About this house rental

The Casarão is located in the village of Pariporé, municipality of Itaporanga D'Ajuda, with wide paved access to the 3 beaches of the southern coast of Sergipe - Caueira, Abaís and Saco - famous for the carnival celebrations and the town of Estancia known nationally for the June celebrations. The Saco beach gives access through a tourist boat trip to Mangue Seco beach in the State of Bahia. The neighborhood attracts the Paripueira river, which is suitable for fishing with a great biodiversity of fish, mountainous terrain suitable for hiking and walking, the bar of Dona Artémia famous for the delicious Aratú muqueca, known throughout the State, the Porto Belo condominium and the lagoon of Abaís famous for the creation of giant tambaquis and amestrados. House with internal alarm system, and 16 internal and external security cameras, cellular signal amplifier antenna for internet access, whatsapp and facebook, rooms with ceiling fan in each, 4 bathrooms, barbecue with outdoor table and bathroom social, ballroom, games and events with stage, pool table, ping-pong table and men's room. Porch with 4 covered areas and owners for 8 nets. Kiosk with barbecue and owners for 16 nets and swimming pool for adults. Soccer field society with male bathroom, official soccer field, sand soccer court and beach volley, with kiosk, 2 male and female social bathrooms, children's pool and adult with a network for practicing biribol. Nursery for fish farming and the activity of fish-payment of mullet, tilapia, sea bass, carapeba and several other regional species. Two artesian wells with excellent water and water boxes with electric float that guarantee the supply of water without interruptions. Automatic generator to supply the lack of electricity. Office of Management for supply of sports equipment, supplies and logistics support. The breakfast and lunch can be provided by the guests themselves at the Casarão facilities or at the Dona Artémia bar where capoeira chicken or fish and seafood typical of the region is served or at the Fazenda Bar at the Fazenda Real Condominium where a great diversity of dishes is served with a menu of high lineage.
