The cupboards in the kitchen are broken. The sheets were full of sand and the mattress was old and uncomfortable, so we couldn't sleep properly for 2 nights. The host did not agree to give us a refund for the third night so we had to pay for the last night we were not there because we took another place. The shower head is too low and it is not comfortable to shower. It was necessary to come and repair the air conditioner and even when they took care of it, it worked poorly. It says there is coffee in the room but there was nothing not even salt and pepper. We had to buy everything at the supermarket opposite. The towels, because they are old, are painful to wipe with. In short, unfortunately we did not enjoy the place.

The room was clean and spacious, with adequate facilities. With selective restructuring, it can be amazing. The staff exceeded my expectations, extremely supportive. Excellent value for money.

Bathroom very average, the type you have to mop the floor after.

Superb

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got the bigger room because it was available, a nice gesture. We also really enjoyed the sunset view from the balcony. There is a supermarket just across the street and the main square of the village is just a couple of minutes on foot away.

The air conditioning was not working correctly and even though it was Sunday they still try to fix it.

Lady on the front desk was so helpfull and kind..She answered any question ee have asked frim restaurant to the finest beaches and helped us renting car... Thank you you made our trip wonderfull..

lovely huge rooms in heart of arkasa

owner came to pick me up from the airport when there were no taxis available. very close to restaurants and bars, friendly staff, huge room with kitchen, overlooking the sunset and sea

I thought breakfast was served at the hotel but i was wrong

Amazing stay

We like apartment, fully equiped, close to supermarket and also staff which working inisde, lady on reception was fantastic, always ready to help us with aby kind of request....big thanks. From my side I really appreciated support and help with Boat fishing trip, amazing race with capt.Minas and guys on boat.

Five star treatment in a 3 star hotel.

Great location, 3 min by car to the best seafood restaurants in the island, in Finiki. Amazing sunsets. Very large rooms, with plenty of furniture and accessories in the kitchen. Nice balconies. The rooms we got had really comfy beds (2 single beds) and nice cotton sheets. Very clean and very quiet. The owners are very and genuinely nice, they will do anything possible to make you comfortable and happy. We loved our room, but unfortunately the AC was not working. Minas (the owner) miraculously found a person to fix it on the Sunday when there is a huge celebration of the Virgin Mary in the island. Two days later the AC broke again, and Minas offered us another room. However, since we had a lot of stuff already unpacked and he had told us that our "old" room would not be used any longer, we asked if we could stay in our room and use the other room with working AC only to sleep, he promptly answered "Sure, no problem". So at the end we had 2 rooms, and 2 balconies with 2 different views. Also, Minas told us that the hotel is going through a full renovation this winter, so next year it will be even better. Whenever we are back in Karpatos, Dilina is where we will stay for sure! We felt at home, taken care of, and best of all, we received a 5 star treatment, in a 3 star hotel!
