About this house rental
2004 home with 3 bedrooms + den with sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms, and pool with mountain views. Located in the Continental Reserve neighborhood, this home will make you feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door. Well appointed and decorated. Grocery store and basic needs are close by, plus shopping and dining.
Many attractions are within 30 minutes of this home. Hiking trails are close by too.
You may heat the pool during the cooler months for a fee of $350.00 per week.

Our daughter was married in North Tucson. This home was perfect for my husband and I along with our adult children. Stadance event center and hiking trails within a couple miles. The pool and views of Sombrero Peak were beautiful! Communication with Todd was great.

Wind Swept was a wonderful experience. Place was clean with well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was 1 mile from Sanctuary cove and 1.2 to a trailhead with multiple trail options. We have an active family so being close to trails is important. Other trailheads were within a 30 minute drive. Grocery stores were a short drive as were good restaurants. We chose to not heat the pool and had a few of us do daily “cold plunges”. Ample seating outside and inside for a group of 8. Todd was very responsive and answered all questions. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. Would recommend!

Wind Swept is a very comfortable and well appointed house with a great backyard view. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s within minutes of the Passey Loop of the
Saguaro National Park and the Sanctuary for fabulous hiking. We stayed for a month and found the location, though some distance from downtown, to be very easy to travel from - close to the freeway and the main road Silverbell. Comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, big TV, cozy den, outdoor patio seating and view of the pool and mountains - we’re looking forward to coming back!

Windswept is a beautiful, well-furnished home in a nice neighborhood close to Sanctuary Lodge. It is stocked with movies and board games, and everything was perfect. Todd was a super host! He went the extra mile for us when we accidentally left some clothes in the dryer. He arranged to have them sent to us! Great service! Great stay! Great property!

This property was amazing! It was close to a lot of tourists attractions. A lot of places were 30 minutes away or less. The grocery store was very close and convenient as well

We basically only ate breakfast and slept here. We had daily activities that kept us away. We found the beds in the 3 bedrooms to be very comfortable. We found Todd to be very available and responsive to any issues or questions we had.

Pool is Too Cold
We were basically unable to use the pool. If it ever warmed up, we missed it. I am an older person and it would’ve been better for me if there was a bar to hold on in the shower. I hope the freezer part of the refrigerator gets repaired. We got ice from the friends we were visiting but it would’ve been better if the fridge did its job. The setup was good and the host was accommodating.

Tucson vacation
We enjoyed our stay in Tucson. The house was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. We did a lot of hiking and the parks were close by. Seems like we were within 30 - 40 minutes of all our destinations. We had a great time!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable
Our collective family from across the states gathered here to celebrate my brother and his wife of 50 years, surprise wedding anniversary. The check in was seamless. Todd was an enthusiastic host to connect with. Made our stay welcoming and easy to navigate. The house was perfect for our family. The pool was an added bonus. I look forward to coming back to stay in this beautiful house and location.

Great pool and master bedroom
We were here for just less than a week. Very apparent the house is well maintained and kept very clean. We stayed here with my mother-in-law who thrives on cleaning and she couldn’t believe how spotless the house was. The master bedroom and suite were great and quite large. Comfortable than most other VRBO homes we’ve stayed in. The backyard and pool area were great. Beautiful view of what I think is called sombrero peak. Nice little waterfall in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Gas station, market, breakfast place and some other quick food places right around the corner. The owners were attentive and very friends to deal with. Great place
This is our second time staying here and enjoyed it again! Quiet neighborhood with nice walking trails. Great heated pool. Comfy place with many amenities. Easy check-in and Todd was available but we didn’t need anything.

Experience
We will find a different property for 2023. Disposal needed repair. Washing machine needed repair, was several days for repair guy to come. Couldn’t find a laundromat in area. House painters came to paint, was quit a surprise to hear the noise and have the doors and windows papered off. Paint was sprayed on. Paint. Went thru garage wall vent and was on my vehicle. Spend 2-3 hours removing visible paint. Taking vehicle to auto body shop to finish. We have VRBO for several years. This property is overpriced.

This is a great property in the Tucson mountain area. We all enjoyed it very much. The manager was responsive to a small indoor leak. It could use a deep cleaning, however. I'd go back and book again!

This home was awesome! Very clean! Todd is very responsive and easy to make contact with. The house is so family friendly, the movie room kept the kids busy. The kitchen is very well equipped, lots of spices and extras you don’t find in many homes. Absolutely our new favorite home in Tucson!

Better than the pictures
Continental reserve was so comfortable and clean. We were shocked when we walked in and the place was even better than the great pictures shown on the site. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

Fantastic all around
All around fantastic time. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Fast internet, comfy bed, lots of space, great outdoor space with grill and pool. Quiet neighborhood close to hiking. Easy to check in and out. Owners available but we didn't need anything. We will definitely be back.
