This was the nicest property we have ever stayed at. All of the items in the house were new and updated. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large and it was a great space for our family of 4(2 adults and 2 kids: 10 and 12) to stay. LOVED the fans in the bedrooms and in the family room. We wished the weather was a little cooler to enjoy the backyard. The place is easy to find and close to all places you would need. You can tell the people have rented places before, because they have thought of everything you would need or use at their place.

Great house, great lication. Very nice property with lovely outdoor space. Clean, well decorated, everything you need. Gabriel is quite responsive & thoughtful in preparing for guests. This will be our go to spot in Grants Pass for sure. Can't wait for our next visit

the property was great. Had questions about the gas stove and the owner was quick to respond. Very comfortable beds. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen. There was everything I needed to cook a meal. The washer and dryer were nice to have as well. The trash was not picked up when it was supposed to and my daughter saw them pull up to the house but they didn't take the trash. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for her Travel Nurse Contract in Grants Pass. It was an overall fantastic experience. Gabriel was pleasant to work with and quick to respond to any of our questions. The kitchen came fully stocked with all the dish-ware/utensils we needed and all appliances worked well. The bedrooms were cozy, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, everything was clean and organized. It was close proximity to the hospital and in a fantastic, safe, quiet part of Grants Pass. Highly recommend this place to anyone in search of somewhere to stay!

This home is truly cared for and it shows the minute you pull into the driveway. Our family unpacked our gear (with plenty of space, which were grateful for), deeply appreciated the pack n play already assembled in one of the bedrooms, and immediately felt at ease, at home, and relaxed after a long travel day. You felt the family love in all of the decor and thoughtful touches throughout the house. The location of the home is one mile from main downtown which is full of restuarants, shops and parks. We also drove to Medford's wine country, and Jebediah State Park in California to see the redwoods. Grant's Pass is a beautiful place and this home played a large role in our seeing that. Thank you!

This property is immaculate and on a beautiful street in a quiet and historic neighborhood, inside everything was updated and made for a flawless 5 day stay. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything day appliances (keurig coffee maker and kitchens aid stand mixer to name a few), washer and dryer meant that we could pack few set of clothes for the kids and made life so easy, “just like being home” one of our children remarked. Our rent was a surprising highlight of our trip. Thank you so much, definitely will recommend and stay there again!

This cottage was the perfect spot for 2 couples. The location is close to the historic downtown area. The house was very neat, clean and tidy and had everything that was needed. The backyard patio was great to sit on and enjoy the sunshine. The one and only thing that was missing a BBQ. Other than that it has everything that you need. Would definitely stay here again!

The Cottage is beautiful! When we arrived we pulled our car under the covered carport, the front yard is perfectly manicured and the outside of the is adorable. We opened the front door and the inside did not disappoint. The whole house is beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you need and the laundry room as well. The living and dinning room is nice and cozy with plenty of room. Both bedrooms are roomy and comfortable and the bathroom was great too. Sliding glass door in living room opens up to a large deck that overlooks a small running creek and beyond that is a large green yard also perfectly manicured. Not only was the inside immaculate so was the outside. Gabriel made the check in and check out as easy as it gets. My only suggestion is to get a dressing mirror other than that this place is perfect. Thank you for sharing your home and look forward to another stay.

Beautiful remodeled bungalow very nice quiet neighborhood. Less than mile walk to downtown. Nice kitchen! Spice rack and all updated appliances. Super nice. Shady large inviting back porch was great place to sit and read and relax. Good mattress in bed! - so important. It can be hard to find a good bed even in name brand hotels but this bed was great.

We had such a great stay in Grants Pass largely due to this wonderful house. It was like our home away from home! Furnished so nicely and the the backyard view was picturesque. We did not even mind the two days of rain! This was our first time experience with VRBO - and won’t be the last. So thank you to the owner. Everything was perfect.

We recently stayed at the Cozy Cottage and found it to be an excellent option for lodging in the Grants Pass area. The home is very conveniently located in the historical North West part of the city. As you explore the neighborhood, you find it has many beautifully restored Craftsmen and Victorian homes contributing to a nice neighborhood feel. The rental home itself is quite modern and extremely well supplied with all types of things you normally use in your own home. The kitchen is great if you like to cook. All the appliances were in good working order and there was an extensive selection of cooking utensils . The interior of the home is nicely appointed and provides a comfortable space to eat and relax. The backyard has a flowing stream, a large deck and is nicely landscaped. We would highly recommend this home. The only slight drawback was road noise during the morning commuting time in the front bedroom. Otherwise, it was very quiet.
