WELCOME TO MY HOME You enter the home walking past a gorgeous flower garden (summer) with table and chairs to relax in the morning sun. The quartzit stone entry mudroom offers plenty of coat closet space, cupboards with board games, puzzles and playing cards for all ages. Next you will enter through the etched glass mountain theme door where you will be overcome by the spectacular lake & mountain view that awaits you. This home gives you an immediate cabin feel with the alder wood cased windows, beautiful tobacco teak wood flooring and a stone faced gas fireplace.
The KITCHEN is a gourmet cooks delight with granite counter tops 2 ovens, gas cook top range, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. There are many small appliances; cuisinart, blenders, air fryer, mixer, 2 crock pots and many sizes of pots and pans, large electric griddle, rice cooker and instant pot. The last thing you want to do upon arriving is go to the store so we have put together a welcome basket of snacks, and drinks In the morning enjoy a fully stocked coffee, tea, hot chocolate bar.
After you have taken in the awesome lake view, be sure to check out the community bulletin board where previous guests have posted interesting places they have discovered during their stay.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed with a 180 degree lake view out the picture windows. The view across the lake is absolutely gorgeous. Sit at the desk and enjoy working from home with this view. The master has a soaking tub next to an elevated gas fireplace, a shower big enough for a party with the many assorted spa heads, small refrigerator for refreshments and LARGE flat screen tv to view from bed or the comfortable sofa. In the master closet is a Pac n play baby bed and highchair. Sit out on the private deck and enjoy all the lake activities below.
The LIVING ROOM has 3 comfortable couches, card table to have family fun time with the many games and puzzles, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi and a 55" Smart TV with DVD player. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen dining area with a table to seat 8-10 people with a card table for additional seating. The BACKYARD features two large outdoor tables with benches and a gas BBQ & gas fire pit to sit around. Provided are 7 single kayaks and 3 stand up paddle boards with life jackets in which to enjoy the lake. We also have a grass area on the lake side with a shed filled with many outdoor toys (2 corn hole boards) and games. Back inside again, the downstairs playroom has a foosball table, Wii game system, and Smart Tv , futon couch for additional sleeping. FABULOUS LOCATION
Regan Beach in front of the house has a sand volley ball court, a kids playground with swings and slides. A short walk down to the sandy beach. (size depends upon abundance of precipitation). 4th of July fireworks with music are set off from a barge on the lake giving you a fabulous front row seat not only for South Lake Tahoe fireworks but views of other fireworks going off around the lake. El Dorado Beach (Lakeview Commons Beach) is just down the street where every Thursday starting in June until Sept from 4-8:30pm a free concert with different bands performing on a temporary stage that will be built in the sand. Spectators can sit – for free – on the terraced area or up top where there are picnic tables. Beer garden, food vendors and local artists.
This home is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. You have Regan Beach out your back door and El Dorado beach down the street which has a boat launch ramp $ (water depth dependent) (bring your boat and anchor it in front of the house). Available at the house are 3 Standup paddle boards and 7 Kayaks. Bikes, and other toys are available for rent at the end of lakeview. Many local hotspot restaurants are located on Harrison Ave at the end of Lakeview Ave. The casino's and Heavenly Play Park are about a 15 minute drive. There is a public pool and an indoor ice rink at the community center less than 1 mile away. At the same location there is a very large playground for young children.
GREAT LOCATION: You will love this location! The views of the lake are amazing with the sunsets over the lake. PERFECT place to view the fireworks on July 4th and other holiday's they decide to shoot off fireworks over the lake. Hidden Beach is the locals neighborhood beach. You can find it at the end of Lilly by heading west on Lakeview Ave towards the end you turn left on Belleview Ave and then right on Lilly, from there you have to walk through the meadow to the beach. Heavenly Ski Resort is about a 15 minute drive to the CA base lodge. Sierra at Tahoe is about a 30 minute drive and Kirkwood is about an hour drive.
This is truly a special place for families and friends to make a memorable vacation. Kids of all ages will love all there is to do in this special place. During the holiday season the house becomes festive for Christmas with lights, decorations and a tree to put your presents under. Stocking are hung and waiting for Santa's visit.

Our stay was fantastic. The house is very nice and very comfortable. From a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great towels, spa towels, to a welcome coffee bar AND a s’more basket everything is there.
The outside is spectacular with wonderful seating that overlooks the lake and lots of space to spread out on the lawn or in the hot tub. Reagan Beach is steps away and has nice walking area and even more space to play or swim.
The hostess, Barrett, is a wonderful! We thank her for all she did to make our stay beyond fantastic.

Our friend group absolutely loved our stay at Barrett’s home. The location was perfect! We made use of the kayaks and SUPs and enjoyed the hot tub. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

I rented this lovely home for two weeks. I stayed there with my elderly mom and my siblings the first week and my four children and their four little ones the second. The house was perfect for both. Tasteful, comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, tons of toys for the kids. The bedrooms are all nice, and the location can’t be beat. Barrett is such a warm, heloful host. We enjoyed hiking, pontoon boats, bearby beaches, and, for some of us, the proximity to casinos. I have been coming to Tahoe to vacation for almost 60 years - it’s a family tradition - and this home did not disappoint.

This was an adult family ski trip with different personalities and needs. The house accommodated all very nicely and was thoughtful in its amenities. Beds comfy and all rooms comparable so nobody felt they got a less than worthy room than the others. The master suite is incredible. The view to die for. Communication was easy with owner/manager. Would rent again.

We have been visiting South Lake Tahoe for 25 years for Super bowl weekend , we've stayed in many homes & we've made so many wonderful memories with great friends. This year was no exception, we had a total of 10 people in our group, this home was perfect, upon a arrival we entered through the mud room off the front door, which perfect for storing our shoes, coats, gloves etc... The living room was perfect for our group to gather, visit & watch the big game comfortably, so often we find homes that sleep large groups but they don't comfortably accommodate everyone in the living areas. The kitchen had most everything we needed & the labeled cabinets & drawers were very helpful. All of the bedrooms were a great size & the beds were comfortable . The master bedroom was spectacular with the most amazing views, its own fireplace, large TV & sitting area , JUST WOW!! The location was great, a quick drive to the grocery store, Heavenly ski resort, the bowling alley & the casinos. The neighborhood was perfect for walking , we even walked to the yellow submarine for THE best sanchwiches! Coffee, wine bar & restaurants all very walkable.
Walks along the lake were the best by far, the home over looks Regan Beach, with walkways & a park, the views of the lake & mountains were breathtaking. Jonathan the owners helper stopped by to check in with us, which we appreciated. We all loved this home, the comfort & coziness it provided, as well as the memories that were made were priceless !

It was so nice to have 6 bedrooms. Everyone got a real bed. The little ones shared bedrooms next to their parents. There was enough space for our family to have both private time and family time. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. When a smoke alarm started beeping, the helper, who lives across the street, came over immediately. The location by the lake is not to be beaten. The responsiveness of the owner and helper was quick and reassuring. Highly recommend.

Property was perfect for our thanksgiving family vacation! We had family from all over the country meet in South Lake Tahoe. Place was perfect for young kids (18 months, 2, 3) and for the older grandparents. Host was INCREDIBLY accommodating and made the stay extra special. Everything we needed was at the house including fun games, hot tub, and fire pit. Location was perfect - just as the pictures show - steps from the lake and a playground and walking distance to restaurants, bike shop, etc.
Had amazing time and already hoping we’ll be able to make it back next summer!!

We stayed 5 days with our family in South Lake Tahoe. Absolutely breathtaking views, beautiful neighborhood, adventures all around, and restaurants just a few minutes away! The home has every item you need to feel right at home. We spent most of our time outside just steps from the lake, kayaking, bike rides, driving through different towns around the lake, playing games, hot tub, fishing with Captain Mike, and spending much needed family time together. We will definitely be back!

The home has a massive master bedroom with the best view of the lake and a cozy fireplace.
You will find that the host took the time to label all the drawers and doors in the kitchen to make it easy to find what you need.
When we requested a set of binoculars, she quickly accommodated.
Having the hot tub and SUP’s just added to the relaxation and water adventure.
Check out the pics in the rooms..I am sure one of them was Barrett (host) skiing down a hill! Btw she was a previous ski instructor!!!

8 adults and 3 young children on a 7 day stay on summer family vacation all fit nicely in this house. The views from the house are gorgeous and the proximity to the lake and a nearby playground made it perfect for the 4 year old. The location made for easy launching of kayaks and walks on the lakefront, and was also easy walking distance to the summertime Thursday beach music. Children could play in the backyard while adults were outside and all still able to enjoy the great air, quietness and views of the lake.
Barrett was attentive to our needs and provided toys and games in addition to high chairs and cribs. Highly recommended for families and groups of lake lovers.

The property was just like the pictures. Beautiful view of the lake and in very close proximity to kayak and paddle board every morning and evening. Having multiple paddleboards, kayaks and life jackets was great. Everyone that wanted to venture out on the lake could do it together! (We had 12 in our group.)
The property was clean and well maintained. We would have liked more bath towels. There were only 12. It would have been nice to have a few extra.
We loved the amenities- hot tub, swing, balls for kids, paddle boards and kayaks. We used them all. Having the park in the backyards was perfect for watching sunsets.
Would definitely return and suggest this property to others.

This was our third year in this lovely home. It is situated adjacent to a small park with a beach access. Corn hole set, kayaks and paddle boards are included, in addition to a hot tub. Fun for all ages.

Our stay was so wonderful, we were sad to leave. Our family of 15 ( 6 kids ages 11-3 and the rest adults). The house was one of the cleanest houses we have rented. The kitchen truly has everything you need to cook or make drinks. The house was so spacious, 6 true bedrooms with a game room. The living area had plenty of room to all hang out together. The view was gorgeous. The backyard was awesome for the kids to play and run around. We used the bbq and the hot tub. There is a small playground if you take the stairs in the backyard. Though the lake was full and we couldn’t use the beach across from the back yard, there was a small private beach about a 10 min walk (in opposite direction is the main strip). The adults scootered to the casinos which takes about 20 and is such a beautiful ride. We hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Barrett’s home on the Lake in South Lake Tahoe.
She was attentive and very helpful in making suggestions for getting around the area. We appreciated the parking opportunity near the Gondola, the hot tub experience looking over the lake, and the lovely and comfortable home which was spacious and welcoming! We are two families with adult children who enjoy an annual ski trip together each year and Barrett’s home was perfect for our group! Would love to return in the summer to enjoy all the Lake has to offer in that season!

The home was one of the best highlights of our large group's trip. We did a lot of incredible activities from skiing to snowmobiling to pub crawling and gambling, but having such a well-situated home base right on the lake where we could all comfortably gather in the large living room and cook meals together in the substantial kitchen, along with the grill in the backyard, was just the icing on the cake. The views out onto the lake were breathtaking day and night, especially from the comfort of the hot tub. The location was also perfect: a thirty-second walk from the back door to the edge of the lake, a quick walk from several eateries, a three-minute drive from Safeway, and centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with easy access to activities from Fallen Leaf Lake to the Stateline.
The home had everything we could want and more, from countless board games, extra towels for the hot tub, a generously stocked kitchen, and even an extra folding table and chairs for larger group meals.
The owner was also amazing. She was very kind and welcoming, and she communicated with us well from the weeks prior to the trip through checkout.
If you couldn't tell already, I would highly recommend this home for your vacation!

This home is amazing, location is great, layout is great and the host is great. The home has everything you need plus some. The host went above and beyond to make our trip great. When the hot tub wasn't working due to frozen pipes she sent the maintenance guy over late at night and fixed the issue immediately. The most amazing thing, we were here for the three-day weekend and a severe storm hit, and the roads were closed. She texts us at 7:30am in the morning and said not to drive home, it was too dangerous, and she would give us the house for another night free of charge. Talk about hospitality. Truly an amazing property we cannot wait to come back.

This home was a perfect fit for our family to get together for the holidays. Four families including kids ages 4-12 fit perfectly without being on top of each other. And what makes it a prime property? Location, location, location. This home is right next to the lake, a short drive to the town and ski lifts but yet it is peaceful and very serene.
Property owner was also very friendly, responsive and open. We all had an amazing time and have already sent this listing to friends and family raving about our experience. Just a side note that we did not utilize the outside fire pit or the hot tub. Two amazing bonuses but we were just tired at the end of the day. More importantly, we would all stay at this home again and feel very comfortable referring it to our other friends and family!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Barrett was the first (in about 25 stays) who greeted us at the door. And, then, made sure everything was perfect!

We took my sister here to enjoy a beautiful view while she has ALS. The whole home has an unbelievable view and looking out on the lake from the hot tub was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, fire pit with s’mores fixings, very clean and had everything we needed. The shower in the master bedroom is a room in itself and has four different shower heads! The owner was very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. What an beautiful experience!

We stayed in this house for a week with a group of friends. The house had all the necessary amenities plus so much more. The location of the house cannot be beat. Enjoying the lake view over morning coffee or a dip in the hot tub was wonderful. . We loved all the toys including kayaks and paddle boards and got lots of use of the grill. The kitchen has everything one would need and is labeled so it is easy to find what you need. They even have a wok!! The rooms are all decorated in themes and very comfortable.
The check in process was as easy as can be. We did have to reach out to the property manager (owner) a couple of times and they were very responsive and accommodating.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Tahoe vacation. I hope we can return sometime in the near future. It is by far my favorite vacation home I have ever rented.

Great for families
We had an amazing time in Tahoe. Great views and access to the lake and in a great location. My family and I loved the paddle boards and kayaks at the house to use daily and the hot tub was a hit for relaxing to see the lake. Owner was very communicative and flexible to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend!

Was a great house for a summer vacation. The house was in a great location. They provided water toys to use which is great for a family coming to lake Tahoe to visit. Any problems were addressed very quickly.

Fun Place for Families
We love this home. There were 12 of us and we enjoyed plenty of room.
We were provided with paddle boards, kayaks and corn hole. Wonderful to not have to pack our own.
Just steps to the water and the park adjacent.
One morning, just outside the living room window, a bear cub paid us an early morning visit.
We had a well supplied coffee bar and all the kitchen and barbecue tools you would need.
This will always be our “go to” place.
