Parking was a little touch and go even with a residents permit. - the property itself was a lovely bolt hole on one incredibly steep hill to the coast. We arrived to a bottle of semi skimmed milk and 1/4 of one loo roll and some Welsh cakes so first visit was to a local Tesco.
Can’t fault the property we did feel a better welcome pack after a long drive would have been nice. No tea or coffee provided.
Clean - wonderfully decorated and once we had groceries we could relax.

Weekend break
Very comfortable cottage on a very steep hill. The hill was a surprise as we hadn’t been to Mumbles before, but the views were wonderful as was the warm dry weather.
A perfect spot for us to visit my grandson at Swansea University and for him to cycle down to see us.
Lovely!

Lovely little house with views of the bay from the master bedroom balcony and garden terrace.
We spent a great week here. The house is really well placed at very short walking distance to the promenade and Mumbles shops, cafes and restaurants. You can walk over the hill to the lighthouse and beach or drive very easily to any of the other amazing Gower beaches within about half an hour. The house itself was perfect for us. Nicely decorated, cosy and homely. The kitchen has all the utensils you need if you prefer to self-cater. The road was steep but well worth the short climb for the view. You can park in flat neighbouring streets (or, I think, get yourself a residents' permit for the week though we did not bother). The neighbours on both sides were very friendly. We would definitely recommend the house and are hoping to come back again!
