La décoration un peu froide et impersonnelle.

The host was incredibly nice, the views were simply outstanding and the apartment was one of the most beautiful we’ve been to. Thank you for the lovely stay.
If you rely on public transport it’s definitely possible to get here via bus, but you’ll have to time it correctly from Levanto because it’s every couple of hours.

Beautiful location. Claudia was very kind to us, explained about events in the area, transport etc. Room was clean on arrival and cleaned during our stay. We had a lovely time. Would be good to have a car given the location but we managed fine without one

The room was clean and there was a wardrobe, a minibar and a table. There was also a small garden where we had our designated table to eat at. The host was giving us a card in order to park free of charge at the Levanto train station. It was calm and at night we could hear birds and insects. We received a nice home-made jam pot as a goodbye gift.
The luminosity level is much lower than in the photos, and in the bathroom there is no bidet. The quality of the coffee machine leaves a lot to be desired.
Be aware that the road is very steep, the last 350 metres were difficult to climb by car. We would take more seriously now the road if we would need to book again, and most likely we would not stay. Each time that we were arriving to the house I was always feeling frightened that we would damage the car.- Even though the first time that we arrived, the host climbed in front of us with her car and was explaining how better to do it.

Great quiet location (with views) with good car access to Levanto (for train to the Cinque Terre). Claudia is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean (as new) and comfortable.

Beautiful View, Claudia is a very friendly person, always available to help. excellent tips for visiting places or restaurants. Cleaning is very good.
highways in Italy are 0. traffic jams everywhere. I advise you to go by train.

Nice apartment.
Everything new and clean.
Contrary to claims, we had no air conditioning!
Although it was really hot, the owner claimed that they will not allow air conditioning until June! We couldn't sleep at night as a result.
Additionally, the parking is challenging. And don't believe the owner when she tells you to go fast! We scratched the car wheel as a result of this needless "go fast".

We found the accommodation very comfortable and close to Levanto by car. Heating was great as it was quite cold. Hot shower and comfortable bed and also has a small bar fridge which came in handy for us. Claudia was very welcoming. She met us at a close carpark, asked us to follow her and not to hesitate accelerating up the steep driveway!!!! As we had a car she also gave us a carparking pass for levanto so parking was free. Great base for cinque terre.
The driveway is a bit of a challenge but we'll worth it.

The view of the mountains was beautiful and the room was super clean. Claudia, the host was so nice! We didn't have a car and she offered to come for us at the train station. If you don't have a car like we did, it might be difficult to walk to the train station as the accommodation is on a hill, however we enjoyed walking every morning down the hill and got a taxi when it was late in the evening (it's around 3.5km distance from train station so the taxi is not so expensive). There is even a bus that could be used to go down the hill, however it's not frequent. We would definitely love to come back to this beautiful place❤️
Everything was great

It's a very quiet place with a beautiful garden. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.
Creuza gave us a card for free parking in Levanto, which was great.
She also explained things about the region very well.
The way to the parking is a little difficult to enter, however an alternative place was offered. As for us it was ok, we didn't use the alternative.

The host was very kind and helpful. She was very understanding about the delays, she explained everything clearly and gave us some great ideas to have the best experience in this region. She helped us with timetables and transport.
I recommend to go there by a car (the place is on the hill), however it's not impossible to stay there without it.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Beautiful view with comfortable and clean room.

everything was amazing. ofcourse it was a little challenging to get up the mountain (the road was steep), but you can make it :)

Host was amazing, very nice and extremely helpful. Property is lovely, with an amazing view overlooking the surrounding mountains. Room was very spacious and clean, bathroom had a small shower but everything was new and recently renovated. Great place to rest after a long day in the Cinque Terre park, and easy access to the train and park. Host provides a parking pass making it even easier to get around.
Driveway to the property is a straight steep slope, making it a little challenging, but host was very helpful and made sure we managed, and also offered an alternative parking spot a few min walk away for those that prefer.

Great view on Levanto and the sea. Very friendly host with a lot of tips regarding restaurants and ways to visit Cinque terre. Very well cleaned. We had the apartment with the kitchen and even olive oil, dish wash towel and soap for the dish washing was foreseen. Bath towels and bed sheets are also present. It is a very good location to discover the Italian Riviera. Advice: use the train to visit the different towns so you don't need to pay toll for the high ways nor for the (expensive) parkings.
The last part of the road to the staying is quite tricky (steep and small) and best to be done by an experienced driver: 4x4 is advized or a powerful motor and the car is best not too wide. The host will wait for you on another location not far away to guide you trough this part when you first arrive.

The location is great, completely new built, modern rooms with a fantastic view. Claudia. the owner, was so lovely and friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for our time in Levanto (boat trips, restaurants, beaches etc.). She also gave us a free parking license for all the car parks at the city center, what was really great and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot at this wonderful accommodation.
4.5
Rooms are very nice and the garden has a great view towards the sea. Claudia is a very friendly and helpful host who is happy to give you tips for things to do. A ticket for free parking in Levanto is included. Ideal location to visit Cinque Terre, enjoy the beach and do bicycle tours to neighboring villages.
Private parking is included, but is difficult to reach by a steep and narrow road. Most cars will fit, but it is wise to have someone check if the 200m road is free for oncoming traffic to avoid having to go backwards (which is very difficult for someone not living in the mountains).
4.5
True Tuscan feel surrounded by Olive orchards on a hillside overlooking the sea. The bell chimes from a nearby village church complements the 'village' appeal for a truly relaxing experience.
Nothing. The place and the host were exceptional!

It was the best stay we had!!! Super friendly very very clean and perfect hospitality!!! Beautiful view
10 from 10 !!!!!!

Totally recommended! The hotel offers a beautiful view of the Bay Area. Claudia and her family are very friendly and a great host. They gave us the best restaurant tips and places to go. As well as a card to park for free in Levanto!
Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The seaview was stunning. The apartment was clean and cosy. There is a nice garden with seats and tables to sit outside and enjoy the view.
Very convenient was the free parking card for Levanto. Thanks for that service. The train-station at Levanto is a nice way to visit Cinque Terre. The host was very helpful and brouhgt our luggage up to the appartement!
Points of attention: the kitchen could have more equipment ( especially when you are staying for 5 nights like we did) like a watercooker, coffee machine or toaster. We had to boil water in a saucepan for our tea and coffee and since the nearest shop to buy bread is at least a 10 minute drive a toaster would have been very nice. There were no wineglasses nor eggcups.
We had to ask for a dishtowel and plastic bags to collect the different kind of garbages (which we got) and we only had four towels for 2 people for 5 nights but oke..
For people who cannot walk good enough this place might not be the best choice. The way to reach the appartment is very steep downwards from the entrance of the village Legnario ( near by Angiolina's Farm) Thats is where the alternative parkingplace is if you do not want to drive the very steep and small road up to their own parking place.
4.5
Beautiful place above Levanto. Perfectly equipped and very friendly owners. Road is a little bit difficult but ok to get there! If you’re not an experienced driver you can park in the village and walk 5min to the apartment ;-)
4.5
100 out of 10! Claudia and her family made this trip super special.
They gave all the info, recommendations, parking card, tips and hints. The place is superb! 10 min drive to Levanto, but it worth it. You are in the quiet spot on the hill with private parking surrounded by fig, kiwi, olive, peach trees. Sunsets are just breathtaking! No noise around, no traffic - if you want to truly relax, have piece, have the most amazing sleep in your life - don't even consider any other places around Cinque Terra.
Main thing to remember - its 3 free beaches around with plenty of free parking (with parking card) around the city, you just need to come a little bit earlier (at 830-9 AM we never had any issues with parking).
Best place to stay in our opinion!
Nothing, go ahead and book your room. Truly amazing experience worth every single cent!
