This home features high-end luxury and unmatched views. Conveniently located only eight minutes from Main Street and the ski resorts, this BRAND-NEW gorgeous LUXURIOUS VACATION HOME IN PARK CITY sleeps 14-16 people comfortably. With 4000 square feet of living space and 4 bedrooms (3 Master suites)/4 full bathrooms/2 half bathrooms, you are assured a blissful, satisfying vacation any time of year. Professionally decorated by an award-winning L.A. designer, this home is masterfully planned and maximizes light, views and comfort.
The main level of this estate has a sizeable living room with abundant open gathering space and grand vaulted ceilings. Plenty of seating wraps around the large gas fireplace. The room also has a 65” 4K HD Smart TV with a Roku (which allows connection to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.), a BluRay player, a Sonos sound system and a ceiling fan. The gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a large range stove), quartz countertops and marble backsplashes. A toaster, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, cookie sheets, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans provide everything you need for a home-cooked meal.
By the kitchen, there is a dining area with seating for six at the table and four at the countertop. Large windows provide incredible views of the mountains and Park City area. The home also has a long balcony that stretches from the dining area to one of the Master bedrooms with an electric BBQ and an outdoor seating area that accommodates six.
There are two en-suite Master bedroom suites on the main level. Both have King-sized beds, a 58” 4K HD Smart TV with a Roku and a ceiling fan. One suite has a separate shower and a soaker tub. The other suite has a Queen sleeper sofa and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Also located on the main floor is a laundry room with an HE High-Capacity washer and dryer, a ½ bath and a mud room.
Downstairs, a spacious, double-height great room has ample space to relax with a large gas fireplace, 65” 4K HD Smart TV with a Roku and BluRay Player, an air hockey table, and a bar with a microwave and mini-fridge. There is a separate seating area (with seating for six) that is the perfect size to play games on. Plenty of cards and board games are also provided. Two Twin-sized REAL mattresses (stored in the closet) are also available for additional guests. A ½ bath also adjoins this gathering area. Also located on this floor is a second laundry room with an HE High-Capacity washer and dryer.
There are two guest bedrooms located on the lower level. One is an amazing bunk room, perfect for kids or adults, with built-in bunk beds (two top bunks are Twin-sized, two bottom bunks are Full-sized) and an actual staircase to get to the top beds. There is a 70” 4K HD Smart TV with a Roku, ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other bedroom is a very private guest suite which has a King-sized bed, 46” 4K HD Smart TV with a Roku, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The entire home features free Wi-Fi, cable/satellite TV, and full central air-conditioning.
You can enjoy spectacular views of the Wasatch Mountains in the private outdoor hot tub while relaxing after a day at the mountains.
A large driveway leads to the beautiful property. There is parking for three vehicles in the spacious garage. The driveway can accommodate three additional vehicles. In the garage there is a professional ski boot warmer and ski racks. Plenty of space for skis, coats, and other equipment storage is available.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Home is located near the top of the mountain with great views. Perfect for large groups with a private bathroom off of each bedroom. The air hockey table & jacuzzi were fun additions. Everything we needed to enjoy family time togehter! Only 10 minute drive to Downtown Park City & 15 minutes to Outlet Mall.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but we we’re a little disappointed in some of the house we rented…. It was not very clean, bugs on the window sills, dirty towels and empty beer cans outside by the hot tub, we found a lot of dirty dishes put away in the cupboards so we rewashed everything we used, the lack of dish towels we never found we couldn’t plug the sink to wash dishes that was missing.. I feel like that’s enough complaining because it’s a lot. Not sure we’d stay there again for the money we paid. Sorry

We can't say enough about this beautiful home. It was so clean and was beautifully decorated. The kids in our family absolutely loved the downstairs with its air hockey table and plenty of room to spread out and play games.
The adults loved the extra large bedrooms and bathrooms! The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the pots/pans/dishes we needed. The view off the balcony is stunning. The pool & clubhouse was wonderful. The pool area gets DARK after sundown. So even though the pool stays open until 11pm, there were no lights in the pool or hottub.
We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time in Park City
This beautiful home was the perfect home base for our large extended family for a fantastic week in July. The house was spacious and equipped for us to make our meals, relax in the hot tub and have game night around the dining room table. We really enjoyed the views from the deck while having our morning coffee. Access to the Jordonelle Reservoir was an added bonus. We would book this home again!!!

Loved it, but it was a little dirty
The house was amazing! Large enough for our group. We were all comfortable. The house was not very clean. There were also no bowls to use for cereal, soup etc. Make sure you bring your own plastic, paper, or anything you will need for storing leftovers.

Beautiful location
Loved everything about this property. We had one issue with the televisions not working. They did come to fix, but then problem reoccured, and we were not able to watch the Super Bowl in the family room which was disappointing.

Positives - very nice house, good layout and about 10 min drive into Park City and local restaurants and grocery stores. Negative side - need better cleaning service. I spilled some water and the paper towel was black from wiping on floor, bathrooms had hair in them and the glass pendant lights above island were filled with dust. I did tell mgmt so hopefully they fix it. You expect it to be extra clean with Covid and I think their cleaning team is taking advantage of the company. Also, one of the kitchen chairs was broken and another had a nail sticking out. They said they would fix both.

Great home for a family getaway!
We loved our stay at this property. It was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed. The home is a quick drive to restaurants and fun activities. We went in August with our family and everyone had plenty of space for both privacy and group activities. We will definitely be back!

Fun stay for a family of all ages
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was clean and very comfortable . The floor plan worked very well for our family of all ages. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed swimming at the clubhouse and exploring the nearby trails. Overall, an excellent place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

Good location away from town
We have been to the Park City/Deer Valley area many times in the winter but this was our first time in the summer. This house was perfect for two families of 8 people total. The kids had fun in the bunk room and the adults had plenty of space in the rest of the house. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. The house sits above a side road which gets a bit of noise during the day but at night we didn't notice. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub but we did use the community pool which was nice.
We would stay again and may consider it for our next winter there.

The house had very large gathering areas that made it perfect for a big group. The location was very close to Park City and had great views. The rental was modern, had awesome decorations, and everything we needed to be comfortable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking in the area.

Wonderful House
Our extended family of 14 recently stayed at this beautiful house with awesome views. With 4 bedrooms - each with a full bath and 2 additional powder rooms, we had no problems with space. The house is impeccably decorated and top of the line. It has everything you might need to enjoy your vacation. Everyone enjoyed the private hot tub and the shared pool. We even held a family air hockey tournament!
The location was a short drive to downtown Park City, Heber City, Deer Creek, Olympic Park and the outlet mall.

Spectacular Experience at this Beautiful Home!
I highly recommend this fabulous property for your Park City vacation experience. It’s a short drive from all of the action in downtown Park City, and your choice of three incredible ski resorts. This new property has breath taking views, and every amenity that you could imagine. It has a kitchen and great room that is ideal for cooking, and dining, and lounging and relaxing by the fire after a day out on the slopes. You can relax in the hot tub at night and look out at the stars and and the mountain landscape. We loved it ! It accommodates kids and adults on both floors. Even with a large family, or group, or two families, there is space and plenty of room for everyone. The property management company was reliable and seems accommodating and organized. We recommend it highly!

Amazing Luxury Home- Highly Recommended
My family and I spent a week at this spectacular newly built home in Park City. The house is very high end and roomy!! It has obviously been professionally decorated and every little detail to ensure comfor was provided for. The views from this home are incredible!
The gourmet kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed to prepare family meals. This home would easily accommodate multiple families.
The hot tub is located right outside and is covered so when it snows you are protected.
The home is located close to Main Street Park City, Deer Valley and Park City Mountain.
This house was so nice I was sorry to go home!!!
