This was my second time staying at the house, and it was just as great as the last time. A perfect home base for exploring Provincetown, with incredible views from the comfortable front porch. Brian is a wonderful host!

Big house, great location, easy access to the beach

Close to everything yet quiet and private, the location of this property could not be beat! A day or two of unseasonably warm temperatures found us hoping the air conditioning was a bit stronger, but otherwise a near-perfect stay. The home has character in spades, is great for hosting small gatherings or families, and has one of the best front porches on all of Commercial street. We are excited to return next time we visit Provincetown!

We stayed for a week and had a great time! House is exactly as advertised and in a great location. We walked everywhere and enjoyed being so close to the beach.

This house was in a great location and we spent most of the time enjoying people-watching on the porch. Great kitchen and living room too, where we hung out on rainy days and survived the hurricane! Brian was very helpful too. Only bring one car if possible because driveway is shared. You can walk to just about everywhere.

The house is very spacious with lots of old world charm, and modern large kitchen and three large and modern bathrooms. Front porch is a highlight. We didn’t use the grill in back. Property manager was super friendly and responsive; the shared driveway was not a problem at all; property manager’s daughter and family live in a unit on the back and were also so friendly and accommodating. I look forward to staying there again. Close to everything and very quiet. We were only 3 people (one had to cancel) so didn’t use the small third bedroom. A beautifully restored old house.

We just got back home from an amazing stay at this gorgeous property that we are still talking about. The location couldn't be better. It's right on Commercial st making it close to all the places you may want to visit, while being just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants/galleries.
The inside is spacious, charming and clean, you can see the ocean from the porch and most windows looking SE and the owners and their family couldn't be nicer!
After coming to Provincetown yearl for 9 years and never staying in the same place twice, I think we finally found our favorite home away from home!

Fantastic large house on Commercial St. Across the street from the beach and in the heart of town. Perfect for bike riding.

This property was wonderful. Even better than described. Brian the owner, has perfected all the details to make our stay feel luxuriously comfortable.
Situated in the middle of Commercial St, we were in the best place to dine, shop and walk to the beach. There is limited parking at this residence, one vehicle would be best; there are other options for parking however.
We sat on the porch every morning drinking coffee and enjoyed the views of the bay.

The most charming gem of a home in Provincetown MA, right in the heart of town, yet a few blocks from the hub bub. Perfect.

Brian’s property was all that was advertised and more. A beautiful house, filled with charm and a perfect location. We were in walking distance of everything (we’re NYC-ers that are used to walking). The kitchen had everything we needed on days we wanted to cook (including an outdoor grill!). And you’ll fall in love with the front porch.
My friends and I are already wondering when we can return. Would love to re-book in the future!

This home is located just off the main commercial area in Provincetown. It has the ideal combination of water views (a lovely view of the bay and lighthouse just across the street), active people watching and nighttime peace and quiet. The property is large enough for a whole family, buy also manageable for just a couple. Its well equipped and comfortable. The host, Brian, is friendly and communicates well - we got some good recommmedations from him, and everything was just right when we arrived.
Our favorite thing about this house was the porch. Its comfortable, shaded, set back from the street, but well in view of thensidewalk to watch passers-by or chat with other visitors. The house is also within a very easy walk of many excellent restaurants. We had 4 or 5 good meals within 2 blocks of the house.
Theres also plenty to do in Provincetown and surrounding areas, whether you prefer visiting art galleries, getting out into nature (biking, hiking, kayaking, etc) or a mix of the two. It also has one of the best whale watching tours I've done.
Not much more to say... we could not have wished for a better house in a better spot for our week in P-town!

My partner and I, his 2 adult children and one spouse stayed here for the week. I was concerned we might be on top of each other but this was not the case. There was so much room for all of us.
The house was so well appointed. The front porch, where we spent most of our time, is great for reading and people watching especially since it is set back from commercial street. We will most definitely stay here again.

The house is in the perfect location with a beautiful porch that allows you to overlook the water. The house itself is incredibly charming with the big kitchen and dining area and lots and lots of charm. We loved just being able to be out front and sit on the porch and watch the people walk by.

The beach is across the street and you’re right in the main part of Provincetown. Sun and fun. Great restaurants in the area and the best part is the fantastic house you get to live in.

Exceeds Expectations
This well-appointed and beautifully renovated Commerical St. property exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. We spent a great deal of time on the front porch people watching. The Commercial Street location is close enough to the 'action' of Provincetown, yet was quiet at night. Brian and his family were excellent hosts. We hope to return next year.

Fantastic stay in Ptown!
Our group of friends had a wonderful time in Ptown. 410 Commercial is a lovely historic home with recent renovations. It's located in Ptown's quieter east end, yet walking distance to the main attractions in the center of town. We will definitely return for another visit and stay at this home.

A lovely spot
Beautifully maintained house right on Commercial St. Great view. Easy access to the bay and shopping. Had a great time. AC was malfunction but owner was gracious and worked to fix it.
Would highly recommend.

Perfect location
This house is in a perfect spot. Back in the house it’s quiet and calm but you’re right on commercial street. Short walk to everything. The house is very well set up. The living room has some classic furniture that isn’t super comfortable but we didn’t spent too much time in there. The parking is kind of tricky because it’s a shared driveway. You have to pull in and out sometimes which can be annoying. Great views of commercial street and the water, sinners and saints is two houses down so make a reservation for some amazing food. Overall very glad I booked, thanks so much!

Beautiful historic home across from the beach
A beautiful remodeled historic home with incredible artwork throughout the entire house. Beach access right across the street is really nice for Long Beach walks at low tide
Brian’s home is perfect and well priced for a nice Commercial street home.
It is well supplied with everything you might need. Very centrally located and walking distance to everything you might want.
The only drawbacks were soft beds and cars having the move for whoever needs to get out next, but at least there is parking- not the case with every place on commercial street.

From the front porch with its view of the water and a gorgeous cherry tree to its proximity to beach, galleries, shops and restaurants, this beautiful historic home was a fun and convenient place to stay. The owner was a terrific host.

Great location in PTown
We had a very nice vacation in PTown. The house is very nicely located and very well equipped. You can see the ocean and the street from the front porch. The next door neighbors are super nice too. The house was very very clean when we arrived and the owner, Brian, was very pleasant and available. We had a great time!

Beautiful home in Ptown
The house is just as described. Great location on the east side of town. Amazing front porch that invites long times hanging out watching the passersby and enjoying the view out into the harbor. A lot of history in the house and the owner has clearly put a lot of love into it.

Great location but beware of AC (if important to you).
Great property with amazing location. Condo has been lovingly restored and has everything you need for the week. However, beware that the air conditioning is limited. We were never able to adequately cool the place (below 80 degrees). Not what you expect when paying top dollar. Also, front porch is wonderful but for the week we stayed the view of Commercial Street was obstructed by a large truck owned by the permanent tenant living in the other unit (home is made up of two condos/units).

A Gracious Home!
We really enjoyed our stay at this well appointed, beautifully furnished home. It has every amenity you could possibly need. A large eat in kitchen, large living room, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. We loved sitting on the front porch, watching the world go by. Great location to restaurants, galleries, shops. We liked it so much that made a reservation for next year!

Lovely restored period house in quiet end of Commercial Street.
Lovingly restored historical house with tasteful furnishings and great modern kitchen. Brian was very gracious and helpful host. Perfect location at quiet end of Commercial Street right across the street from harbor waterfront. Near all galleries and art museum. A great place to stay.

Gets better and better
It was our 2d year in a row in this house and taking in P-town from the front porch, with the view of Commercial St and the harbor, gets better and better. There have been a few improvements in the house since last year and we continued to enjoy it. Thanks again!

Perfect Vacation!
This was our first vacation to Provincetown and 410 Commercial made the experience perfect! It had all the amenties to make it our home for the whole week. It was conveniently located across from beach, bike rentals and walks into town. Some of the best restaurants are right down the street. Finally, the owner was available and helpful.
