About this apartment rental
Apartment with 75 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, once as a shower room and one as a full bath, roof terrace in south-west facing with views over the large flat roof over the lake, windows to the east, south-east and west. 1. First floor, 19 steps. Full equipment.
200 meters to the Dieksee, the Diekseepromenade, about 700 meters to the train station.
During the day and on weekends there is a lot of traffic of all kinds in the Plöner Str., And curious things can be seen on some weekends. In summer you can also see a horse-drawn carriage pass by more often. In the evening and at night it is usually very quiet.
The roof terrace is well screened from the noise, as are the rooms behind the hallway.
Also right next door are forests, in one the mirror ponds and Kneipp facilities.
At the Diekseepromenade, it is wonderful to stroll and rest on the numerous benches. You can watch the many geese and ducks that have very little fear.
But there are also many possibilities for active people.
Animals are allowed only with reservation and additional fee and must be discussed in advance. It's a big cleaning effort.
A cleaning fee of 50, - € will be charged per stay. It is payable locally. This will reduce the service charge.
