The room is fine, two single beds pushed together and everything looks like it does in the pictures. Beds are comfy and sheets were spotless
It's a sham - everything is built on the lowest possible budget so the furniture is shoddy, the shower leaked all over the floor, the toilet door didn't close easily and the power outlets were sketchy. Also, awful graffiti on the way in. It would be so easy for the owners to paint over this, and looking at other reviews they've known about it for months, but haven't cared to put any effort in.

Communication is great, they replied quickly ober WhatsApp and were super nice and tried everything to make the stay as a nice as possible. The room had everything you need and the location is great.
It wasn't too clean and you can hear everything going on outside (it wasn't too bad though).

Great location, just 3 min by walk is parking and bus stop + it’s right in the old town
Dirty surrounding of the apartments, even in the hallway you could smell cat urine and when you go out there’s a broken ceiling and a group of more than 20 stray cats. Also the air conditioning was very strong and couldn’t be turned of or regulated (that could probably by fixed if we contacted the provider but we stayed for only one night so that wasn’t much of a problem).

The location was really great and close to the beach. The staff were really helpful and we even bought an extra boat trip with them which was really amazing.
We really had a great time, and the best part, air conditioning hahahaha
PS: So many cats around there, and we are cat lovers.
The noise the other guests would do by slamming their door all the time, or screaming sometimes.

Nice and confy room in the hart of Zadar
The access to the room is thru a door (broken) that takes you in to an internal court of the building, extremely dirty, with a smells of urine and full of wild cats.....

Comfortable bed, clean, very good location
No doors for the bathroom

Location is excellent. Room was a good level of quiet and dark at night. AC meant temperature was ideal for sleeping.
Entrance way into the building could use better lighting. Would be nice if there was complimentary shower gel
3.5
clean
it was a bit scary getting to the front door. to get to room you had to walk through a dilapidated building where there was a broken window, falling down ceiling and graffiti

Location was good
Bathroom could have been better
4.5
Comfortable and clean, fine for sleeping and showering. In a quiet part of the old town.
Although it's quiet it's in a run down part of town and as other reviews have stated it does smell of cat wee around and in the building but not the room.
The room is very compact, fine for sleeping but not much space.

Very beautiful appartment in old town. Close to sightseeing and restaurants! Very clean and comfortable bed!

Location is ok, everything is working and clean. Room size just enough! Seems recently redecorated, nice and comfy. Airconditioning. Easy rezervation, contact with staff pleasant. Our request for different check in and out was accepted and meet. Overall nice experience.
Building entrance smells like stinking cat (not pleasant fearst apperance, entering backbuilding rooms 5-6-7-8 is clean and smell-free). Toilet is really small.

A small spotlessly clean we'll equipped room in a great location.
Entrance stairs and garden a bit scruffy
4.5
The room was a bit on the small size, the WC and the bathroom was too small and a bit uncomfortable. But the room was clean and nicely decorated.
The building tho was a bit unmanaged well, dark on the night and smelled bad. (But the room smelled nice.)
4.5
Got an early check in. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. After check out I was able to leave my luggage at the reception free of charge.

Very friendly staff who gave us recommendations for day trips. They sold us tickets, explained everything and were really helpful. We got a map with the old town and nice tips what to see. I was able to do an early check in as well.
Not a big deal but we could have used a bit more space to dry beach stuff.

outside graffiti

Not a lot. The shower was OK.
Penis graffiti. Stank of cat urine.

Great location, comfortable beds, good Wi Fi signal. The staff were really professional and helpuf, thank you.
2.0
The location.
There was a smell of cat urine in the entire building and to top it - mold in the room with extremely high humidity. The rooms were very small, no place to even open your suitcase and don’t get me started on the toilet space. Unless you are below 1.30 meters tall, you’re going to have a hard time to use it. The shower itself was inside the room, with glass doors surounding it, which is really cool for passing by people if you have’t closed the lids on the windows. The only positive thing about it was the location, and the “possible parking” is a paid public parking with a maximum time to use it 3 hrs and a price of 14 kunas per hour (around 2 €), if you’re lucky enough to find an available place to actually park. Giving the price, I’d definatelly not recommend it.

Room was clean. Stuff was nice.
Too small and dark room. Lot of cats around the property.
3.5
check in was easy, staff were helpful. room was really compact, but had everything we needed, and was done nicely & was a great location. we were only staying 1 night so worked well for us, but any longer the space might have been an issue
there was coffee, but no kettle (that we could see anyway) we could easily have asked but went out for coffee anyway.
3.5
Easy to book. Convenient location
I thought I'd paid for my dog but had to pay extra. And the parking ticket explanation needed to be clearer as I still have to find somewhere to pay it. Entrance into building was dingy and off putting.

The apartament is conveniently located in the old town - close to fruit market, Konzum, bakery, restaurants, etc. It takes only 5 minutes on foot to get to the Greetings to the Sun and promenade and around 10 to get to the beach. The room was equipped with AC and mini fridge, as well as with a kettle and mugs.
The staff was attentive, easily reachable, kind and helpful.
There was no shelf in the shower and the door won't close.
The room was extremely dark - in place of fancy lightbulbs, which gave almost no light at all, normal ones should be put in their place.
Also, there was no source of light in the corridor leading up to the apartament - we had to use flashlight in our mobiles at night.
Generally, room was clean, but there were cobwebs on the walls.
1.5
The rooms are really as they are on the pictures. The staff was super friendly and also solution oriented.
The facility itself is horrible. Our room was on the ground level next to a really savage inner garden, full with weeds and stray cats and a turtle! (We only saw one) Because of the cats everything stinks like cat pee. I really do like cats and I found the rooms really nice&clean, so this is why I was actually shocked as I walked into the facility. I couldn’t even breath. I can’t understand, how is this possible: Nice IKEA rooms in this old stinky ruined accommodation. And the building would have had so many possibilities!
