Looking for luxury? No. Looking for good prices, good sized base? Yes

Easy location for our purposes but not in the tourist area of Athens. A couple of very nice restaurant nearby. There are three bedrooms and a large sitting room area so a good home from home base. The owner was helpful and responded quickly.

It was a bit ‘jaded’ with bathroom fittings my parents had in the 70s. Maybe that’s the standard in Athens, I don’t know. The flat is nicely proportioned but on a floor where the other flats appear to be vacant so the view from the balcony includes a pigeon dropping neighbouring flat. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the flat for you, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, good sized base in Athens, it’s an excellent choice. Not near the tourist attractions but at the end of a bus route and east for taxis

What a find

This is a wonderful apartment just across from the Marina and near a number of great restaurants. The owner was flexible and very responsive. It has a gorgeous view of the sea, great AC, and modern smart TV. It was a great value.

Great view over Floisvos Marina, easy access to the city by public transport.

Extremely challenging to find parking, best option to park opposite at the Marina (for free) and walk across the pedestrian Bridge to the property.

Such a nice host, we felt very welcome. The location was good for our 6 days stay. 20 minutes to the city and transport just around the corner. The nice marina right across the road. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very good

The apartment is located just opposite the walking area of Marina Flisvou with cafes and restaurants. Transportation to the center and beaches of Glyfada, Voula is very convenient by tram or buses.

The air conditioner should be placed in every bedroom. In August it is very hot to sleep.

I think the price is bit high for this flat.

Well, good thing that we could check in early and there was a speaker jbl, balcony with view.

no aircondition, flat wasnt ready for costumers, isnt bad flat but very overpriced. We have stayed at Alimos in 10 times better flat and was half price.

The electric stoves was very small and did not allow to make serious cooking In bed rooms there is no air conditioner, very bad sleep because of heat Noisy due to the location and low quality windows This appartment is too expensive compared to the comfort and quality standard seen at many places during our trip in Greece.
