Overall we had a wonderful stay in at this property.

This property was absolutely perfect. I have stayed at Vrbo-like listings all over the globe, but never one as elegant and well-equipped as this one, top to bottom. Situated on the top floor of a small apartment complex (two apartments per floor), it has its own small deck out front plus quick access to a huge rooftop plaza. The kitchen has everything you could want to throw together quick or elaborate meals (which is why I pick Vrbos over hotels in the first place), the living spaces are more than comfortable with great views out over Roma Norte, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and convenient, safe and filled with restaurants of all types (even a nice Japanese cafe!) You can board a hop-on bus to tour the city just a block away, or walk to numerous lovely parks. Marco himself was quite gracious, especially when the airline caused half our party to arrive 48 hours late. Julio the doorman never missed racing to the door or helping us with the trash. All in all, an incredibly pleasant experience.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Marco's condo for one week. The place is as described on VRBO. It is clean, beds are good, kitchen is well stocked, etc. Plenty of room for my wife and I, and our two adult children (21 and 23). It is centrally located to the attractions. I would recommend this condo to others.

This flat was perfect for our stay. The location was central to everything we wanted, easy walking distance to many spots and accessible to public transportation. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well-stocked. Marco was super responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay there again.

This was our first trip to Mexico City. We enjoyed the city and the VRBO in Roma Norte was in an ideal location. With a doorman and two bedrooms two baths and a well equipped kitchen and sitting room it was very comfortable and convenient. We could walk to most major attractions and there were many restaurants and stores within the neighborhood. Marco as host was communicative and helpful with many good suggestions.
The only negative we had was what turned out to be unexpected added charges. VRBO advertises the apartment at a reasonable rate per night for a week with no hidden fees. We expected to pay a cleaning fee - reasonable, and tax - expected - but were surprised to be charged an added significant fee per day per person for the other couple that stayed with us. This essentially added 30% to the cost of the apartment and with the other fees doubled the cost per night over the advertised price! The added charge for four people staying in a two bed two bath place seems unreasonable and should have been in the original price description. A single couple would not rent a two bedroom apartment. This made us feel taken advantage and was the first time we’d encountered this with VRBO. We’ll be more careful and contentious next time.

We enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable apartment. The check in process was a breeze thanks to our host. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood with great walking accessibility to restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. It was warm, so we needed the windows open at night and there was street noise, but other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay.

So glad we booked Marco's apartment. First time in CDMX. This apartment was clean, central, safe, and fully stocked with all amenities. We walked all over Roma Norte and Ubered in minutes to everywhere else. Marco was great to communicate with and had all sorts of recommendations. Stop searching and book, you won't be sorry.

There is not a better location!
Marco made our trip to Mexico City an absolute breeze by communicating with us throughout our stay and making the process of check in very simple. The location can't be beat. In the heart of Roma Norte and just a short walk to La Condesa, about 30 minutes from Chapultepec Park and other attractions. Perfection in Roma Norte!
This apartment is in a beautiful and convenient location. It is clean, comfortable, and large. Good beds, large kitchen, good appliances, friendly staff in the lobby. It is secure and relaxing. Marco is is a superb host who met me at the apartment and provided valuable guidance for my stay. He is friendly, efficient--a "can do" host. I will stay here again and again!

The perfect place in the perfect place
Like revisiting an old friend, so excited for you to have an unforgettable experience, Marco was the consummate host. The location is perfect, whether you want to stay close to home and enjoy the marvelous mix of bistros, bakeries or broad spectrum of dining destinations, spend the day wandering Chapultepec and visiting its many museums or jumping aboard the Metro for a 15 minute ride to the historical center of the city. We had only days but could have spent weeks.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Marco's apartment. The unit is on the top (6th) floor, but with elevator access (that may seem like a given, but I've stayed places where we've had to trudge the stairs).
The location in Roma is -great- and it is just a short walk to the Insurgentes Metro station. The apartment was clean and neat and well appointed. And with nice attention given to "creature comforts": bed sheets and bath towels were very nice; a couple of umbrellas by the door should you need them (we didn't); laminated maps of the area and local travel guides; well equipped kitchen; washer/dryer; ice in the freezer; etc. Broadband access was reliable, and if you have time for TV, there is good access to streaming HD channels, many of which have a choice between Spanish and English audio tracks.
Marco met us at the apartment to show us around and tell us how to work everything --even left a bottle of wine for us.
Really no negatives from our visit. Coming from Texas, I noticed that there is no central air. But we certainly didn't need it in December --temperatures were very comfortable. Might need the fans in the summer, though. And you will hear some street noise, but it's not bad --mostly on the weekend. And you are in the heart of the D.F., so that's kind of to be expected (you're on the top floor, so your as far away as you can get).
So we give Marco's place two "thumbs up", and will try to use it again, if we make a trip back.

This lovely apartment is situated in a great neighborhood close to excellent restaurants. It was very clean, larger than expected and had a doorman. The host was responsive and helpful. A welcoming bottle of wine and several travel books on Mexico were on the dining room table when we arrived. There is some traffic noise so bring ear plugs.

This apartment is wonderful: exactly as advertised in the photos. The bonus was Marco, who personally got us settled in, had lots of neighborhood restaurant suggestions, and was available by text if we had questions. I would love to stay here again.

Excellent location and comfort
The unit was immaculate. It had everything one would need and more. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom for makeup. Enough hangers. A fabulous view of the city. All the kitchen stuff you could want. And instant replies to questions by our charming host.
It was just my daughter and myself, so having two bathrooms was the ultimate in luxury.
