One of the BEST feature of this home is that there are NO stairs to climb. Only 5 steps up the porch and you enter your beautiful spacious vacation beach home. So if you have a hard time getting around, bad knees/hips/back, small children or just hate stairs (like most properties have) this is the home for you!!
Ranch style family home located in less than 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and south of Rio Grande Ave-just a few blocks from Wildwood Crest. 2 off street parking spots so park your car and walk to the Convention Center. The hallway bathroom has a standard tub/shower.

The house is beautiful, very colorful and fun. There was plenty of room for my family of 4. It was nice to have so much space. Julie provided a lot of amenities that were over and above and was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the property and/or area. Duffers is right down the street which was GREAT! The beach buggy was well used and appreciated because I forgot how far away the water is from the boardwalk. It's a hike. We were very close to the Wildwoods sign and the boardwalk along with other good eating/ice cream places. Also got to meet the next door neighbor Bulldog "Bob" which was nice since we were missing our puppies! Would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks Julie!!

This is a very nice house that is located in easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. My mom has bad knees and appreciated that it is all on one floor, and has a walk-in shower in the main bedroom. Two off-street parking spaces were also very nice! Julie, the owner, was great and kept in touch throughout our stay - when a breaker went out in the main bedroom she came right over and fixed it. She also recommended many good restaurants that we enjoyed during our stay. Thank you!

Friends & Family stayed in this lovely house the last week of August 2023. The town is starting to wrap up from the season so a little quieter than previous weeks which was great for our group.
The house was exactly as explained - great location, well appointed, and the neighborhood is quiet. The house has everything you would need to live at the beach for a week!!! The extra seasonings, condiments, kitchen tools, and beach accessories were a huge bonus!! I actually think you could cook a Thanksgiving Dinner in this house. That is how well it is appointed with creature comforts!!!

This property is an absolute delight! The special touches provided for us upon arrival was so sweet and very much appreciated. The home was extremely clean, had everything we needed (and more!) and was close enough to the beach and boardwalk where we didn’t have to use our cars at all. I would highly recommend checking out the bakeries (Barry’s Buns and Brittons) which are walking distance from the home! Our children loved the yard and the front porch. The home has many updates from the listing pictures and was a great surprise when arriving. Beds were extremely comfortable (hard to come by!) Above all, Julie was an excellent host. She has great communication, great recommendations and a truly GREAT home for you to enjoy!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were a large group that included parents, grandparents, and three kids and this house was able to accommodate all our needs. Julia our host was amazing and you felt welcome from the moment you booked. The house was clean decorated beautifullly, and Julia was able to answer all my questions. Location couldn’t be better two blocks from the convention center (where there is reasonable parking on beach days), boardwalk, restaurants. We would rent again.

The house was decorated very well and was extremely clean. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. This house has a driveway which is critical because parking can be a mess in Wildwood. Julie was great with communication and was an excellent host. Would defintitely stay here again.

Beyond expectations
The home is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The snacks and chilled drinks for our arrival we’re a wonderful surprise. The spices and condiments supplied was a nice touch for cooking since they are not something you think to pack and expensive to purchase just for vacation cooking. The neighbors are friendly and the location was only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach making it walking distance but far enough to avoid the noise and crowds of staying ‘on the beach’. There were beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, etc for use as well. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, convenient, relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to a relative who usually stays in Ocean City but is considering a change.

Fabulous Place and Amazing Host
Having stayed in many hotels and resorts over my traveling career I was a little hesitant to book through VRBO. I looked at a lot of different listings for the area I wanted to stay and selected this one with Julie as it hit all my needs; single level, close but not too close to the beach, nice accommodations. I booked for my family, wife and 2 younger kids (6 and 3), as well as my FIL, MIL, BIL, and SIL, and every one of us was in love both with Wildwood and with the beach house. We will definitely be back!

Great place for families
We loved our stay here! We had a 6, 3 and 1 year old and the house was very family friendly. There was a pack n play, booster seat, and lots of puzzles, games and books for the kids. There were outlet covers on all the outlets, which I loved! The house was very clean. Short, easy walk to the boardwalk and beach, we took our stroller and used the beach cart that was at the house. The beach was very family friendly, no smoking, lifeguards on duty. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to anyone interested in visiting Wildwood!

My family (2 adults, 4 teens) stayed at Julia's property on the 2020 Labor day weekend. The setup was perfect - we had 3 girls and 1 boy so the girls had the bunk beds. The location was great for enjoying the beach and the boardwalk attractions, as well as close to great restaurants.
The house has all the cooking implements you need, and some beach supplies (such as a handy roll cart) as well. Julia was very responsive and gave us some local tips before we arrived.

Perfect!
Julie was welcoming from the day I inquired about the house. She was even accommodating to my request for less than traditional days, needing a Thursday to Thursday stay. When we arrived everything was spotless and the house has a great beach vibe. Everything is within walking distance. The boardwalk is about 7 minutes at a regular pace , 10 minutes if you are strolling. Then for all of you familiar with the Wildwood beach depending on the tide it can take another 5 minutes to get to the water, but with the summer if social distancing it was perfect as everyone had enough room to spread out. We also took a quick trip to the cape May zoo when we needed a beach break that was about 15-20 minutes away. Was also nice that the neighborhood is on a one way street and more residential so was quieter at night for both cars and foot traffic. Everything we needed was available which was great when cooking some pasta and when we needed a lunch break. Also so many great places to eat are within shouting distance that you can grab a bite and enjoy. If I had a wish it would have been to have a TV in the kids room with DVD so they can veg out to watch a show and the adults get a cartoon break, not that I don't love SpongeBob. It took a night to get used to the beds, the kids and queen room have really nice beds with firm mattresses so a slight adjustment for my family that likes a softer mattress. Julie was amazing at being in touch with any questions and truly cares about her renters experience. I saved her info in my contacts so I can plan again! I highly recommend renting and enjoying all the fun that being down the shore in Wildwood brings! Thanks again Julie, our family really enjoyed everything!
