, BBQ on balcony. Having 2 fridges (1 downstairs) was well greatly used for drinks! Great views, very quiet & relaxing, wonderful sunset seen from the balcony. Only 1 carpark on the property, remaining cars on the street. One recommendation would be to bring fly spray - not many windows with fly screens. If weather is warm, you will need windows & doors open for air flow. Lorraine was a great host, very easy to communicate with & fast to reply. Many thanks Lorraine, we had a lovely stay.

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious house , perfect for our large group . The location too was a real treat ofcourse with those magnificent river views . Amazing sunsets and colours in the morning! Every need catered for and a very well appointed and equipped kitchen which we really enjoyed . Some appliances needed a bit of care but great communication and help from the owner there and thank you for catering to our special request ! That was such a bonus , we will be back !

The house is very spacious and all of us from age 3 yrs to 70 yrs love the house. The river view is spectacular. We enjoyed the swimming pool so much. Great spot for fishing. The neighbourhood are quite and very relaxing. The communication with Lorraine was excellent as well. We will definitely come back. Thank you.
