Serenity Garden is a newly renovated waterfront home surrounded by lush gardens that feels like your own tropical paradise. It is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South East Cape Coral on a cul-de-sac. It is in the coveted Yacht Club neighborhood, located South of Cape Coral Parkway (LESS THAN 2 MILES TO CAPE CORAL BEACH) with a TRITOON BOAT available for rent. You can't get a better location!! Walk or ride the bikes to The Tiki at Dolphin Key (World's largest tiki hut), Jungle Bird Tiki and The Monkey Bar. It is on a wide canal, just minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in your private heated pool or go boating/fishing. Southeast Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks.

Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths will be stocked for your convenience. New couches and 55 inch flat screen complete the living room. Dine inside at our 6 man wine themed dining area, or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. Take a dip in the hot tub or fish off of our dock. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the new hot tub on the lanai. We have a Tommy Bahama bike for the guys and girls cruiser for the ladies. Ride our bikes to the beaches, restaurants, and Publix grocery store. Not included in most rentals but included in ours are custom hotel robes, bikes, & hot tub. Come to play or just relax at Serenity FL Garden.

-Guest Bedroom 2 includes a twin over full bunk with all linens, dresser, alarm clock, Smart TV, and large shared bathroom with tub shower.

**BOAT DETAILS**: Our Bentley Tritoon (Seats up to 10) is available to add to your stay. The boat can be added to your stay for $275 per day plus tax (4 day minimum). Please note that a credit card authorization form and rental agreement will need to be filled out for the boat. Guests will be responsible for the orientation fee of $200 paid to the captain. You must be born before Jan 1, 1988 to drive the boat and have two year's experience.

NEED TO KNOW:
POOL: The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge in the winter (November 1-April 15th). If you would like it heated higher, it is $50 per week.
FOR LITTLE ONES: Pack and play and portable highchair available upon request for no additional fee.
DOGS: Up to two small dogs are allowed, with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Garden! Communication was quick and easy, and the home was exactly what we were hoping it would be. We rented their boat, and Captain Bob was very helpful and made our experience better than expected. Nicole, the guest experience manager, was quick to respond and more than willing to offer assistance. Nick, the pool technician, was welcoming and answered our questions with ease. I would 100% recommend staying at any of Maggie Troup's properties, and I'm looking forward to our next stay!

We had a few issues, oven and dishwasher didn't work and grill heating not accurate. Pool dirty, she did send a pool person over but unable to clean until our day of check-out. Furniture on patio was hard plastic and uncomfortable, over all outside area was not quality. The inside was furnished nice and comfortable. I would not stay there again, we would of preferred a beautiful outside sitting, with clean pool. We never entered the pool or hit tub very outdated.

Check in and prompt request for service. The management was very friendly attentive to our issues. The big issue was the poor quality of the bedding. The rest of the issues were related to upkeep. They need to get a better cleaning crew to more than swifter the floors. Perhaps they should look up at the lights and knock down the cob webs. Patio door was so hard to open we built biceps by the end of the week.

My Mom and I just had a wonderful stay. The house was easy to find and very clean. The kitchen is STOCKED. We wanted a quiet place to relax and we got it. The landscaping is beautiful and provided a ton of privacy. Furnishings were comfortable, TVs easy to use, tons of clean towels, washer/dryer that I wasn't scared to use. Also, there are fans everywhere. Ceiling and ones that plug in. The pool is south facing so you get to enjoy the sun as long as it is in the sky. I really appreciated the arrival message we received so we had their number if we needed anyone. We didn't 😁

We greatly enjoyed our time. Nice house. Very clean and the host was attentive and prompt with any questions we had. The pool was warm, perfect for the winter (when we stayed). Bunk beds were cute and perfect for our 2 kids. Looking forward to our next Vaca and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, it turned out to be a cooler week than we are use to so we took advantage of the hot tub. The pool was nice but it just didn't warm up enough to swim much. The evening temps were in the 50s so I don't think the pool could handle the temperature drop. The home was very clean, uncluttered and had all the necessities needed. The management team replied to texts right away. Would book with this company again in the future.

Lovely clean and well equipped property in a great location. My husband loved sitting on the dock doing a bit of fishing while I relaxed by the pool. Hot tub was a real bonus! We would definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future.

Down in Fort Myers to play baseball and rented this great house. We needed to check in a couple hours early due to having to be at batting practice and thw owners contacted the cleaners and they allowed us to drop our stuff off which was a big help. They helped with everything we had questions about and made our stay pleasant. The house was everything we could ask for. If i ever moved to Florida this would be the perfect place. If your on the fence about this place and another. Choose this one!

We loved our stay at this beautiful vacation home. The host could not have been more communicative and accommodating. The house had everything we needed and the location was great. We would definitely stay there again. Fort Meyers was a quick drive over the bridge and we were within 5 minutes to great restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this place!

This was our first time visiting this part of Cape Coral and it was wonderful ! The house has most things you need. We come to Cape Coral every summer and we love just hanging out by the pool! My son had a wonderful week swimming in the pool, the hot tub was an awesome extra as other homes don’t have them when we rented in the past. Lisa was so wonderful to deal with. We just booked another week for next month but this property is so popular we couldn’t get it for August. Hopefully we will be able to book it next summer. Thank you for having us.

The property manager was easy to contact via phone and email and answered the few questions we had. The house was very comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. We spent hours in and around the pool. Having a refrigerator at the pool was a nice bonus. We enjoyed happy hour at the Tiki Hut Bar and Grill which is less than a five minute drive.
