Location was close to the lifts. Convenience of keypad access. Great bathroom and kitchen amenities.
Missing information. Too far and confusing parking, check-in and unit access. Had to pay a $250 parking ticket due to wrong information communicated.

Great location. Very close to the lifts. about 100m from the snow.
No host support. The reception rarely opened and management was very slow to answer queries.

Horrible experience
I specifically booked for the convenient location and the parking. They did not give clear instructions on where you are allowed to park and I got a hefty fine for parking on P2/P3. They refused to compensate me. I do not recommend staying here.

Location was great. The room was clean and perfect size for my family.
We had 2 bathrooms and 1 shower would only get warm. The other shower luckily would be hot.

It was nice to be in the resort, the apartment kitchen was terrific.
The code did not work when we arrived for the outside door or our apartment door, another tenant let us in and a lengthy phone call to get into the apartment.
The sink and bathtub was clogged on day 5, it wasn't fixed and no communication after we had phoned in the problem.

Estaba limpio y de fácil acceso

It's in Park City. I loved the curtains!!! I want them. We had a couple of really good meals nearby. I liked that there was everything from an oven to a dishwasher that would have been handy if we were staying longer. We did everything through email. I didn't have to talk to anyone. They gave us a code to use to enter the building.
The carpet and barstool are stained. There was a goldfish in the pull out couch. We didn't need to sleep on it. There was construction out our window. I would have personally picked a different room if I knew ahead of time.

Awesome location
Had some issues getting the right code

Location was fine.
Accessing the property was a nightmare and it had us going from building to building as the instructions were not clear at all.

Poor labeling on multi-structure complex made finding unit difficult. Lots of deferred maintenance and safety issues. Did not stay, unit was unacceptable. Shared balcony door has no lock. Requested refund, no answer.

The huge pile of garbage in the under ground parking and no hot tub or swimming pool.

There's was no air conditioning and this was not advertised adequately. It was 95 degrees outside and we couldn't sleep while there for my partner's birthday. We called support several times and were promised a call back ..which we never received. Check-in was an absolute mess: several paragraphs of complex entry instructions with several DIFFERENT 10+ digit door codes, specific door entry requirements when doors and buildings aren't labeled, broken screen doors, and lack of lock on shared patio, cold hot tubs. Door codes are separate for amenities like hot tubs and are not included in the listing.

Great location, good hot tubes and pool, quiet also.
Directions to parking and the room need to be clearer, Make sure there is bedding for all beds. No carts to get stuff to the rooms had to carry all baggage, totes, coolers and skis to the room on arrive and departure. Only one trash bag supplied!

location
The multi digit door code. The directions. The noise (pounding music until 10 PM), photos made you believe the room was larger, there was no place to store suitcases or drawers to put clothes in, and the Internet connectivity was terrible (couldn't get to a website in some cases)

The room was very nice and clean
The instructions were terrible! We spent an hour trying to find our room and then we were unclear what codes we needed for which doors.

The location is beautiful. Right by a restaurant and Park City adventures. I originally picked this place because it had a kitchen. I was happy I could make meals all week. They also provided a parking pass which made it easier to park in the parking garage instead of parking across the street in the park city parking lot.
The unit had a few little broken things, but mainly the screen to the sliding door. It wouldn't have been so bad except you have to leave the door open because of the heat. The heat was absolutely unbearable with no AC in the unit. It was hotter inside than it was outside. No where does it say on the rental information there is no AC. It says *fans. I guess they expected people to understand that as a warning you may die of heat exhaustion when you rent this unit. I contacted the rental agency and they were not very nice but at least brought another fan. Not that it helped at all.

had a code for the door which was good, a little long but worked well. room was well appointed and clean, we also had wipes that we used to wipe down common surfaces before settling in.
there was not a lot of lighting in the middle of the unit where most of furniture was. Great light came in from windows, but only if you were near them all the time. there were not good instructions on how to check out. We had left and then hours later on the road - did receive a text asking us to confirm checkout.
