About this villa rental

This large luxury villa is located on the beach in the beautiful bay of 'Cala Sant Francesc', in Blanes. This is one of the most beautiful spots of the Costa Brava and is a high class residential villa urbanisation.

The villa has a private gate to the coastal path that leads directly to the beach. Just walk out of the garden and in 2 minutes you are on the beach!
This coastal path is called "Camí de Ronda" and is a famous walking path along the Costa Brava that connects many of its towns, beaches and creeks on foot. The villas located on this path, such as Villa Bay View, enjoy a stunning and exceptional location!

The villa's salon, dining room and bedrooms have been completely refurbished in 2017, and the kitchen and bathrooms are brand new (renovated in 2018) with quality materials.

The villa consists of an entrance with private car parking for 2 cars.
On the ground floor you’ll find the large living room with fireplace and TV. Separate dining area.
Direct access to the garden and terrace with stunning views of the sea and beach. Exterior dining table and separate exterior lounge area to enjoy the warm summer evenings while you contemplate the sea views and surrounding pine trees.

In the garden you'll find the beautiful private infinity pool with stunning views of the sea.

Large fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace with built-in BBQ.
On this floor there’s one bedroom with a bunk bed. One bathroom with shower.
Via a stairway, you’ll reach a second living/bedroom with a double sofabed.

On the first floor you’ll find 6 bedrooms:
- master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double shower. Access to the balcony.
- double bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower. Access to the balcony.
- double bedroom (double bed). Access to the balcony.
- double bedroom (two single beds).
- single bedroom. Access to the balcony.

A separate bathroom with bath tub.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

You also have free access to the private sports club in the bay, at only 350m from the villa. This includes a large size pool, children's pool, 2 tennis courts, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.

* One set of bath towels and one beach towel per person are included.

*Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.

We spent a week's vacation with 11 people and three generations. The Villa was amazing! Location, view and the pool was the best that you could think of. CoastalVillas took care of a few small issues quickly and efficiently. So, big thanks to them! We used the grill and the Villa's kitchen a lot. Kitchen was well equipped and tidy. Villa also had some hobby equipment, e.g. tennis rackets and sand toys. I'm not sure if they were left by previous guests, but either way they had a use. All in all, we had a very successful vacation!

The villa is lovely and very private. It is away from the city making it peaceful. We found the driveway challenge but we had a large passenger van. We had some troubles with ants, but the property manager quickly came over to handle it. You need to bring all supplies! Dish soap, laundry soap, salt/pepper, pretty much imagine moving into an empty house. They did provide a small amenities kit in each bathroom but it wasn't enough for a week stay. The beach is a short walk down a few sets of stairs so be advised if you have any mobility challenges or little children.

Impeccable property and location but with no AC, inadequate number of bath towels, no beach towels, difficult steep driveway, occasional sewage smell outside, adequate cutlery, dishes, glassware, and pots, but ALL other basic kitchen essentials must be bought eg. sponge, soap, salt and pepper etc. These are undisclosed annoyances not expected in this type of high end rental.

Waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing and the gorgeous views. The color of the water was divine. Our kids cliff jumped, went for walks to Blanes, played on the beach all pretty independently because they felt safe there. You are only given a small bath towel and a hand towel. If you get it wet, it won’t be dry for the next use (no tumble dryer). So bring beach towels for swimming. There’s no A/C so there were a couple hot nights, but the ceiling fans helped! Overall it’s a beautiful spot and we miss it already!

It was perfect for our multigenerational family. The photos don’t do it justice. It was well maintained, clean with lots of space, gorgeous big balcony with views over the beach and sea. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, dishes, glasses and mugs for a large group. The town is a short drive awaya 30 minute walk that includes stunning views of the bay.

We loved this property so much. Waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing and the gorgeous views. The color of the water was divine. Our only complaints are the sugar ants are bad even if you are the cleanest person in the world - the property management was good at coming to treat the problem. A really lovely property with sensational views & location. Set between old pine trees the villa feels very secluded. The villa is simply decorated but very comfortable: good bathrooms & comfortable beds. The kitchen is not particularly well equipped which was a pity (no mixer, blender). Great terraces. Pool much smaller than appears in photos but that really did not matter as so close to the pretty, lively beach. Bliss to fall asleep to the sound of waves.

The location is excellent! The beach is closely to the house! There is a good restaurant on the beach! You team helped us in many questions! Thank You! The problem was with hormiga roja! And the beds is very little, not comfortable! Another problem was with garbage! Is to far from the house!

House style and location . Great!I hope you could have a fan in each room. There was a lot of mosquitos so fans and mosquito nets would be VERY USEFULL so we could have been sleeping windows open. Now it was impossible and then rooms were very hot as the window had to kept shut.Thanks!
