DESCRIPTION:
Words and photos cannot even begin to do this home justice. This two-story canal front home just finished completion in 2018 and is brand new! This 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, extremely spacious and meticulously designed and decorated home will take your breath away the moment you walk through the door. The bright open living, kitchen, and dining room with vaulted ceilings opens up to double sets of patio sliders onto a private and spacious balcony overlooking the gorgeous sparkling pool and true Floridian style canal. The kitchen is designed for every chef's dream with stainless steel top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances including a double oven, gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, and massive refrigerator. There is an enormous kitchen island with gorgeous quartz countertops that seats 4 and additional dining table seating 8. The living room has a huge and comfortable sectional sofa and large screen TV. The whole home is bright and airy, and no detail was missed while designing this home from its solid wood floors to its amazing tile work. The home is also technologically 'smart-equipped' with Sonos surround sound, smart TVs, and cable & Wi-Fi throughout.
The main floor of the home also houses all four of the bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has amazing canal views and opens up to the balcony and has a TV and large walk-in closet. Venture from the bedroom to bathroom and you will find a massive shower, luxurious soaking tub, double sinks, and separate toilet.
The other three beautifully decorated and luxurious bedrooms have a king, queen, and queen bed each with pristine en-suite bathrooms with step in showers. Two of the bedrooms have doors opening up to the balcony on the front of the home. All bedrooms have their own TV as well. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer on the main floor as well. Also off of the living room is an additional half bath.
On the ground floor of the home there is a 2 car garage and room for two cars in driveway as well as two bonus rooms that open up to the back patio and pool area. The home has amazing outdoor space with plenty of outdoor seating, dining, and lounging, and even has a porch swing to enjoy those island breezes. There is a grill and TV outside to enjoy the game or movie while also grilling poolside. There is even a small propane fueled tabletop firepit for those cooler Florida nights. When you come back from the beach there is an outdoor shower to be able to rinse off those sandy feet!
The impressive pool & spa also has an in-pool table, two large sun shelves, spa spillover, and water features. There is also a large deck/docking area with lounge chairs and umbrella alongside the deep-water canal. For the avid boaters... this canal is deep enough to accommodate even large boats and there are no bridges to go under. Simply bring your own or rent and tie off right to the dock behind your home! This home is located directly on a deep-water canal, so bring your boat! Just a short walk to Pine Avenue shops & restaurants!

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.
Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.
Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.
This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home's occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.
GOLF CART RENTALS:

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking. We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities. Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

This is a beautiful home in great location. Sun worshippers get great exposure from this home. My sister and her family stayed in a location nearby and come to Sea La Vie to visit due to lack of sun exposure from their vacation rental.
Home has all the amenities you could want. A Keurig is available, important to note. The property management is quick to respond, even on the weekend. Would highly recommend.

We were very gratified that the online photos captured the striking beauty of this home! Our family loved the breathtaking view from the kitchen and family room and we loved the gorgeous open layout of the home. The only hiccup we experienced was an incorrect door lock code upon arrival, which was rectified in about two minutes after contacting the management company. Overall, a wonderful experience in a stellar home!

This house was so well set up for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the layout was perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and the outdoor area was perfect. It was conveniently located on the island.

I cant say enough about this gorgeous home! Its got everything you need for you dream vacation on the best island on earth. Once upon a beach couldn't have been more attentive and made ever6perfect!

We drove our boat via water from our Cape Coral home & left it tied up to the dock. This home has an incredibly convenient location, with quick boating access to all of the beautiful surrounding beaches. We also brought paddleboards from home and enjoyed up-close and personal dolphin encounters in the canal system. Our 5 year old daughter LIVED in the pool. The design of the pool was absolutely perfect for our family -- The table and shallow 'splash pad' /seating areas inside the pool provided a comfortable spot for every person in our party. The layout of the interior was beautiful. We had a great stay and would likely consider coming back. I do think updates are needed, though.
It DEFINITELY NEEDS new bed linens (ESPECIALLY in the master bdrm) and all new pillows. We always look forward to the plush, comfy vacation beds, and this was a total let down. New TV's should be installed throughout - the master bedroom Roku TV was slower than dial up internet. Additional towels in each bathroom are needed (only 3 shower towels, 2 hand towels & 2 washcloths in master bath). The couch was comfortable to sit in, but the fabric was too rough to sit on.
Also needs new pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking dishes and a new grill. There is probably $30,000 in beautiful kitchen appliances, but then an old, cheap and broken grill (ignitor doesn't work and no lighter provided).

This house was absolutely perfect! There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and it was just the right amount of space for us. The dock/ canal is great for keeping a boat. Location is awesome. We made great memories! Will be staying here again!!

My adult family got together for a short week at Sea La Vie, and had a wonderful time. Loved the pool, location and great room/kitchen.

This was second year in this beautiful house. We love the pool area and being on the canal. Every little issue was taken care of ASAP. And of course we are in walking distance of great shopping and restaurants! We highly recommend this home !!!

Lovely home and location. Open space enjoyed by all. Kitchen well equipped for home cooked meals. Pool and jacuzzi well maintained.
Convenient to use a rental golf cart to get around island for shopping, restaurants and to beach, as well as walking.

We had such an amazing stay here to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday with family. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the pool and amenities make each day feel like paradise. We will definitely be back to stay again!

This house had it all! The kitchen had everything we needed to make the best cocktails and to prepare our meals (when we weren't enjoying the delicious local restaurants): plenty of cups, silverware, plates and top of the line oven and range. It also had plenty of space for all of us to hang out and eat/snack.
The pool/hot tub area is designed perfectly! You can sit in the sun or hang out in the shade. There is a space to sit and play games/cards at a table in or out of the water! The hot tub/spa is large and heats up nicely. At night everything lights up and looks beautiful. We enjoyed watching the fish jump out of the water in the canal.
The bedrooms are comfortable, decorated so nicely and each has their own ensuite. (The master is huge and a treat to stay in!)
The management company is very attentive and answered any questions we had immediately.
We enjoyed every minute of our time at Sea La Vie Beach House.
Highly recommend!!

Our stay was very short because of the impending hurricane but we made the most of it. 5 stars doesn’t do this fantastic home justice. We hope to be back in better weather!

Spacious canal house
We really enjoyed our stay at Sea la Vie house. The 4 bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which was great for privacy. The living area had ample seating and the kitchen was large and well appointed. The pool and hot/tub were fantastic, and being able to dock our boat was great. One annoying thing is that the electrical downstairs was pretty weak. We rented two golfcarts and were not able to charge them at the same time because it would trip the breaker (and the breaker box was in the locked garage, so we had no access to it and would have to call management to send maintenance to reset it). It seems odd that a house of this size/quality is not able to charge two golfcarts at the same time. Also, for what we paid for this house, I would expect to be provided with extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, as well as toiletries, such as shampoo, lotion, etc., and more bath and beach towels. The location was nice, and though we wanted a house closer to the beach, we chose this house because it was on a canal and we were able to dock our boat. We were able to walk to the northeast end of Pine Avenue in less than 10 minutes and my husband would run to Bean Point every morning. The house has a ping pong table and some board games, as well as a gym room with 3 pairs of weights (20, 25, and 30 lb) and some strength bands. Overall, we really liked the house and the backyard. It was beautiful and spacious. The location was quiet and residential. I would recommend renting a golfcart to get around (just don't charge two at the same time).

Just a great house.!!
The house is everything as described . Great location was all the right amenities. We have rented some exclusive properties before but this house doesn't nickel and dime you. The beach chairs , umbrella's and coolers are included to make the stay more enjoyable. They even had a spare propane tank for the grill just in case it ran out.! Thank you for maintaining it so well.

This home is beautiful with comfortable, clean, updated furnishings. Beds are extremely comfortable! Tons of hangout space to enjoy, whether it’s beautiful weather or rainy and cold. We had a rainy, cold girls’ weekend and were grateful for the luxurious hot tub, fire table and outdoor tv - all under cover, as well as the big family room sectional. It’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood on the north side with easy walking/biking access to several restaurants and shops. I hope to come back with my family one day.

Clearly, no expense was spared in making this a gorgeous & high-end stay that was perfect for a family of 4 adult couples, like us. We absolutely loved the layout with four en suite bedrooms which is quite rare. And THE POOL! Wow. We spent almost every day in the backyard, in the pool and hot tub, and on our dock. We had a kayak delivered for our stay from Beach Bums and we spent many early mornings kayaking Bimini Bay--spotting dolphins, manatees, and plenty of seabirds-- accessible right from the backyard. Loved being so close to the bay and just a 5 minute walk to the fishing pier, 20 minute walk to Bean Point where we enjoyed sunset from the beach. And, of course, the gulf beach was just a straight shot up Magnolia Ave. with the beach wagon and great beach supplies (plenty of umbrellas and chairs) provided. Bravo Nikki and Mike for creating such a beautiful space that we will 100% be visiting again someday.

The property is as seen in the photos. It was clean and beautiful. The property management was quick to respond to emails and helpful. It was a great vacation. The house is about a half mile from the beach on the golf side of the island. The beach equipment included everything we needed. Can't say enough great things about this experience.
