Exceptional

The host, Maxwell, was excellent. Extremely helpful. The staff was very cordial and professional. The apartment was much nicer and a lot bigger than expected. I would stay here again and am telling my friends about it.

The planes weren't great, but that wasn't the property's problem/fault. It is something that just comes with Osu so be aware.

I like the place very much and have stayed there several times.

Perfect location for the city centre with plenty of places within walking distance. Bar and restaurant on site with live music.

No cooking facilities ( No gas), I was able to use the microwave however.

Great

The place was clean and spacious. the staff was helpful and Ubers were always close by

We had a day where we didn’t have water in the morning. The staff did try and assist and the owner called a water tank.

Apartment excellent, beautifully furnished, so big . Staff so helpful and attentive. So good about me checking out late Great location- very quiet off main road but 10 minutes walk to Oxford Street where shops , bars , restrictions. A bar / restraunt on site which shows Premier league games .

Old apartments with a busy club

This place has its ups and downs, The lady owner is a nice lady and tries her best to accommodate you, There is also Simon a multi Tasker and a hard working guy, and there is mariam the billing person. Having said that, the whole staff were friendly and helpful including the security guys, however the place needs maintenance specifically with the air conditioning, I have seen a variety of brands I have never seen before, Mostly generic Chinese brands of air conditionings, most of them do not have the power to cool the apartment. Lucky enough they moved me to one apartment where both air-conditioning worked properly, after trying 3 or 4 different apartments. The place also has a pool with a separate entrance with a lounge called the woods. Alot of people from outside the apartments come to hang out there, the place opens late in the evening around 6 and stays late. Serves food,, drinks, and shisha and other types of smokes. to be more specific it was not my cup of tea, nor was it comfortable for me to stay there. However it could work out for others who care less about cooling and a very clubbing environment.

I didn't like the fact that not even a soap was provided, I had to use my own. The sofa was worn out and old, the bed,, pillows, and sheets were not so hygienic. Plus the air conditioning that didn't work properly.

A/C was Out of order and fixed after 14 day's stay. Wi-Fi is frequently disconnected due to not enough payment to the service provider TV subscription is not paid properly to the service provider causing occasional disconnection Bulbs in rooms blown but not immediately replaced But some staffs were friendly.

Fantastic value apartments in a very central location

This is an excellent value place providing serviced apartments in central Accra, close to Oxford St/Osu with loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My apartment was huge, cozy, clean and incredible value for money. I wish I could have stayed for weeks or months and not just for a few days. Cool bar & pool downstairs. Supposedly also a restaurant, but I didn't try.

Staff can be a little reluctant, but are quite service-minded. No breakfast (at least when I stayed).

I will be staying here next time I come to Ghana

I loved everything about the apartment - especially the on site bar and restaurant. It was in a perfect location, close to everything you need, easy to find and all the staff were soo accommodating and lovely.

the manager was very helpful (Afjei FREDERICK kafui) very professional. I'm looking forward to staying with them in the nearest future.

Everything was perfect. But it will be easier if I could order breakfast and lunch on site.

Exceptional

After booking via booking.com and there being an error with our apartment, we were immediately moved to a better apartment and the staff were very hospitable and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. I highly recommend Maxwell court apartments if you love a great vibe with a lovely bar and music playing daily and the pool is a great bonus, we even enjoyed a pool foam party one night 😊 cannot wait to revisit.

Very good

The staff was friendly, no power failure at no time, silent AC and very comfortable matrass. The kitchen was well equipped. Oxford road with many restaurants options not far.

The cleaning staff was really charming and helpful. The room was very clean and the AC was working perfectly. The area is quiet at night. Lots of taxis are also available in the area if you use an app like Bolt.

I had the impression that I was disturbing on arrival. There was no proper reception desk. Arrangement was done in the courtyard and took long. But at the end I got a good room. The music at the bar is playing loud until midnight.

I totally Regretted 💯.

too many excuses for wifi not connected, window nets was torn etc. There was this old woman on the property who verbally exchanged words cursing me out for not feeling comfortable at the place. so i had go leave the next day. They have a very bad and incompetent services. i will never recommend anyone who needs a respected, comfortable and peaceful environment to stay or book Maxwell Apartment 👎🏾. Thank you
