Loved sitting on verandah of an afternoon to enjoy the amazing outlook. Unit is really well appointed, good size and comfortable. Found location excellent and Francesca was a great host.
No issues.

It was very spacious and clean
The pillows were very flat. The air conditioner was set at 23 and was not so for table for sleep

the apartment was located in a calm area with a great view over the ocean! it was around a 10/15 min walk to the centre.
great parking for free close to the apartment.
Both beach and beach club close to the apartment.
Great host who answered all of our questions and recommendations.

Great views on the sea. Very well equipped flat (we even got coffee capsules for the whole stay). The kitchen and bathrooms had all necessary items. Very comfortable. Very easy to park on the street for free.
A bit far from the city center: a 10 or 15-minute walk through not-specially-nice streets, but it was fine. Also, on arrival we were asked to give 200 euros as a deposit, something that only appeared in very small print in the reservation; it should be stated more clearly, as not everyone carries 200 euros in the pocket.

Spacious, clean object, good location. Coffee machine with some capsules for the start was definitely an advantage! Good location. Very nice and quick contact with an owner.
Keys were given in person, we had to wait 20-30 mins after arrival. Also there is a quite significant deposit - there was no issue with getting it back, however also it had to be done in person before leaving. The view was nice, however there is a construction nearby that is visible and not included in the pictures. Also the bed is extremely uncomfortable, one of the worst I have ever experienced while travelling. Apart from the bed, all disadvantages were rather minor.

It was spacious.
it was advertised as a sea view but along with your sea view you got a huge construction site view which was directly across the street and very noisy. The air conditioning was centrally controlled which wasn’t explained to us and we were up most of the first night because it was so warm and spent hours in the middle of the night trying to google the manufacturer’s guide to try to reduce the heat. Ridiculous, at a minimum there should have been a instruction manual in the apartment.

The good:
- Good location. 10 min walk from train station and 15min walk from the old town.
- Easy to find street parking.
- Restaurantes and coffee places close by.
The bad...
- When I booked the place had lots of pictures at the beginning of the listing that didn't belong to the rental. When I called the owner to ask she reacted like a crazy lady and started yelling at me on the phone just with non sense. I CHECKED AND THOSE PICTURES ARE DELETED NOW. In those pictures they showed the master bedroom with a view, non existent and a kids.room, non existent either. It's just one bedroom.
- Not sure why it has so many good reviews, it's just average, it has lots of potencial but in my opinion is NOT worth the price. The beds are very UNCOMFORTABLE, hard mattress and cheap sheets (that you have to pay to have on top of cleaning) that is NOT disclosed on the rental. Just fyi it's 40 EUR more.
- I traveled with my partner and our 9 year old and the sofa bed is old and uncomfortable.
- The outdoor furniture is hard and uncomfortable.
- The view is not as amazing as I though or as shown in the pictures. They cropped from the pictures the big industrial old thing right infront of your view.
- There aren't any flowers, just cantus.
I would NOT recommend this place and I would NEVER consider staying there again.

Well equipped flat with spacious balconies. It is one bedroom, and person 3 & 4 would sleep on sofa bed in the living room. Location is good across the water and a small swimming rocky beach. Many other beaches are accessible within driving distance. Old town is close by, about 15-20 min walk or 7 min drive (if too hot to walk). Owner gave good recommendations on restaurants and activities when prompted.
Two things -
1) During our stay, there was major construction across the street from this flat. Concrete drilling and demolition was in full progress, which essentially made the front water facing balcony non-usable most of the day. It was beyond owner’s control, however heads up ahead could have been good. Had we known, we would have picked another place as practically we were hearing construction noise most of the day (Ofcourse based on city noise regulation, so from wake up time until evening).
2) Air conditioning in the unit allowed lowest cooling temperature to be 23C, which for our family was too hot. Also the ac unit took a long time to cool the bedroom and living area to 23C. Kitchen area was a heated oven unless you opened the balcony doors (which back to construction noise and dust, we could not).
We brought both these things to the owner attention and they could offer no solution. So 1200 Euros + later on this stay, this is our feedback.

Francesca and Giusy did everything to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is very nice with a great view. Its located walking distance from the old town. Markets, bakery, self service loundry are around. Nice playground for kids is just behind the corner.
I do not like that bed linen is availble for additional fee (that's the first time in my life that the price for apartment doesn't include it).

Great location and clean, spacious, modern apartment.
7.0
It’s modern, spacious and has a good outside space. It has a functioning good lift and overall a good flat.
The view is great.
It was my mistake not to check but I took for granted that such a modern and not cheap flat would have had at least a small washing but it did not. It was not easy to be there for 10 days with two kids in the summer time and having to wash clothes by hand.
Also the bed in the master bedroom was not a proper bed. It did not have a real mattress. My 10 year old son spelt in there but an adult could never sleep there.
Also I don’t think the flat was properly cleaned. The toilet seat underneath had pee stains and that I really did not like.

Fantastic host, great location and stunning apartment! The apartment looked even better in real life, stunning ocean views, 2 massive balconies and very modern and spacious bedrooms.
