The Space
Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building

Unit 3302 is located on the 3rd floor (accessible via elevator) and features a stylish raised kitchen as well as two private balconies overlooking our sundeck and the Poydras Street skyline.

Ten adults can be accommodated in this 4-bed, 4-bath unit with a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom. The three bedrooms downstairs each include 1 bed - two are queens, and one is a king. The raised bedroom features a queen bed.

The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering

Your spacious 1,500 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided
-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels

Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!



Guest Access
Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit

Arriving prior to check-in time? We are happy to store your luggage until your unit is ready! This service is available after check-out as well. Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed

Arriving after hours? Self check-in is always available

Our outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until 11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm

Let us make your vacation even easier! Grocery stocking is available through our front desk & concierge service. Request our baby package - including pack n play, high chair, children's bowls & utensils, and outlet covers. We can also assist you with booking a private chef, tours & dinner reservations, and more!


Other Things to Note
Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.

If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Only drawback was that the dishes were not clean and the heat did not work throughout the night. The common areas are drafty. Had to place a towel at the door to keep cold out

Staying at The Natchez definitely played an essential role in the success of our mother/daughter trip! From the moment we got there, the front desk staff was very welcoming, helpful and informative (personal shoutout to Josiah). There basically was someone at the front desk at all times of day, which was comforting to know in case of emergency, as well as it being convenient for minor things, such as needing more towels. The space itself was very clean, modern, well organized and presentable- making it apparent that they were intentional about wanting it to feel like a home away from home. A personal favorite of ours, is that there are thermostats in each room in the condo to adjust the temperature to the liking of whomever resided in that bedroom. Additionally, a trip to the first floor for a nice, complimentary hot cup of coffee or tea in the mornings was definitely a plus. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we will be sure to recommend staying at The Natchez to friends and family

My family and I wanted to be within walking distance of The French Quarter. Of course safety and dining is also at the top of our list. We did not use the pool, however we did check it out and it is wonderful ! The Natchez met all our needs! We also recommended “Mother’s” restaurant. It’s very good and only a couple blocks from The Natchez. We will stay here again!

This property was perfect!! We were a good of 10 adults and we had plenty of room. It is just like the pictures. It was close to everything in the French Quarter & the WWII museum. The staff was great!!! Check in was easy. I would definitely recommend!!
