A total of 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms Enter your own private resort that offers a trifecta of fabulous ocean views, beach access and a private pool. The Resort Home has a terrific view of the golf course. The exquisite designer decorated home is located on a corner lot, the rooms are spacious with ample porches for outdoor viewing and relaxation. An elevator is available to assist with luggage and offer enjoyment to all ages without walking stairs!
This spectacular resort home is located in prestigious Pamilla Resort and Golf Community. The Pamilla golf course wraps around the Resort house and offers world-class amenities such as golf cart rentals, food service beach side, chairs and umbrellas delivered to the beach, a walkway wide enough to allow golf cart or walking access and a delicious community restaurant.
This contemporary stylish resort home has 6000 square feet of indoor luxury on four floors with seven bedrooms. The seven bed rooms can sleep a total of 20 people, plus a fold out queen couch for additional accommodations in one of the bedrooms. Every bedroom offers sweeping views of the golf course and the ocean. Five of the bedrooms are suites with a king size bed, in suite bathroom, television and access to exterior porches. The additional two rooms are bunk rooms, one room sleeps 6 and the other sleeps 4. The house offers luxury accommodations including high quality linens and personal items such as shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as pool towels. The pool is 12 x 20 pool and can be heated. This home is equipped with smart televisions and Alexa in all bedrooms.
HOME LAYOUT
The first floor is decorated in a contemporary Industrial style. The functional chic room has a seating area, bar with refrigerator and microwave, a television, and a vintage ping pong table. Other rooms on the first floor include: a four person bunk room, bathroom with shower and a laundry room. French doors allow easy access to the spa pool, screened in porch and dining table and grill.
The second floor boasts of 3 king bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, a second laundry room and the second bunk room that sleeps six(two full size beds on the bottom and singles on top). Each of the bedrooms is thoughtfully designed. The bedroom closest to the stairs has a fold out queen size couch in the room. A wrap around porch offers a view of the ocean and the pool below. From the porch area take the exterior spiral staircase to the pool area.
The third floor is the main event with a gourmet kitchen, living and dining rooms to seat up to 20 people, a two story tower with views from three sides to view the golf course, pond, dunes and ocean and a large porch. A built in bar has an additional refrigerator, and a powder bath is available for your convenience. The chef designed kitchen offers a professional grade appliances such as a Bunn coffee maker that makes three pots of coffee, gas stove and all the cooking gadgets to prepare and serve a beautiful meal. Located off the exterior french doors is the path to a King master “casita” detached from the main house to create a private hideaway. The “casita” has an opulent free standing bath tub with a large double shower, writing desk and small seating area.
The fourth floor suite is a contemporary, elegant space with a coffee bar, desk area, and a small seating area. A private porch offers amazing fourth floor views.

The house was as advertised. We had 14 family members from 75 to 5 years old and still had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything in the house worked. Would definitely rent again.

Great house for a large group. We had out ch3 grown children and their families (8 grand children).
Everything was great, except the elevator had problems to start with, the kitchen and family room was on the 3rd floor and the pool sweep was not keep the pool clean and in the way. The owner had asked us to keep it running so the poor would stay clean. There’s no ice maker for a home of this size.

This is a beautiful house with so much room and every amenity you could possibly want or need! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a great time! Highly recommend this property! We’re hoping to be back one day!

The home was awesome - Better than the pictures. I celebrated my 80th birthday with my family and we all had a great time. My daughter and I enjoyed the 3 master suits and I enjoy the penthouse suite Only complaint I had is that the wind was too strong which is out of their control. But that didn't stop us from have a great time. The golf cart was a plus and the community pool was very nice. I wish we had eaten at the restaurant. We also love the easy access to the beach. Susan the property manager was there whenever we needed her willing to assist. I highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our large group of friends and had plenty of space for both sleeping and hanging out during the day. Lisa was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. Being close to the many amenities offered by Palmilla was really great and helpful as well. We would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Port Aransas!

Honestly, our weekend was fabulous and the house is lovely! So many places for privacy and so many places for togetherness. The kitchen is well stocked, all the bedrooms were completely wonderful and any tiny glitches we had were smoothed out quickly. Definitely a winner!!!

Lots of space and pool was warm. Views great to see gulf as well as part of golf course. Easy to get around community. Fireworks visible in several areas from family room. Lots of seating for meals. Kitchen prep area a little tight for more than 2 cooks in the kitchen. Overall very spacious and great sight lines.

We had to change our original plans for this trip in August, I found this home on VRBO and instantly knew it would work. Our 3 son & DIL's, as well as my husband and I, all like to have our space and this fit the bill! The home is also at the end of the road so the views were fabulous and all bedrooms have access to patios for chilling. We had a great time and hope to return again someday! Management was very responsive and the home was clean and welcoming.

Gorgeous property for our large group of 14! The home was exceptional in every way-from room to spread out, several balconies to sit and have coffee and watch/listen to the waves of the Gulf, to a completely decked-out kitchen! We take a big family trip every year for a holiday and this home in PORT ARANSAS outdid them all! The amenities of Palmilla were top-notch and we even participated in the island Turkey Trot. The concierge met us on arrival, gave us a "lay of the land" and was immediately receptive.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's bachelorette weekend and could not have chosen a more beautiful clean home. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness of a home, so much that I rarely will state that a home was clean but this house definitely met my expectations!! The home was perfect for our annual family gathering. We had family from age 4 to age 71. Everyone enjoyed the home. The pool and pingpong table was a big hit with everyone. We had lots of room for everyone to have their own privacy.

My husband and I (along with our family of twelve) have enjoyed many beautiful 5-star homes on multiple vacations in seaside communities across the nation, but this home seriously tops them all. It is truly spectacular - from the many balconies' unobstructed view of the lagoon, dunes, & ocean, as well as the same view in the living room with its wrap-around windows to the well-appointed kitchen, and the seven ample-size bedrooms. We didn't have our kids/grandkids with us this time, but they would have loved it too. The first floor has one of the two bunk rooms, a full bath, a ping-pong table, shelves with dozens of boards games, & a screened-in porch with dining table (would be perfect for families with kids). Every day after coming in from the beach we would rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower & jump in the pool. It was plenty big for our group of five couples. And the elevator!! A huge bonus.! This was our fourth time to rent a home in the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, and this home was hands-down our favorite. There is nothing not to love about it. It is large & super clean, has every amenity, & has literally the best location in the entire community. The owner & her representatives were super friendly & helpful. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything & Kelly, the concierge, came over the first day to explain how everything worked (including the remote-controlled window shades). This home indeed deserves a 5-star + rating.

House was great and suited our 17 person party fabulously. Every family group had their own space and bathroom which was important. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, appliances but know there are no extra spices to use. Only coffee and tea. Beds were comfortable and you were able to set the temperature to your liking. Pool we had heated which was great in the winter. The house was decorated beautifully and was enjoyed by all. Make note, the sound proofing between floors is minimal so you will hear everything if you are a light sleeper. The main community pool was nice and also heated. The beach was a short walk, 5-10 mins but you can rent a golf cart as well for $150 a day. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend.

The hosts and property manager not only provide an incredible experience from start to finish, we also found them to be kind and generous people. In the face of an unforeseen medical trauma (unrelated to the property) , they not only accommodated our request for an extended stay but continuously checked in on us and provided a much needed reprieve from an unimaginable situation. Outside if their incredible kindness to strangers, the home is beautiful. It was perfect for our large family’s holiday gathering. The families with young children had plenty of room to accommodate various nap schedules, the third floor allowed everyone to be together during meals, the pool was well loved and daily walks to the beach were a fun adventure. The views are amazing, the wildlife was beautiful, and we honestly were so impressed with how this property was maintained and appointed. We are so grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this home and to create these family memories. And we will never forget the genuine kindness the owners and manager showed us.

Our party varied from 5 to 10 people as they came and went. Everyone had their own space and the common spaces are large and the views are fantastic.
Be prepared to stock even the basics in food. The only thing in the house was salt and pepper. Cleaning supplies, dishes, glasses, kitchen items and linen were all well stocked. The only thing missing was a coffee grinder so we let our at the house.
Communication with the owner was always available and she acted quickly on any concerns we had.

Fabulous house! The owners were marvelous and checked on us to make sure everything was OK. The house was spotless and beautiful. The owners have thought of absolute everything For a wonderful, comfortable stay. Having a bathroom and deck and practically every bedroom was very nice.

We loved this house! It was very clean and all of the details had been thought out before we got there. The pack n play was helpful for my 2 year old and the bunk rooms were fun for the elementary aged kids! We went with four families and the house fit us perfectly! Having a pool was so nice and we enjoyed the stunning views from the family room on the rainy day. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a 3 generation family reunion at this lovely home. We have rented houses for over 30 years, and this was one of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed. From a large pot to make a shrimp boil to hand mixers and plenty of dishes and glassware, we had everything we needed to cook for 17 each evening. Only thing missing was an extra refrigerator in the kitchen (there was one in the garage, but it wasn't very convenient).
The houses next door were under construction and very close, so the pictures do not show that. Lucy was great and responded to any question or concern we had very quickly. The pool was a great plus for our group. We had a fabulous week and made many new memories!

We chose this location and home after searching the Texas coast for a suitable spot to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family and friends. This home fit the needs of four couples and three children perfectly. The many bedrooms allowed for everyone to enjoy their privacy comfortably. The kitchen/dining/entertainment/gathering area on the third floor was truly special. The double islands provided ample room for snacking, breakfast, etc. The large dining table off to the side of the main kitchen area was perfect for the entire group to gather comfortably for the main meal of the day. There is a large u-shaped sofa where someone could always be found napping. All this with a view over the dunes of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The onsite pool is a bonus amenity. Our group was universally pleased that we chose this home for our special occasion.

The home was perfect! Spacious and well designed for our large family. The views were lovely! The host built in every detail imaginable. The pool was a special treat as it was shaded in the late afternoon making for a refreshing plunge after a long fun day at the beach. Can't wait to go again!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The pictures are very accurate of what it looks like in person. It’s very conveniently located near the beach and next to a beautiful pond and the golf course. The sunsets were incredible !
