Handicap accessible ground floor unit promotes easy access with every step from luggage to beach chairs into this private entrance walk-in condominium. Constructed legally as close as possible to the ocean, you can see the kids on the beach while sitting on your bed, sofa, or porch.

Since this beach is a nesting ground for Seaturtles, it is a protected area which limits traffic and there is not a light anywhere near the beach. This makes for a nature filled DARK secluded beach with a ceiling of bright stars you would only find on a deserted island. Here you will walk into this star filled moonlit postcard scene at your doorstep.

Without any large resorts nearby the beachfront is empty and quiet. Walk south on the beach 250 feet to find Chases beachside Tiki bar and restaurant. Walk across the street for Manny's Pizza which appeals to all ages. See my detailed GOOGLE map below with sites near-by, also see how close to the ocean our buildings sit compared to our neighbors. Other resident beachgoers south of you live out of the way and must drive by the resort to exit, almost 5 miles when they want to travel out.

Conveniently located one mile from the only bridges which access the mainland routes.

The city itself is the best-kept secret for beach lovers with emphasis being on maintaining a beachside community and not the almighty tourist dollar. There really isn't any traffic here since it's not a tourist-laden city, and even has laws to prohibit any further commercialization efforts. The ruckus at Daytona Beach is a few minutes away and not at your doorstep. Our city is more for families, retirees, or anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

The Apartment was squeeky clean no Stairs to contend with, Nice quite could hear the Ocean waves at night Quite Relaxing. Deiffinitely will look forward to staying here again Couldnt beat the price for the accomadations

Awesome and never had to worry or be stressed out about anything and thats what vacation is suppose to be, stress free. It was so clean and people were so nice. Definitely cant wait to return.

Every positive comment that has been written before is so true. David was so easy to work with and the resort staff was most accommodating. The view is perfect. My only negative is that I didn't like the driving on the beach because of my younger grandchildren. This was one of the best vacations I've had in a long time

This was my 3rd or 4th time at this resort and the 2nd time I booked it through David. He is very friendly and efficient - and it's a better value to book through him rather than through the resort itself. I've always loved this place and they recently updated the furnishings, making it even better. It's very clean and well maintained. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - close enough to NSB but off the beaten path enough to enjoy the beach and ocean on quiet walks. We travel with only adults but this resort is very family friendly. Each time I go I find new favorite places. I highly recommend the SoNapa Grill - a block and half walk away - especially at their daily happy hour. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Ocean Sands and would highly recommend it!

It was everything promised and more! The view was spectacular and sunrises on the beach are worth getting up early for. The condo was clean, shiny and the new furniture was comfortable and accommodating. Thank goodness for the information on the area David provided, it made getting around much easier. A week at the beach is the perfect getaway vacation, I recommend NSB and David as your concierge!!

My family and I had a great week at NSB. David was very easy to work with and had a lot of great information in the packet he sent us. The view was awesome as you can see the pool and the ocean from this condo. The condo was very clean and it has a great location. You will not be disappointed!!!! By the way the crab hunting at night is great. The kids wanted to go every night there were so many. Make sure you feed the turtles next door also. They are huge.

Loved it. We had a great time The view of the ocean is awesome. The condo was very clean. Couldn't ask for anything more from David . If you like crab hunting there are tons of sand crabs and ocean crabs to be caught. The turtles next door are cool as well. One of them will chase you after you start feeding him. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Were do I start ? Well let me tell you that if you are going for the veiw and location this is the place , I enjoyed the easy access to the resort and the few second walk from my room to the pool or the ocean.David was kind enough to send maps that I would need to shop,eat or just site see and even called me to see if I understood or had any questions! I can't beleive that I met him do to finding this room, I not only had a beautiful room with everything like home, but I found a person that cared not only about my condo,But what I was going to do when I got there!I feel that I have known David for year's. I really want to THANK YOU DAVID for the wonderful help with my vacation and It was all you said and more.I will see you next year ! DAVID & DENISE COWPER .

My family and I stayed at the Ocean Sands Resort the week of March 15-22, 2003 in New Smyrna Beach. David was extremely helpful to us! He sent us a 10 page informational packet with a map of the town, and he took the time to highlight his favorite restaurants, groceries, and other landmarks. We especially liked the personalized attention he gave to us-he answered all emails promptly and called us personally to make sure we were all set for the trip. The unit was oceanfront and exactly as he described-clean, very nicely decorated, and with all of the amenities we needed. We saved $200.00 by going to this website.THANKS!! It was all David said and more.
