Fantastic location and great apartment

Lovely touches like beach chairs and umbrella provided and as a family to have a washing machine is a must so that was great too

The appartment was elegantly decorated and very clean, and ideally situated. Triet is an exceptional host. He is very friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Had a great stay in this comfortable apartment exploring the lovely coastline.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay . Very close to tram stop and bus stop for easy access into the old town and the airport. Plenty of shops nearby. Host was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early.

The great reviews are correct!

Fabulous location, right on the front and a pleasant walk into the city or the tram right outside. The apartment has everything we required, including a cot and plastic plates etc for our little boy. Very quiet considering the location and next to a hospital. The owner was lovely and even allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out so we didn't have to drag it round. A wonderful stay in a beautiful part of France.

Good Value in Nice

The location is great and the apartment is fairly roomy. There is a nice patio with a peekaboo view of the beach. The parking was great. Good dining options nearby plus a small grocery. The tram is right out in front of the building. Nice bathroom with a washing machine.

The bedroom is quite small. The bed is only accessible from one side and is very firm. Screens on the bedroom window would be nice. There were mosquitoes!

Lovely Place to Stay in Nice

We loved the location and the view from the apartment. The apartment was very nicely equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Free parking. We appreciated the owners welcome and hospitality.

The bed was firm.

Very Nice Comfortable Apartment With Parking

Location was great right next to the tram line taking you to the center of Nice. Car parking was great and so convenient. Very close to the beach, promenade and shops ect Triet was there to meet us with the keys. He was very nice, helpful and friendly. Nice bottle of rose and water in the fridge to welcome us, very much appreciated! The apartment is small but very comfortable and functional and has absolutely everything you need. It is the 3rd floor but with a lift. Nice large balcony with table and chairs. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Nice

Very convenient. I would recommend it.

The location was easy to access, half an hour walking from the old city, just outside was the tram station, very close to the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment was clean, tidy and cosy. The owner was very helpful, polite and kind. We got what we expected. Very nice stay I would recommend it.

Very close to the beach and tram. The host was very supportive and responsive. The house is super clean and cosy. In particular, parking is available at the public parking lot which is quite close to the house. Highly recommend this place.

Nice apartment to enjoy Nice

Tran is very nice guy. He waited for me and explained good tips for the trip. The apartment is cozy and close to the beach. He provided parking lot next to the door. Everything was perfect.

Great city break in november

Good location, very close to the Promenade des Anglais, boulangerie right next door, tram station in front. Not a large apartment but clean, good organised and comfortable. Mr. Tran was very helpful by advising us about local transportation and points of interest.

Excellent place to stay in Nice to be close to the centre but experience real Nice

The flat is small but very well equipped and arranged. We extended the couch but still managed to comfortably sit at the main table. It had everything we needed and more - if we had stayed for longer, the washing machine would have come in handy, as such we did not use it. Despite being between two busy streets and next to the hospital, the apartment is very quiet, which is impossible directly at the promenade. Yet you see the sea from the balcony! That was really perfect! The location is great, just outside of the tourist centre so one can meet some locals and do a regular grocery shop, but in easy walking distance of the historical town (or hop on the tram right in front of the flat). The host was amazing, helpful and very accommodating. Thank you! We will gladly come back again!

Very nice place with seaview and underground parking

Friendly and helpfull host. Secure parking. Quite small apartment - but with everything you need. Big balcony with table and chairs for eating outside with nice seaview. Very close to the tram going to "old Nice" in 8-10 minutes.

Great value per price! RECOMENDED!

Everything was great! Very good location, especially for all traveling via airport. There is a tram from a terminal directly to the apartment. Very helpful host! The apartment was quite clean and well equiped. The pediatric hospital in neighborhood was not anoing at all. Good restaurants and cafes at the entrance to the building. Earlier check-in and later check-out were possible without additional fees or any problemsI VERY RECOMENDED!

It would be valueable to equip the apartment with the umbrella and sunbeds to take it to the beach. The patio equipment in the apartment was ok!

Exceptional

The place is perfect, fully equiped, all you need is there for both short and long-term stays. The owner is very helpful at all times. Parking lot is an exceptional asset as parking in Nice can become a nightmare!

GREAT APARTMENT WITH SEAVIEW

It is at an absolutely fabulous location. The windows provide a seaview. It is next to the promenade and about 15-20 min. from city centre by walk (the tram stop is in front of the entrance gate, if you do not want to walk). There is a free parking in an underground parking, which is worth gold in a city like this. The apartment is well equipped and there are perfect technical solutions. There is a big balcony to sit out. There is AC, though we did not need it. There is NETFLIX. There are a lot of shops nearby (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, pizza shop, all....). The host is extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us useful info and explained all and was at disposal all the time.

Well, could have been a bit cleaner (it was cleaned, just not too perfectly/professionally). So, not really too much to complain about.

Superb

The apartment was clean, well-equipped. 2 minutes walk to the beach and Promenade Des Anglais and the tram station is just downstairs. The host was welcoming and very nice and the communication was excellent. The included parking is a great bonus.

Perfect spot for car travellers.

We were travelling by car and found the location of the appartment great to combine the discovery of Nice and the car visits of the region. Nice old town is at a 20-25 min pleasant seaside walk or at a short tram ride (the station is next to the appartment). In the same time, having a free underground parking lot just under the neighbouring building (Parking "Lenval") is a bonus you cannot underestimate if you plan sighseeing around Nice by car. The host Triet was very nice and helpful. You may rely on him should you need any assistance. Convenient check-out - no need to wait for the Host. You just leave the keys and the parking card at the mailbox of the host.
