Our 9 day stay in Chattanooga was wonderful!
The home was absolutely spotless and comfortable!! We really felt at home and were able to enjoy time with family, We got great nights sleep to be restored for the day ahead. In addition to being in a quiet neighborhood, the home is also very convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and all things Chattanooga.
Our stay was made even more special by Lynn's thoughtful and kind communication before, during, and on our day of departure. We were worried about bad weather delaying our arrival and had bad weather on day of departure. Lynne offered to leave lights so we wouldn't enter a dark home upon arrival, messaged to make sure we were OK when homebound due to city wide icy road conditions, and accommodated a slightly delayed departure time until the roads were safe. She kindly stocked the fridge with some basics, like half and half and english muffins, so we didn't feel the need to rush an immediate shopping trip. The kitchen was also conveniently stocked with basic spices, condiments, and coffee filters.
I would definitely hope to stay there again on our next trip to Chattanooga. Thank you Lynn.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and such a nice neighborhood. Perfect for our needs. We didn’t have any pets and it was a place that allowed pets would be only downside. Communication was great and she was able to answer questions about the area I inquired about.

Everything was perfect! House made us feel at home, made being away from home easier on all of us. The host made sure we had a few things so we didn’t feel rushed to get to the store for the little things. The host was easy to access and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely look this up if we go through Chattanooga again!

This property was the perfect base for my husband's participation in the Chattanooga 70.3. It was absolutely spotless and so comfortable. The little extras (snack bars, popcorn, water bottles, etc.) made us feel so very welcome, not to mention Lynn's interest in my husband's race result. If you are visiting Chattanooga (less than a ten minute drive to downtown), this is the place to stay!

We would highly recommend staying in this great home. Exactly as described, very clean, quiet and absolutely no issues. The host was wonderful, leaving us breakfast treats and checking on us throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay again!

We were here for a college wrestling tournament. The location was great for us-10 minutes in any direction for where we wanted to go. The house is quaint and as described. Lyn was a great hostess in her communication. Another great visit to Chattanooga.

Lynn's house was perfectly situated for exploring Chattanooga. Close to downtown, Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain. Lynn has a folder filled with things to do and I think we did most of them! It really was a easy city to get around. Area restaurants we good and we walked to Clever Alehouse for a unique dinner. The house looks just like the photos. It was very clean, the shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. Lynn provided coffee, cream and sweetner along with an amazing breakfast bread which was greatly appreciated! If you have a fur baby, the neighborhood is good for walking, many people are out with their dogs and/or strollers and there's a bonus - dog park at the top of the street! We intend to return to Chattanooga for a longer visit and will definitely stay with Lynn again.

Cute house in perfect location
We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at the property. The house is thoughtfully equipped with storage, tables, and places to set your belongings, and the owner even had some breakfast essentials in the kitchen for us! Everything was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
The location is perfect in that it’s close to the main road through town, with restaurants and a gas station within half a mile. Moreover, it’s within 5 minutes of all North Chattanooga’s attractions!
Great experience with this rental and would love to stay again next time!

Clean, great location
Close to downtown Chattanooga. Quiet neighborhood. There was a park within walking distance with a dog park. Host left a few nice breakfast items and coffee for us to enjoy as well as a booklet providing local restaurant recommendations.

Just left and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was accommodating to our schedule and offered us early checkin and late checkout. She left us a sweet checkin package- English muffins, butter, jam, coffee, eggs, popcorn- to get our first morning started.
The house itself is definitely older with what looks to be original hardwoods and doors throughout. This does give the property a lot of charm but has the usual older home issues- doors that are difficult to latch, creaky floors, etc. None of this bothered me and only added to the charm of the place. The beds and pillows were soft clean and comfortable. You can tell the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated in the last decade but have been done so in a way that compliments the existing house.
Location: the park a block a way was amazing. There was a fenced in dog park and then further up the mountain a childrens playground. The dogs and I walked there every day. The house is a short drive across the river to most of the tourist attractions in downtown Chattanooga. This means you will have to pay for parking every time so build that in to your plans. But still, we’ll worth it to be out of the city center and still only 10 minutes away.
Sleeping arrangements: at the time of travel, my party consisted of me and my husband with our ten year old (f) and 5 year old (m) and our two dogs. The two bedrooms left a bed for us and our kids had to share. This was not a problem for us since our kids are so young. I could foresee an issue for someone traveling with older children though, if they weren’t comfortable sharing the guest bedroom. I found the couch to be very uncomfortable and would not consider that an option to let an older kid to sleep on. There is however a very spacious living room area which we used to set up both our dog kennels and they were completely out of the way.
In short, future renters should be prepared for an older charming home with the usual older home quirks. None of the quirks we found at the property detracted from the five star score for us and we felt it was the perfect fit for our young family and two dogs.

Great small family get-away
This house was just perfect for my family of 4 (kids are 7 and 9). The location is great! It's only a short drive to downtown, within biking distance to the Walnut Street Bridge, Lookout Mountain was less than 20 min away, and there is a beautiful park at the end of the block with a playground and dog park. We brought our bikes for riding and had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked for a weekend trip. The mattresses were comfortable, and there is room for a twin size blow up mattress in the second bedroom if needed. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful home
This is the third time at least that I have stayed at this house, and I hope to stay there again. The home is very clean and provides comfortable beds and a good sunny kitchen well supplied. I appreciate very much Lynn's warm welcome, her provision of coffee and breakfast treats, the lovely friendly neighborhood close to a town park. Lynn had the home prepared especially well for this time of Covid-19 with double cleaning before I arrived. You couldn't ask for a nicer two bedroom home and owner in Chattanooga!

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Not only is it located near a brand new park and Dog Park, the owner left scrumptious snacks in the fridge along with great recommendations for things to see and places to eat! (Pizza Bros is a must). Lynn was great to communicate with. Central location made it easy to get to all the places we were eager to see. We'll be using this property again! Jan

End of year getaway.
We rented this lovely place for a short getaway during the holidays and we had a great time. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in an older but well cared for and quiet area a short 10 minutes or so from being right downtown in the middle of it all. I’d recommend it to anyone needing a nice place for a few days in Chattanooga.

Perfect house for our week’s stay in Chattanooga
Great stay at Lynn’s home. House was very comfortable for a week’s stay with dogs. Gestures like having some breakfast items available to get us started were much appreciated.
Quiet neighborhood in close proximity to Chattanooga’s North Side. We needed to spend time at Camp Jordan and Coolidge Park along with doing some sightseeing and dining. The location was perfect for getting around town.
Lynn is a great host - responsive to our questions, considerate of our special requests, gave us space to do our thing, but when we had the opportunity to meet was just a really nice person.
