Located in the center of Lakes Entrance but completely hidden. Walk everywhere, footbridge, main beach, restaurants, cafes and supermarket/bottle shop. 2 bedroom house on very large block. Recently renovated and very 'cool'. This property is completely hidden from the main street. Be right in the center of town but away from everything when you choose. New washing machine. New fridge. DVD/Blue-ray player 6 burner bbq with wok burner Quiet Split cycle air con and heating Please note that there is no oven or hotplates inside. Minimum 2 night stay. This property has been in the family sine 1932. We love it and hope you do too.

Basic, but extremely comfortable and welcoming space. Everything you need, maybe a bit more cover over the verandah but even that doesn’t distract from the good feel of the house

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very nice and very comfortable and had just about everything we would need. Huge secure yard which we and the dog loved. Superb location. We would love to stay again and again!

Great simple accommodation Nice big yard for dogs and the boat. Close to everything as in 50-300 metres can get to club Woolworths water esplanade fast foods etc

The position of the property was perfect for us and we greatly appreciated the seclusion. Walking inside we found the house to be spotless and reasonably well appointed. As the weather closed in it would have been great to have WIFI and a smart TV. Cooking on the BBQ was okay but as the gutters were rusted rain dripped onto the heated plates and there was no shelter. The dishwasher was a welcome addition but the shower head did not allow any real pressure which was a shame given the bathroom had been tastefully modernised.
Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would recommend a holiday at Lakes Entrance to our friends.

Great location on the Esplanade close to restaurants, shops and supermarket able to walk anywhere including main beach. The huge yard was great for our dog. The house was spotless clean.

This place is amazing! So clean & and even supplies the essentials like salt n pepper 😃 Was just me and the dog. The yard is massive & dog proof, Loved it, definitely recommend, will definitely be going back again !! ☺️

We needed a quick break away and both this property and the overall Lakes Entrance area fitted the bill perfectly. Had a great time and a big shout out to The Beach Shanty restaurant down the road for their hospitality and great food. Thanks Liz.

Quiet and peaceful house set well back from the road yet right in the heart of Lakes Entrance. Fabulous location and lovely back yard if you have a pet. Our mini groodle absolutely loved it and refused to get in the car when it was time to leave.

Simple, comfortable basic amenities. Plenty of room for the dogs to run around. Great location in the middle of town. A relaxing place to stay. We will be back.

Honestly, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Room to relax, room for the dogs, a sunny veranda to read on, quiet and private but RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN. Walk everywhere.

This is a hidden gem, it’s a modest little home but very comfortable, clean and everything you need is provided. The location is the best and although our 2 tweens were a little lost without wi-fi it was quite refreshing as parents 😉
The yard was absolutely perfect for our mid size active dog. Be sure to bring your cricket set, footy or boules as the yard lawn is flat and spacious and the perfect setting for an outdoor game. 10/10

The location is superb, the cottage is gorgeous. We had everything we could possibly need. Our two dogs did not want to leave this gigantic yard. Fully enclosed so no need to worry about them escaping. The home is cosy, clean and we had everything we needed. Bed very comfy and shower was the best. Our host was lovely and answered all our questions immediately. We will be back to this gorgeous home away from home. Thanks for having us!

As a family of 4 (7yo and 4yo) plus a dog we loved staying at this house - neat and comfortable inside, the big yard and secluded location was great. Outdoor BBQ supplements lack of indoor cooktop. Short walk to footbridge and main beach - and the rest of the Esplanade!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was brilliant, able to walk to almost everything. The hound was in her element in the large secure yard! House was very clean and comfortable. Great Xmas day BBQ on the deck.

Initially when we saw the verandah of the property we were disillusioned as it was a lot different from the picture provided.
The furniture was unclean (I understand the trees and birds).
But it was nice,
Inside was clean everything good except no cooking hotplates provided. The front wire door slams very hard..

The house is right behind the shops so it's very central. Surprisingly quiet for that location.
The reality is not as bright and light as the photos suggest, but it is fine.
The bed creaks appallingly. We stuffed pillows behind the bedhead so we could sleep.
A very reasonable property for the price.

Loved the revamped cottage . Everything was comfortable…. Bed, pillows, couches. Plenty of space fir my dog and I with a huge yard. Great position . I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go and it was very quiet. Will certainly go back there.

Loved this retro cottage with a huge garden and completely secure for our cavoodle to enjoy. Perfect location close to everything but very quiet. The only thing letting it down was the bed frame and one of the sofas was in need of repair.

key advantage is location,walk to everything. pet friendly, also good parking, but the property bit old, no kitchen facilities. not even a vanity. for price a bit higher with the condition.

The property is cosy and comfortable and boasts a massive area to play all sorts of games, let your dog roam etc. The place is pretty quiet, but if I could give one (very) minor negative was the local fire siren singing one early morning!
However, we'd thoroughly recommend as it easily fits 2 adults & 3 kids (...and our woof!!) and you won't get better privacy in town. Guaranteed!
