The appartments were in a great location and had everything we needed.

The kitchen and living area was large and spacious, it had all the amenities we needed for the family and to cook food. Also had a washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms and showers were really nice. The location was walking distance to the mainstreet.

The appartments were very loud. We couldn’t make much noise and had to keep reminding the kids to keep their voices down as we could hear the rooms next to us and at one point the downstairs apparently were banging the roof because we were too loud for them. We also would have loved if there were cleaning products supplied such as multipurpose cleaner and a broom.

The property owners need to pay attention to the cleaning. The kitchen was dirty as too was the floor.

Apartment was close to Main Street and only one block from beach

You could hear every footstep from units next door and above

Unhappy with stairs for the price

4 flights of stairs is unsatisfactory for anyone with luggage ie everyone; and/or people with mobility issues There were no instructions to work the cook top lucky I found an electrician to show us how to work it No top sheet on bed is not up to standard given the price Dryer is poorly located in laundry cupboard; fan was inadequate, hot air heated up unit Weak wifi signal, had to move unit into bedroom to get coverage

Location only

Fly screens in bedroom n lounge room fell off easily. Key didn't work on security door, had to enter via garage. TV initially didn't work, had to call manager to reset TV Lock on bedroom balcony door, faulty n not easy to lock. Limited cutlery n mugs Only one soap provided in the bathroom Curtains in bedroom not block out and sun came in very early.

Comfortable and spacious, but un tidy and was in need of a good clean and maintenance

Quality apartments and spacious. Good parking.

Not very clean, dirty glasses and tea towel. Fly screen on patio door kept falling off. Out of date room info, could have had a coffee table. Our doors over grown, piles of old building material lying around and old mops and brooms in grass

I will NOT use this property again…

No elevator and I have to hold my bags to the third floor and I am a handicap person… very difficult and tiring.. Also check in at 2:00 pm and check out at 10 am .. the day I pay for was only a 20 hours day.. not value for money at all…

An amazing getaway location

The location was fantastic. Very comfortable and big rooms. Super friendly staff, who went above and beyond for my husband (it was a surprise trip for his birthday).

The internet was unstable. No glasses, just alcohol related glasses (beer glasses, wine glasses, etc)

Awful

The location is great. Walk to everything in town

This apartment and grounds are horrible. Dirty kitchen sink, shower and floor. Couch and bed were rock hard. Woken at 7am by construction works literally metres away. The toiletries supplied were half used (lid off), hardly any tea or coffee. Balcony was filthy and no mat when coming inside so you cant wipe your feet. No sound proofing beyween floors, can hear everything above. Steep staircase to get to apartment, so if youre not able bodied, dont bother.

Very relaxing and enjoyable experience

Very clean well equipped apartment. Lots of space and very quiet. It was also close to everything.

The view, but locality made up for that.

Terrible. Stay elsewhere.

How close the property was to the main street.

Everything. The property was advertised as luxury; however the building was poorly constructed. Appliances were the cheapest possible from Kmart. The couch fell apart. It was advertised as having a sofa bed; and linen provided however this was an extra $50 charge. It was unhygienic. I could continue but don't want to waste my time. I highly recommend to find somewhere else. Do your research of the reviews.

Very poor

there was not hot water and I was with my kids and traveled all the way from Melbourne and they we all had to sleep without shower. we contacted property manager and he tried to fix but nothing was done and we felt very uncomfortable specially my kids.

Phillip Island towers block C flat 4.

Situated a short walk from the beach and shops. Great safe car parking. Friendly host. Very secure building. Huge 2 bedroom flat. All tiles, would be cool in summer. Tastefully decorated and furnished.

Cleanliness left a little to be desired, huge clump of hair in the shower and a little mould. Heating was inadequate over the cold Easter weekend. And don't forget your bottle opener, there isn't one there. Very odd layout of the bathrooms...

We had a lovely stay, only wish it was a bit longer.

To sum up a really poor and disgusting apartment complex

In general total disgrace with the weekend mould in the showers dirty apartment, when you open the kitchen window all you could smell was the rubbish bins below that were overflowing with rubbish, gardens overgrown. During our first day a man was pissing in the gardens. And the final straw was the air-conditioning not working and after this point we just packed up and left. To sum it up a really poor and disgusting apartment complex. Still waiting for the manager to contact us. But safe to say we will not be staying there again. And for anybody else stay away.

minimal dated furniture, view from rear was of a messy building site / derelict, from front of another apartment / building materials - no images on the booking website showed views like these. grounds were messy, full of discarded building materials, shabby. noisy from upstairs guests.

Great location and plenty of room in apartment with a good size kitchen.

Not very clean, not deep cleaned at all. There was also no blinds in the bedroom.

It was a comfortable stay.

Great location, easy walking distance into the main strip.

The property could have been cleaner. The floor needed a good clean, walking with no shoes left socks pretty filthy and there were cobweb’s in just about every room.
