About this apartment rental

San Carlos is one of the most sought after condominiums on the beach and is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, only four-tenths of a mile east of Highway 59. The complex is directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, with over 350 feet of sugar white sand and crystal blue gulf water. The location is the best in Gulf Shores, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Free Wireless Internet .

Our San Carlos unit 1601 is spacious, with approx 1600 square feet and also a 300 sq ft balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops, with crown molding in the living room and master bedroom. The entire unit has ceramic tile floors.

San Carlos has a large zero entry, beach-side pool, a sauna, an attractive lobby, and a fully equipped fitness center that overlooks the beautiful beach.

Our living room and master bedroom have wall-to-wall/floor -to-ceiling windows that allow for fabulous Gulf views. The gulf-side master bedroom includes a king size bed.

When you wake up in the master bedroom you have a breath taking view of the beach. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub as well as a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a full bath and HD TV. The third bedroom has two queen beds with a full bath and HD TV. The fully equipped kitchen contains a large pantry with the laundry room conveniently located with a full size washer and dryer.

We stayed for a week and were very happy. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location being within walking distance to several restaurants and souvenir stores. The amenities of the condo were also clean and enjoyable. The owner was very attentive, helpful, and kind. He wanted to make sure our stay was good.

This condo and this unit are fantastic! I always like getting a corner unit! The size and number of beds in the 3 bedrooms fit us perfectly. Nice comfortable beds, nice furnishings, great amenities. The beach was beautiful and such great sand. The pool is really nice although we did not use it this time. The workout room has top-notch equipment and we used it one day. The owner ANDY was always there to help if needed, and very responsive. We are looking forward to next time!!! Thank you for providing a great place for our family!

The condo was large, updated and very clean. The beach was beautiful, the Gulf was warm, and we saw lots of dolphins. Most importantly, Andy was so kind, thoughtful and informative from the moment I booked the condo to the time we had to leave. Thank you so much Andy! Your family is beautiful and my husband, my sons and I had a most restful and joyous week. We could not have been more comfortable.

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for many years but this was our first time staying @ San Carlos. We loved it! The 3 fast elevators is a stark contrast to waiting & waiting for an elevator at other condominiums we've stayed at. The condo unit itself was very nice! We always love a corner unit so you can feel the continuous ocean breeze & there was plenty of seating. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We ( group of 70 year old ladies) take an annual girls trip to gulf shore. This condo met all our needs from comfortable beds to plenty of space. Owner was very courteous to make sure we arrived safely to if we needed anything. We will definitely use again.

Our group of 6 loved Andy’s condo! Beds were comfortable, showers were spacious, master tub was jetted and relaxing, balcony was as large with plenty of seating. We never had to wait for an elevator. There were shopping carts to help us carry our luggage. When we return we’d love to stay here again!

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. After booking, Andy contacted me and thanked me for booking with him. We had a wonderful conversation. Prior to arrival, Andy contacted me to go over the process of getting into the San Carlos and our unit for the week. We will definitely make a return trip to gulf shores again and would rent Andy’s unit again.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of eight to stay in. It was decorated beautifully. Very large living and kitchen area! Large balcony with lots of seating and table. We ate all our meals around the table out on balcony. I highly recommend staying here! And Andy is such a great guy to work with! He’s very friendly and communicates well with you! He gave us a lot of good information! If we ever go back to Gulf Shores we will definitely be staying here again.

We travel to Gulf Shores once a year to watch our daughter play in a college softball tournament there. This year, she is now the assistant coach. Of all the years coming, this owner, Andy, has by far been the nicest one we've dealt with! This condo is beautiful, right on the beach, CLEAN, and has everything you'd ever need. The location is perfect...you can easily walk or drive to many restaurants or souvenir shops! We will be back!!

We loved every minute of our week! Great location, very clean and good contact with the owner! Close to the beach(parasailing, jet ski rental and banana boat rides) shopping, restaurants and bars!! We are already planning our vacation for next summer! Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Loved this condo. Have stayed at san carlos before so we knew location was good but this condo was perfect. Spent more time cooking than we usually do , kitchen was well stocked. Loved the view from balcony and plenty of room for all 6 adults . Would definitely reccomend and we are looking forward to future visits here .
