Spectacular view close to the slopes

The views were beautiful and ever changing with the weather and the location was very good to make the most of the skiing area. We did rent a ski locker near the lifts as it would be quite an effort to walk back uphill with equipment to the apartment but this climb up is what makes the view so spectacular. There are ski lockers at the apartment if needed. The apartment was extremely well stocked with everything you might need so no need to bring the usual essentials for a self catering stay. Plenty of clean towels, extra blankets etc and the apartment was cosy and and well maintained. The owner, Agata was fantastic at replying almost immediately with any queries or issues and solved problems swiftly, staying in contact throughout and with perfect English. We thought that this rental was extremely good value for money compared to other rentals in the area.

Overall there were no major issues. I would say the apartment is fairly compact but there was good storage and hanging space for coats etc. We had a slight issue with the shower which Agata has communicated will be resolved imminently. The garage was a little too small for our car but there was plenty of parking just down the drive at a local hotel or on the main road.

Pleasant

Nice assortment of coffee, sugar, oil, pasta for preparing breakfast. Plenty of towels. Owner Agata made efforts to keep us happy.

Difficult access to the flat when snowing. City does not clean the streets. Sofa bed not comfortable. Hot water to shower lasts for one person. No internet.

Beautiful Alpine views!

The apartment lives up to its name being in a great location with an amazing view from the balcony. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay and we felt it was great value for the price we paid. There are several bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Agata the host was very attentive and always keen to make sure our stay was going well.

Took us a while to get used to using the shower which was very powerful, but which tended to overflow the shower tray very easily, causing a flood on the floor.

Great flat in Claviere for a couple or a small family

The flat is very well located in Claviere, close to the main road of the village and to the slopes. There are some good restaurants nearby and a couple of supermakets for groceries. The village of Mongenevre is 4 min away if you have a car or you can reach the french village very easily skiing. The flat was very comfortable and we had a very good relaxing time there. The owner was always very nice with us.

Superb

practically furnished rooms, convenient, nice, stylish. Everything was clean. Very nice view from balcony. Can't find anything what would be missing.

Internet needs to be sorted out, but I think landlord is already working on this. Only Italian TV programmes is not a big help to non Italian speakers :), but not very important.
