Extremely good value for money. We were in a lovely room with a pool view.
The swimming pool was a great benefit after a long drive. Very clean and refreshing.
The hosts were lovely, very accommodating and charming.
If I was being picky I would say the shower head needs to be a bigger diameter to get a good shower, otherwise it feels like you’re under a hose pipe. Great water pressure though.

Excellent stay the pool was very clean and needed after a very warm day, hosts were excellent.

Vincent was a great host, welcoming and super accommodating. The location is great if you don’t want to be in the centre of Dijon but want to be close (only 15-mins on the tram which runs 5mins away from Vincent & Geraldine’s house)
we had a lovely breakfast in the garden with homemade cake and other wonderful treats!
nothing, it was great

Only the location.
The small bed, the small chairs, the breakfast in the humid basement, the small number of towels.

Good location to get to from the motorway whilst travelling to the South of France from the UK. Room was nice, bed comfortable, clean and fine for an overnight stop. Breakfast was to order and nice choice with homemade cake and jam. Car was in a secure area too.
All was fine.

Friendly welcome by our hosts. Swimming pool was great after a hot day on our bikes, with cold beer and lounge chairs beside. Location was not great for seeing the sights of Dijon, but we were on bikes en route south to Beaune and this was a convenient stop for us. Breakfast was standard continental with the addition of homemade cake. Secure bike storage.
Location is in a suburban residential area.
Bed is a fair bit lower height than standard. There are restaurants within walking distance, but they are primarily chain restaurants.

everything - can’t wait to return on our next trip

The room was spacious, clean, very well furnished and decorated and the bed was comfortable. Very good breakfast.
It surely is an ideal place for couples, but not as much for families with little children (no garden, just small gravel patches, stairs and unfenced swimming pool). Unfortunately we couldn't use the spa (we hadn't reserved and was booked by another client) and that felt like our money was a bit wasted.

Proximity to trams in Dijon.
Poor soundproofing.

Great location. You can catch a tram into the city centre from a tram stop about 10 minutes walk from the property. The tram takes about 15 minutes and is very cheap.... Vincent and his partner are very helpful and friendly. Our room (ground floor) was large. There is a very nice little kitchen under the hosts house for guests to use, to make tea/coffee or even to cook. It was also where breakfast was served.
Little things only. The shower gel for example was in a plastic bottle and was on the floor almost empty which didn’t look very nice. There was no hairdryer in the room. We were kindly given one by the hostess but were told the previous guests must have stollen it.
There is no electric socket in the bathroom (for shaving or hair drying).
We found that when the people on the 1st floor moved around the floorboards really creaked. This wasn’t a real problem for us as we were getting up at around the same time.
