The rooms were good and clean. Only stairs for luggage and nobody to help you.
We told in advance through the booking.com interface time estimated to arrival, and although the hotel only check in until 9pm. Our flight was delayed in Rome and we only make it to the hotel at 01am. Nobody answer us, so we were tired, full with luggage and nowhere to go. Luckily we were able to wake up a nice couple that runs the Hotel Telma and took us in through the night at a very fair price. In the next morning we drove back to Hotel Anna and told then what happened...they just said: " sorry to hear, there is nothing we can do about it". Regardless we went to the beach bar of the hotel, very poorly attended, the waiter wasn't there when we came and but us on the beach chairs with umbrellas, just for less then 5 minutes later he came back e told it had to change our sits because he placed us in the wrong place...there were like 10 people on the beach for aprox 60 umbrellas. It wouldn't had maked any difference. So if you need to go to Terracina for any reason, I strongly reccomend to go to a different place near downtown.
4.8
The beach is excellent - with a calm, shining sea. The beach is clean as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly, specially Alessandro. The hotel is in a rather quiet and charming location. The city of Terracina itself nearby is well worth the visit, particularly its old town and the Temple of Jupiter Anxur.
I wish there had been cheese at breakfast. The usage of plastic plates and cutlery at the beach restaurant is not quite environmentally-friendly.
