Toujours merveilleux

Tout est bien, c'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient et toujours dans cet hôtel. Très calme, gare a proximité ainsi que commerces pr manger. Très propres, machine Nespresso dans la chambre, parking facile d'accès.l'hotel est beau, on dort très bien

Séjour 6 nuits à Zandaam

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du lieu avec la gare de Zaandam (accessible en 10 minutes en train d’Amsterdam) Ainsi que l’architecture du bâtiment et le confort de la chambre. Le personnel du bar (madame) s’est montré très agréable. Merci à elle

Malheureusement, l’accueil n’était pas efficace, on ne nous a pas donné d’indications concernant le déjeuner, ni le restaurant et les équipements de l’hôtel disponibles comme le fitness. J’ai trouvé aussi désagréable de devoir d’abord payer le déjeuner avant de manger, cela gâche l’expérience. Le personnel d’accueil ne s’est pas montré très accueillant et souriant.

Super mooie en ruime kamer. Zeer comfortabele bedden en hoofdkussen. Parking vlakbij, station,winkels allemaal vlakbij. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi modern hotel. Ruime badkamer met regendouche. Pluspunt is koele frigo op kamer. Alles is top!

Ottima la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni per raggiungere comodamente il centro di Amsterdam. Colazione ben fornita con buoni prodotti.

Molto lento il servizio e poco attento lo staff di sala del bistrot interno (pranzo/cena).

All the staff were truly professional and yet fantastic on a personal level too. The suite room was large open spaced with a great shower room. The night time restaurant and bar food was excellent totally worth the extra cost.

Being a brit the only thing missing was the English breakfast as its just a continental one but that's more personal preference. The quality of the food looked superb. The bed in the suite was a a brilliant size but due to being memory foam I was unable to use it, so slept on the sofa bed which was more firm.

Splendid hotel

Luxury hotel close to Zaandam station. Clean and comfy for a family of four.

Aircon in our room did not work properly during a heat wave. Breakfast was a bit too expensive for us (especially since we were four). Hotel should consider offering breakfast packages for families?

Big rooms. Near station 10 minutes the centre with the train.

The room is cold and we cannot increase the temperature. The staff is rube. You pay for the parking 12/day with no free option around. The room was big and modern but with no spirit and cause of the high sealing was very cold. The bed has a hole and the mattress moves away from their place all the time

The hotel was lovely, located right next to train station which is only 2 stops away from central. shops around hotel so easy to grab things you need

The beds were uncomfortable, the room could of done with a repaint as walls were very dirty and marked.
