We were two families that enjoyed a stay at this villa. It was really clean and well equipped with a lovely pool and outside space. We enjoyed lots of BBQS by the pool and drinks on the terrace during our stay and exploring the local area. It's about a 25 minute walk into Tavira where there were loads of choice of restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Coisa Linda, Ponto Encontro and La Salto. Highly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic time.

Very spacious, lots of facilities. Uber into Tavira around 4 euros. Had a small maintenance issue which was solved quickly and efficiently, the true mark of a service offering is when it goes wrong, how they respond.

Villa was absolutely perfect, the pool was amazing and a great size and the little plunge pool was an added bonus. The gardens and areas round the house are well kept and pools clean. Inside the rooms are spacious and AC good which we needed when temps hit 37/38 some days. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. A great place to stay and would recommend

Villa great for family.
Outside with pool great for relaxing.
Down town is about 15 mins walk, once you've sussed out which way to go.
Shopping centre was nice surprise too.

Lovely villa in a private and quiet location
This villa is perfectly located if you prefer quiet and privacy, without being too far from the town. You are able to walk into town, however if you are carrying all the beach gear to the ferryboat that takes you to the beach, you might prefer to go to town by car (we did it on foot and it was a very hot walk). There is also a handy supermarket and lovely cafe bar within walking distance, although they are down the dual carriageway with a questionable pavement area.
The villa itself is light and airy with good sized bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The kitchen is clean and modern with everything you could need if you like to cook. We stayed in a lot due to the pandemic and we were short of nothing (except maybe a few more glasses would be good). The outside area was brilliant. The pool area looks brand new and spotless with its artificial grass and lovely fruit trees giving endless sun and shade as required. There is plenty of shaded space to eat at the table by the pool however as the evenings came, we preferred to sit in the cosy terraced area upstairs overlooking the pool, the town and the sea. Watching the sun go down up there was lovely and it almost felt like our own private rooftop restaurant. We really did love our stay, made all the more special by the sadness of the current situation. I'm sure we'll be back, hopefully in better times.

Tired
There is much to commend Villa Sinos, it is spacious, with a modern well-equipped kitchen, and updated bathrooms.
Which is why it is such a shame that it has been allowed to become dated and tired. With a little investment it could easily retain it's undoubted former glory, especially in it's outdoor areas.
The garden is overgrown and uncared for, the pool and tiling is discoloured, broken and dirty patio tiles, broken patio furniture, unusable BBQ are just some of the problems.
The interior of the villa needs updating and a good clean!
A bit of TLC and investment and it could become a nice place to stay.

Holiday August 2019
We have just returned from a 2 week stay and had a wonderful time. The villa was fabulous, the outside seating area was kept shaded all day so you could keep cool while still able to see the children playing in the pool. The upstairs seating area was fabulous on a night and the views of Tavira and the sea we're amazing. It was well equipped with everything you could need. It was a nice 20 minute walk into town. The owner and the rental company were extremely helpful both during the booking process and during our stay. I would recommend this villa for a stay in Tavira and would certainly stay there again.

Well equipped , clean and approx 20 min walk into Tavira centre.
Although we enjoyed our stay on the 3rd to the 10th of September this year , the only negatives was the fact that the recycling bins directly opposite are emptied every day but in the early hours that disturbed our sleep . There is also building work being carried out opposite that may carry on for the next few months. Apart from those minor issues the villa with pool made a fantastic stay and is located within easy reach of local shops and coffe shops one of which is the Venezuela , highly recommended and a half way point for walking into Tavira .

Lovely property and pool. Everything there that you need for a holiday.
We did not hire a care but taxis very easy to book and roughly 5 euros into town. Tiveria itself is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and lovely atmosphere.

Great location. Lovely clean villa and great service
We spent 12 days in this spacious villa and had a wonderful time.
The villa was very clean, comfortably furnished and very well equipped. The linens are of good quality and there are plenty of lovely, fluffy towels.
The welcome pack was excellent.
The outside area was pleasant, with plenty sun beds and shady spots for when the temperatures soared.
We liked the lemon trees which provided the lemons for out afternoon G & T’s.
The pool is a decent size and although a slight problem developed with the water quality midcway through our stay, this was rectified as soon as we informed Robin of the issue.
The barbecue area is functional but could do with a revamp and the disused hot tub area was the downside of the outside area, it could do with a little cleaning up or indeed being repaired .
We loved the roof terrace with it’s good quality furnishings.
The location of the villa is perfect fior strolling into Tavira, so a car is not essential, although we did have a car, and visited nearby towns and villages.
We would certainly recommend the villa and hope to return for another holiday soon ..

Highly recommended
We were here for a weekend soccer tournament, and this property worked out great! We had three families staying, and also had some of the other soccer parents come over during some down time. Everyone absolutely loved the decor, it looks exactly like the photos. Our only complaint was we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely return, and hopefully for a longer trip next time.

Great place
We stayed at this bungalow for a short trip down to the beach. Place was perfect and was exactly what we wanted. Can't say enough nice things about this house. Would recommend to others and will try to stay here again myself.

Fantastic, sociable villa!
We stayed at Villa Sinos last summer with another family - 4 adults, 5 children aged between 10 and 5.
The space worked perfectly with everyone being able to spread out. Needless to say, the kids spent most of the time in the pool which was kept tip-top by Ian (thank you!) The shaded veranda was a welcome spot to eat lunch under/play cards in the afternoon.
Bedrooms were clean, bright and cool and the bathrooms were new and tastefully done. Kitchen was very well equipped.
The roof terrace has fabulous views out to the ocean and the adults loved having this space in the evening to enjoy a glass or two of port!
Supermarkets are nearby (need a car really) but you can walk to Tavira which has loads of fantastic restaurants plus the ferry to Tavira Island or take a water taxi (lots of fun).
The restaurant at the top of the town by a beautiful old church has stunning views and was where we ate on our last night - the perfect end to a perfect holiday.
Special thanks to Rachel who offered great customer service - nothing was too much trouble, thank you!!
