New, Modern, Comfortable. This house was well-kept, clean, with new appliances, TVs in every room and just what we needed for a family of four. If your family was larger, it might be a challenge to fit everyone in. The internet was very fast. Washing machine/dryer was appreciated. Dark curtains on windows were appreciated. Neighborhood was quiet.

Felt like we hit the jackpot with this rental. Newly renovated on the inside…charming and comfortable and so well outfitted. Close to everything. Very responsive and helpful owner. Would definitely stay again.

This unit was recently renovated, and it is wonderful! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-stocked. The kitchen is huge, and stocked with really decent pots, pans, knives, etc. We loved it!

We have been to Eureka many times over the last 9 years and have stayed in VRBOs each time. This place is so comfortable and stocked with everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely rent it again. Sonia is great hostess.

Sonia is very responsive and truly a great host. She has supplied the apartment with all you need to feel at home away from home. This was the best property we’ve ever stayed at- the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with pans, cutting boards, bowls, utensils, etc. everything was up-to-date and super clean. Linens and towels were high quality. We would highly recommend!

This location was fairly close to the brother who recently moved to Eureka, so it worked well for us. The beds were all comfy, the kitchen amazing well-appointed. We didn't cook except for making breakfast, but we could have. The big screen tv was great for watching the Olympics. Thanks for a quiet, restful place to crash after hiking in the Redwoods and beach walking.

My three generation family had a great stay at this well-appointed property in Eureka. The rental had everything we needed and space for all of us. It was in a quiet location, and it was easy to get to all nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Our family stayed here a few nights while we explored the Redwood National Park. This place had everything we needed, including a W&D! Sonia was very helpful. The Vrbo site was down so she met us at our car with the entry code! Everything was very clean. If I were in Eureka, I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. The house is located off the road in an alley. It’s small and quaint and fit our family of 5 comfortably for a week. It’s a perfect hidden gem in a very quiet neighborhood with a convenience store one block down, which came in handy a few times. Sonia was kind and welcoming and was quick to answer when we had questions. We all enjoyed our time at her home and every one of us were sad to have to leave. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very cozy with great amenities. Sonia even had 2 pack n plays available for my boys. Great host.

This is a smaller house, but it had everything we needed! New, well equipped kitchen & new appliances! The rooms had new beddings, the towels were fluffy and perfectly white. The place is tastefully decorated. I definitely would recommend the rental to others (we already did) and I would stay here again for sure. Thank you, Sonia!

Great location, great place for my visit to see family

I came to Eureka to run the Humboldt Bay Marathon. This was a perfect place to spend recovery days after the event. Very quiet and located within close driving distance of restaurants, markets and other conveniences.

Sonya is a really good manager. K-cups were waiting, paper plates as well as nice plates and utensils provided. Clean and no dog or smoke smells.. plenty of close parking. This stay really spoiled us. I recommend this property and manager to every one I know.

Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and was great to cook in. Initial issue with cable and wifi (may have been our error) and Sonja responded immediately to square away, had excellent service! Weather in this area was beautiful at the end of July. We often found ourselves headed North of Eureka to see the Redwoods and for wonderful beaches.

Very nice newly renovated apartment is nicer than pictures show. The bedrooms and bathroom (shower only) have also been renovated. BR 1 has a queen size bed and BR 2 has 2 twin beds. The sofa in the living room area is a sofa bed. All linens are brand new. In the kitchen, a couple of nice surprises the coffee pot is a Keurig, and there’s a toaster oven. The only drawback we found were a few kitchen items we wished had been on hand. While there are plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware, there were few pots and pans for cooking. There were several sizes of fry pans, a 2 qt size cooking pot and a small pan that fits in the toaster oven. But, there are not any microwave cookware, a large stove pot (to boil pasta or ears if corn) or conventional oven bakeware. We bought and left a 13x9 pan to roast chicken. Other items one may wish to bring with them: a colander, a corkscrew and a bottle opener. Before arriving the owner was very helpful, willing to answer questions and provided us the access code to the lock on the front door the morning we traveled. We felt very welcomed when we first arrived with brochures and some yummy bites. It was the perfect place for our family of 4 (2 teens) to hangout while vacationing. Also, the WiFi worked fine and was easy for all of us to log on, an important feature for families like us with teens! All in all, a great vacation! Worth the trip, and staying in this apartment made it perfect! I highly recommend.
