Se come muy bien en el restaurante: me han servido la mejor carne que he probado en mucho tiempo. La cuna de viaje fantástica, con todo lo necesario y una toalla para el bebé.
Las escaleras para poder acceder a la habitación.

Staff was very helpful, including storing my bicycle in a safe place. Lodging above a restaurant can be good or not so good; in this case it helped yet was also very quiet in the room. Solid choice in a small village.

This hotel is exceptional for many reasons: the room was really beautiful with a sloped ceiling, very large bed, very spacious shower and a large bathroom. The couple who run this hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful in terms of explaining what was available in the area. The Hotel Paris also has an excellent restaurant where it is possible to buy a daily menu at a very reasonable price or pay more for a more personalised meal. Forcarei is very well situated to see this part of Galicia with its fauna, flora and architecture. I knew of Forcarei because of my interest in astronomy (there is an observatory within easy walking distance) but it is a very beautiful part of Galicia, especially for those interested in walking and exploring places not overrun with tourist attractions. There's a beautiful cascade just down the road and other places like the monastery of Aribeiro and small villages like Cerdedo that are well worth visiting and there are many walks. The night sky is very clear but there's quite a lot of humidity and it gets cold at night even in the summer, so best to prepare for that. In in all, this was an excellent stay and I would definitely use this hotel again.
One thing that some visitors should take into account is that the hotel does not have a lift but, having said this, the owner did help us carry our cases up to our room and there are only 3 floors, so it was not a problem.
