Hosts are amazing, attentive and kind. Location is great, near the mountains forest, 5 min to Castle of Dracula, all in green outside (August). House is super clean and comfortable with every needed things.

The pension is very cute. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

The room we got is extremely small for 2 people. I did not realize there is an option for a larger room. So I guess it is my fault. So I would suggested to book bigger room.

Mrs Sorina was very hospitable and friendly. The house is 5 min away from Bran center, so it’s easy to walk around.

The room was very clean and pleasant. Location is quiet, away from busy roads, with a nice view of the mountains. Nice garden and lovely pets: Kiki the cat and Coco the dog. Great place to relax. The host was very helpful and kind, offering advice and looking after all the guests with great care.

Super friendly hosts, both at check-in and check-out. As I was about to drive off, the gentleman flagged that one of my tyres was looking a bit flat and gave me some help. Guesthouse is 5 mins walk from the castle and the main high street with restaurants.

Key took me a while to work out - bit of an unusual lock.

Superb location. Friendly hosts and adorable pets. The room was clean and the hosts were very helpful. The rooms have private bathrooms. The location is very close to the Bran Castle.

Depending on expectations rooms might seem a bit small.

Relaxing stay in the nature

Our stay in Pensiunea Mateo was great. We were welcomed very friendly by the ownersç The pensiunea is in the middle of the nature and there is a great garden and terrasse to chill out. We can definitely advise it for travellers who want a calm and relaxing stay.

Fabulous neighborhood, very short walk from the town's main attraction (Castle Bran), but still far enough away to be totally quiet at night. Very cozy room, our host was very friendly and brought us coffee in the morning

As advertised, there is not really a good kitchen. Breakfast is best sourced from restaurants in town, although these open a little later than the fast-moving traveler might want.

Very comfy ,we enjoyed a lot our trip to Bran. We are Highly recommend this hotel/appartements. The location is perfect. Its a near to the city center and all the monuments. The greatest restaurants are near by also. Enyjoy Bran and surroundings ,like we did.

Definitely would stay here again

I liked everything about it. The house itself is very nice, clean and the design of the rooms is very pleasant. The hosts thought of anything the guests might need other than simply providing a place to sleep, so you really feel at home. There is a big kitchen downstairs where you can cook or keep things in the fridge if you want. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice, and the town center with shops and restaurants is 5 minutes away on foot. The hosts have a lovely little dog and a very friendly cat, that both love strangers. Please keep in mind that, like most houses, the rooms are not soundproof, and you might hear other guests now and then. While we stayed there, there was another room occupied, but we did not hear a thing, so it really depends on how considerate other people are regarding sleeping hours. In any case, you can check in with the hosts and they will help you with anything.

We had a lovely stay, it was exactly what we needed. Great hospitality, the room was clean, kitchen equiped with everything one needs. There's a sunny terrace to enjoy a slow morning and a beautiful garden to relax in the afternoon. Communication was great too!
