Doskonała lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Przystanek z autobusami miejskimi oraz międzymiastowymi w odległości 5 minut.
Cudowny Gospodarz Chris – pomocny, gościnny, uczynny. Przywitał nas koszem owoców i winem, w sam raz na ciepły wieczór :) W apartamencie wszystko, co potrzebne do szczęścia.
Przeszkadzały mi trochę wszechobecne gołębie obsiadujące gzymsy budynku. Myślę, że to problem do rozwiązania przez wspólnotę. Gruchały od wczesnych godzin – można to uznać za atut, jeśli ktoś lubi rano wstawać :)

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped, in a great location and with parking.
Chris, the host, is fantastic. He gave us so much useful information and was on hand throughout our stay - an absolute pleasure to speak to.
I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!

Super location, clean, big apartment with lovely balcony. Chris was very helpful every time we needed him. He was really available 24 hours a day. We even found in the apartment when we arrived fruit and flowers. We enjoyed our stay in Larnaca so much thanks to Chris and his wonderful place. His recommendations regarding travelling to different places of Cyprus and restaurants also were very helpful. So highly recommended from our family.

When we arrived our friendly host Chris, was there to meet us. He was very helpful and went through everything that we needed to know.
Our apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped for our stay.
There is only a short walk to the restaurants, St Lazaros Church and the are plenty of small grocery shops in the area .

The arrival process could not have been any easier. I received a very friendly message from the host Chris, with all of the information I needed for a seamless check in. There was a lock box at the side of the door to the apartment and he provided me with the code to access the key to the property. A very simple and quick process that could not have been made any easier.
Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and there was a very comprehensive welcome folder advising essential information and things to do/see in the local area. There was even a vase of flowers and a bowl of fruit, which was a very nice touch indeed. The whole place had a nice homely feel to it and is clearly very well loved and looked after.
The apartment itself is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could hope to need if you wished to cook or cater for yourself. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and wardrobe space for clothes. A double wrap around balcony that is accessed from the lounge and the double bedroom provides a nice outdoor space to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun.
The whole apartment has excellent wifi throughout and also a smart TV should you wish to spend time indoors.
An excellent location only a short stroll to Finikoudes Beach and the town centre. The sea front along the beach has a very good selection of restaurants and bars and this is where you will find your nearest small convenience store that sells most things you should need. If you have a car, then the AlphaMega large supermarket is literally a 5 minute drive away. A dedicated car parking space is provided at the back of the property, right near the lift. The car park is controlled by barrier entrance and exit which makes it secure and gives you piece of mind.
On the occasions I contacted Chris for help or questions, his responses were always quick and super friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. In summary, I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely immaculately clean, modern, spacious. Has all the home from home amenities at hand. Lovely personal touches from the host, gorgeous fresh flowers on the table, fresh fruit basket, local wines and beers as a welcome gesture.
Excellent location to the centre of Larnaca and the beach front, literally a 5 min walk to the nearest beach, and all local bars, restaurants and amenities.
Chris the host is a lovely guy and on hand for any queries regarding your stay. Would highly recommend this property 😊

Very knowledgeable about the area, lots of tips re where to eat out etc. Apartment was spotless with nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine and bowl of fresh fruit. Helpful information in binder in the kitchen. All singing all dancing television system - more programs that I can get at home!!
There was a bus stop at the front of the apartment building and the waste bin was always overflowing which was a little offputting. This has absolutely nothing to do with the owner, I'm just mentioning as the only negative point

We were really lucky to meet such a great host as Chris is. Chris is really helpful and made our stay awsome. We were welcomed on this rainy day with delicious local wine in the appartment and fruits also fresh flowers were there. We loved the location of the property - there is 24h shop just round the corner and a delicious Zorba bakery. We definitely recommend this place
The only bad thing was the lenght of our holiday in Cyprus - only one week. I wish we could stay one more LOL

The apartment is large and spacious. Very well equipped (everything was there! iron, full kitchen equipment, big TV, sunny balcony). It was very nice to stay there - perfect for work and relax as well!

The hostess contacted me a few days before arrival, gave detailed instructions on how to get the key. When I asked about transport from airport, also explained & gave approximate prices as our flight arrived at 23:30. Apartment also very close to the start of the Radisson Blu International Marathon. The welcome fruit and bottle of wine made us feel very welcome.
We searched for the entrance to building as it was dark when we got there.. I would advise to explain on where entrance is.

Love!t roomy apartment, i.immaculately clean, very well equipped kitchen, nice size balcony, the lovely Gina, who was so helpful, very quiet for sleeping, washing machine and drying rack, lots of electric sockets and phone/tablet points.
Double bed a little firm, but that's a personal preference, not a fault. A little guide for local shops, bakery, restaurants would be useful?

The Owner, a lovely man met us at the entrance to the Car Park to allow us in and park the rental car. He took us up to the 2nd floor apartment and showed us around. A Bottle of local wine was waiting for us on the Kitchen side to welcome us. The apartment was beautifully renovated, USB points on each power socket, Free WiFi, TV with more channels from around the world than I can count. Air Conditioning in the Lounge and both bedrooms along with modern ceiling Fan's / Light. The place was immaculate and fully stocked with all the crockery and kitchen wares you could wish for. Bath and Hand towels provided as well as Tea Towels. A Music system is in the kitchen along with a rack full of CD's. 2 x racks of novels where available also. Local area info was on the side. This is a City Center Apartment and as such is approx 5 mins from Larnaka beach and shops. Restaurants start at about a minutes walk and spread out along the promenade. The balcony affords a Side Sea View across the marina and the rear balcony offers lovely sunsets across the distant hills. We loved it so much for it facilities and convenience that we will be booking again very soon.

The host was really helpful and friendly and we arrived to fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit which was wonderful! The apartment was bigger than we expected, everything is finished to a good standard and the place was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including a washing machine. The air con was great and much appreciated as we visited in July. Beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony views across the town to the distant mountains. The location is excellent as it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the town/beach front. We had our own parking space too. It felt very like home. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Very good location close to everything, parking place included was good addition, so there was no problem with finding place on the street. The host was very helpful and friendly. The appartment was in excellent condition, clean and spacy. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Larnaca.

Very tastefully redecorated apartment, very spacious and well equiped. The apartment was extremely clean. The pictures on booking.com reflect reality. Great location near beach, historic center, restaurants etc. Easy communication with Gina reacting swiftly to all our questions. Private parking space available which comes in handy during the high season. We highly recommend!

Spacious, renovated, clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. You will find everything you need in the apartment. Wifi is great. Powerful AC, comfortable beds. Location is excellent too, close to the beach, many restaurants, however it was quiet in the apartment. Bottle of very nice wine as a welcome gift, thank you! We would definitely recommend and stay again.
We had to pay €200 deposit, perhaps it was written on booking.com but we didn’t notice. It would be great to receive a message before arrival with all details like deposit, wifi password, where is the car parking exactly etc. Our arrival and check-in was a bit chaotic.

The apartment is superb, now newly refurbished, with spacious and well equipped kitchen. Smart TV, nice big living room, with a/c and fans. A/c and fans also in bedrooms. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Everything was clean and nice. Very helpful and kind hosts. 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

The location Is perfect. near the beach, restaurants, cafes , the bus stations and even you can rent (Bike, Motor or car) from the next building. And there is a lot of shops to visit 10 min walking.

Great apartment and large enough that accommodated (2) families. The location is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants.
It is very hard to find this place since it is located in between the commercial buildings. We arrived by car and didn’t have the code to the gate opener so we had to wait for almost 30 minutes until the opener arrived.
