Very nice room with a lot of space.
i expected a better location. and i expected to not face the other cabin but have direct forest view.
i also expected a bar service (only coffee available) and also expected a breakfast.
4.0
The room was charming and I loved the chair and foot cushion. The design was lovely. The room setup was also well thought out. Bathroom amenities were nice.
The coffee bar made delicious drinks. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Nice people.
Walking distance to everything.
Bathroom fleas and maybe a little more thorough room check before check in - I found item left behind by another guest but not the biggest deal.
Drawer space would’ve been nice so didn’t have to live out of suitcase.
A bit noisy in the early mornings from this room.
Since no coffee maker in room free coffee should have a bit longer time window - the hotel charges good money to stay there this would be worth changing.
I would’ve like the parking spot to be a little more private and not sitting at the check in or next to common tourist walk area. I also recognize space may be limited- not the biggest deal.

The hotel was super clean and cute, surrounded by woods. Check-in was easy and there's also a cute cafeteria/ souvenir shop in the reception area. Will definitely come back later!
None! I thought It would be better if it's either the spring or summer seasons

we loved the cabins and the view over the creek. it was private and and beautifully set up.
they didn’t have much amenities in property such as restaurants and check out was strict on timing
4.0
room was large and generally liked the fact that it was amongst the trees
if you don’t get a 2nd floor room or one that is directly on the stream then you are mostly looking at car park areas or other guests walking by.

Very nice property, we may have been in the worst building, but it was still nice.
The building we were in didn’t have as good a view of the stream, but it was nice

The location was perfect. Right in town but set off the street in a quiet spot
They were cutting down trees the first day we were there so the raid was blocked and we couldn’t use the lovely deck with the view of the waterfall

so peaceful, beautiful scenery, very comfortable bed, excellent shower, right off the Main Street but still secluded

large, beautiful room and nice location
no service at all. our bathroom was not clean as it should be and supplies were not refilled (soap and body wash) even after we requested

The rooms were perfectly clean, wonderfully styled and very comfortable. Even the building some selves, being quite modern, had a wonderful Catskill like feeling.
There’s really nothing we didn’t like… Sure, it be great if we didn’t have to see anybody else while we were there! But seriously, maybe the pillows were a little thick and that’s about the worst I could say.

beautiful location
desk-check in person (Sunday 2 pm) wasn’t welcoming. instead of saying something like, “you’re early, let me check to see if your room is ready”, we were told, “check-in is at 3 pm”. the person working should not be in the “hospitality business”. she walked us to our room told us how to use the “code” in case we forgot our key, she opened the door and let us in. took me a few minutes to figure out the window shades and when I washed my hands in the bathroom sink, noticed the water wasn’t draining well. I did the general check and figured the drain was most likely clogged. stopped by the office to let “check-in” person know about sink and asked if while we were out (we were leaving) if someone could correct the problem. several hrs later when we returned, the drain closure of the sink was unscrewed and laying on the side of the basin, nothing more was done.
when we checked-out a day later, we told the “desk person” about the sink when she asked about our stay. she deducted the coffee and cappuccino we had during our stay. she was pleasant and seemed genuinely apologetic about the bathroom sink problem. (shower head sucked, took forever to get hot water and there were no grab bars in shower…it’s code in some areas, the turntable seemed not to work either.)
our room appeared much more beautiful (old pics?) than the room actually was. Rate was $730. taxes included - for two nights - June 2022.
there aren’t a lot of options in Woodstock but I would do more research next time.
