Für Junge Leute ok aber nix für ältere

Sanitär und Bett gut.

Da weiß ich nicht wo ich anfangen soll, gut wir sind beide über 70 Jahre da möchte man von der Seite ins Bett nicht übers Fußende krappeln müssen,dan gab es keinen Schrank 2 -3 Kleiderbügel und es war alles sehr eng, jis auf die Dusche die war gut.

Beautiful energizing hotel with BIG delicious breakfast

Nice rooms, ambiance, colors en enjoyed the lay-out of the hotel and the rooms. Big breakfast, a lot of fresh products, replenished regularly.

We ordered 2 rooms for in total 5 people (at Booking). This was not clear at check-in, they had prepared for 4 people. They immediately thought along and resolved it well without any costs.

A hip hotel - friendly staff - great seating areas

Fabulous stay in a very modern hotel. Breakfast was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a super amazing bathroom and wonderful shower. The place had a 24 hour gym and also a sauna.

Ett fräscht och bra hotell med härlig energi.

Nytt, fräscht och modernt hotell. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig både reception, bar och städare. Älskar det fina gymmet där det förutom bra träningsutrustning också fanns bast och handdukar som man kunde använda efter/under passet.

Mainz, Baby!

Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort und werde auch wiederkommen, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, durchdachte Badgestaltung, obwohl es an diesem WE ausgebucht war wirkte es eher ruhig, sehr leckere Backwaren beim Frühstück ... Haben am Abreisetag noch umsonst Fahrräder leihen können um Mainz zu erkunden.

Ich hätte mich gefreut wenn es vegane Wurst oder Käse gegeben hätte, oder Hummus, zumindest auf Nachfrage. Aber beim nachfragen wurde eher genervt reagiert. Dafür gab es viele andere leckere Sachen beim Frühstück und auch Hafermilch war vorhanden.

Aangenaam hotel met fraaie inrichting en goede voorzieningen, inrichting hotelkamer wat onpraktisch.

Originele inrichting, leuke uitstraling. Prima ontbijt.

Bij aankomst keiharde muziek in de lobby, geen matiging op ons verzoek, daardoor communicatie slecht mogelijk.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam und sehr freundlich! Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Zentrum, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen! Jederzeit gerne wieder :)

Tolle Lage, ausgefallenes Design

Die Einrichtung war toll und alles sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, Nahe Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war prima.

Wir sind morgens schon angekommen und haben gefragt ob unser Zimmer schon fertig ist. Dem war so aber wir hätten 10€ je Stunde zahlen müssen die wir vor 15 Uhr ins Zimmer gehen. Abends war leider die Bar und der Aufenthaltsraum für Gäste gesperrt da ein Faschingsverein alles gebucht hatte. Somit war es auch sehr laut .

Stylisch-modernes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe, angenehme Zimmergröße, große Dusche, WC separat von der Dusche, gut isolierte Fenster, einladender Loungebereich bei der Lobby, Innenstadt in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar

Das überwiegend junge Personal verhält sich bisweilen over-acting. So hat eine Delegation von 3 Mitarbeitern geklopft, um zu kontrollieren, ob die Betten gemacht wurden - sehr befremdlich. An der Rezeption wurden wir mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass wir kein Frühstück gebucht haben, obwohl wir lediglich einen Kaffee trinken wollten. Der Kaffee war auch recht teuer (das Frühstück übrigens auch).

Overall a great stay, highly recommended for Mainz.

Very conveniently located (5min on foot from the main train station and close to the city center), very clean and nicely designed, there’s a sauna and a gym for the guests on the top floors, complimentary drinks in the fridge and useful little accessories (needle and thread, basic cosmetics, a shoe polishing sponge etc).

Alles sauber, modern und gemütlich. Toller Blick vom Gym und von der Sauna aus über die Stadt. Nettes Personal, Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Zu Fuß sind kurzer Zeit im Zentrum

Beim Frühstück waren manchmal „gute“ Sitzplätze weg, wenn man als Familie kam, aber es konnte immer arrangiert werden

Goede uitvalsbasis voor Mainz, zakelijk en prive.

Het is een modern hotel op een goede locatie dicht bij het centraal station van Mainz. Kamers hebben een vernieuwende inrichting waarbij opvalt dat de toilet een apart kamertje is en niet standaard in de badkamer zit. Verder is de kamer van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft het een uitstekende douche. Ook verder maakt het hotel een prima indruk met een mooie loungehoek beneden en een prima restaurant met uitstekende wijnen! Vanuit het hotel is het historische centrum op loopafstand. Ook opvallend dat het aan een drukke weg ligt maar je nauwelijks its van het verkeer hoort - uitstekende isolatie.

Het hotel wil een moderne "jonge" uitstraling hebben. Dit resulteert erin dat iedereen je met je aanspreekt alsof je met elkaar heb geknikkerd. Geen groot probleem maar toch ietwat vreemd. Verder is de kamer modern en speels ingericht, maar een goede bureaustoel ontbreekt. Voor een zakenreiziger een paar uur op een houten kruk te zitten werken is niet ideaal en niet erg comfortabel. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpuntjes.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert und kann flexibel gebucht werden. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu den Bussen/Straßenbahnen ist ideal und auch zu Fuß kommt man schnell in die Nähe von Dom etc.

Awful vibe

Hipster hotel but managed to be soulless. We cancelled one of our nights as we just did not like the vibe. They have lots for you to buy with stacks of beer etc in the reception area and removed the kettles from the room because they have such good coffee at their bar (quote from management)! At breakfast i asked for a soft boiled egg and they had 3 attempts to supply one. 2 were so raw that when i cut the top off the egg flowed everywhere the third was a warmish hard boiled egg. (This may sound petty but for some reason my gut hates scrambled/hard boiled eggs so i have soft boiled eggs). They advertise DJ etc but this is a very occasional thing and when we returned at night there was no one in the bar area- dead quiet.

Tolles Hotel mit einem jungen, aufgestelltem Team

Moderne, stylishe Zimmer, die eine gute Grösse haben und praktisch eingerichtet sind - alles da, was man benötigt. Das Hotel legt Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und auf lokale Produkte (local heros) und arbeitet mit verschiedenen Köchen zusammen (Pop-Up Restaurants), welche quartalsweise wechseln (so haben wir es jedenfalls verstanden). Wir hatten das Glück, die Grillkreationen von Sterne-Koch Sascha Wolter und seinem Team zu geniessen - traumhaft. Das Frühstück ist nicht gerade billig, aber ausgezeichnet und seinen Preis wert. Die Lage ist zentral (HB 200 m, Innenstadt 800 m), hat aber auch eine eigene Tiefgarage, für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto anreisen. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis eher an der oberen Grenze, aber für städtische Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Mainz sind, werden wir zweifellos wieder beim me and all hotel absteigen.

Da gibt es nichts, dass besser gemacht werden könnte - weiter so!

Sehr enttäuschend, nie wieder.

Das Zimmer war schön und das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Leider war der Verkehrslärm auch auf der strassenabgewandten Seite deutlich zu hören, die Fenster scheinen gegen Schall nicht besonders gut zu isolieren. Die starke Lärmbelästigung durch laute Musik bis nach Mitternacht aufgrund der Feier das 5-jährigen Jubiläums war auch nicht gerade angenehm, wenn auch als Ausnahme im Grundsatz entschuldigbar. Sehr unbefriedigend war allerdings der Umgang damit, dass durch einen kurzfristigen Krankheitsfall die übrige Familie nicht wie geplant mitreisen konnte. Ich habe mich sofort nachdem dies klar wurde bereits am Nachmittag während der Anreise an die Rezeption gewandt mit Bitte um ein kleiners Zimmer. Nach Ankunft war dazu noch nichts passiert und es brauchte mehrere Nachfragen, auch am nächsten Tag, bis endlich ein Arrangement gefunden worden war, das zu einer gewissen Preisreduktion geführt hat. U.a. sei gem. Auskunft der Rezeption die entscheidungsbefugte Person nicht anwesend gewesen, was mit dem bevorstehenden Fest begründet wurde, was mir als Gast natürlich nicht weiterhilft. Auch war deutlich zu spüren, dass die Situation nicht gross interessiert hat, da die Buchung über booking.com erfolgt ist und es scheint, dass man dort die Gäste gerne dafür 'straft'. Schliesslich wurden beim Checkout doch die Reduktion für 3 (statt 2) von 3 Nächte abgezogen, was ich nett fand aufgrund der Gesamtsituation. ABER: einige Tage später erhalte ich eine Nachrechnung per Mail und Belastung meiner Kreditkarte. Mir sei eine Reduktion zu viel gestattet worden und diese wurde ohne jegwelchen Kommentar in der Email meiner Karte nachträglich belastet. Inklusive dem nicht konsumierten Frühstück! Kann ich leider gar nicht empfehlen.

- Unser kleiner Bolonkarüde hat 19€/Nacht gekostet, was wir persönlich sehr teuer finden. - Das Parkhaus ist öffentlich und ebenfalls höherpreisiger, sodass wir uns einen Ausweichstellplatz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gesucht haben

Modern hotel with amazing decorations but requires many improvements

1- Location 2- Modern 3- Decoration 4- Support in giving us late check out

1- AC not cooling down at all and it was too warm inside the room due to the hot weather. Cannot open window because it was too noisy from the street 2- No fan was provided when requested due to limited number and it was only provided for the last night out of the stayed four nights and it was in bad condition 3- breakfast options, quality and service require improvement 4- Housekeeper was too rude. He enters the room in the morning (around 9 am ) without knocking the door. I warned him but still behavior continued next days 5- Poor housekeeping. Bedsheets never replaced even after the 3rd night
