The kitchen could do with a few more cooking utensils. No knives at all and pots and pans. Also, there were no bathroom towels. Otherwise, it was ok.

Location
Noise from other apartments during the night (no owner fault)
We booked for 4, we got just 2 towels, the second day they provided us more towels

Clean, lovely, quiet street, safe, good location. Station, grocery, cafe, newsstand nearby.
The noise from adjoining room was too loud/close. Better buffer is necessary.

Had plenty of beds for guests, had free parking on site. Person was very good on communication
I can’t even describe my disappointment. We had to rewash all the dishes causes they were filthy, like no one checked. There was still chocolate and stains and grim over everything. It was disgusting. Someone needs to check better. There was a smell in the bathroom, and we were only given really small towels. Facilities were very bad, and when we turned on the oven and cook too and whole apartment was engulfed in something they made all our eyes hurt. It’s a decent place, but definitely some quality check needs to be done considering the price
4.6
Clean, modern, everything is new, the AC is correctly sized, with private fenced parking, close to the center for the price. The restaurants in the old city on the river are great bang for buck and overall great.
No key issues if you're multiple people, the check in and check out were the easiest I've ever seen and very flexible.
It's near the center but you do have to walk a bit to get there, and a bit longer for the sea. You have to walk through the not so pretty station area, the pedestrian crossings are non existant there. For me the sea wasn't the point, but it would have been a bit far if all i wanted to do was go to the beach in Pescara.
