I liked the price, the last minute booking and the staff. I liked the help they provided for me and my son during our stay.
The crackheads in the town centre of BBridgewaterthe next day 😆

Really friendly and helpful staff, great food and decent showers.
The only issue is the street parking, which is free overnight but restricted after 8am, so ok if you don’t hang around in the morning.

Excellent. The hotel's food offering were plentiful. Starting with breakfast, it was excellent in taste and value for money.
The reception staff, principally interacting with the awesome Amanda, were very friendly and professional.
Not applicable. Regarding breakfast, the food and the service- I don't see any way to have improved. The staff/servers were constantly on top of any requests and guests' needs.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town, great free parking after 6pm a few meters away. Felt very safe. The hotel staff can’t do enough for you e.g if u can’t make breakfast they offer to give you a takeaway meal, restaurant wasn’t open till Wednesday but they still offered homemade burgers so you don’t go hungry. Room cleaned everyday, spotless and warm, great shower, extra blankets, Netflix etc. The attached pub is great with really nice food/staff. 100% recommend.
The only minor thing is as it’s an old building it can be a bit creaky if you’re a light sleeper, but they do provide earplugs even though it wasn’t loud enough for me to use them. Will 100% stay again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I loved the central location and the obvious history to the building.

Breakfast and staff
Very dilapidated , fusty smell, tired decor. Room 5 hasn’t a shower door, broken light , broken toilet, blinds and a tiny space 1.5 m by 3m approx overlooking a filth flat roof full of junk and cigarette butts.

Bill offered me the warmest welcome. A true gentleman. He was very polite and helpful. The Tudor hotel is a characterful building with quirky features. The small single room had everything you need. Very clean and well presented. Breakfast menu had lots to offer and morning staff were lovely.
I was in room 5. The creaky floorboards in the room above disturbed me all night long 😔constantly creaking whether it was other guests walking around or just caused by when they turned over in bed but the creaking was all night long. Such a shame because the room was lovely but unfortunately the ear buds supplied didn't work!! 😴

Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. I thought I had lost something and they were very happy to carry out a thorough search for the item.
The hotel is closeto the town centre.
Unique property different from the average chain hotel.
No car park although there is on street parking outside but you will have to move the car after 8.30am due to the restrictions. So not good if you want a lie in.
Toilet paper was very thin and not to the standard that you would expect. I've seen better in public conveniences.

Loved this historic building and it’s layout. The staff of this family run hotel were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu offered much more than the traditional full English. Overall great value for money.

Staff and breakfast!
The shower in room 19 had extremely low pressure and was difficult to shower in. Could it be an installation fault? Didn't have time to report at the time,l and only thing could fault.

Dust on the window blinds. Could really benefit from a refurb. Furniture and carpets are really old.

🅿️ A Diagram showing how to get to the nearest car park 🅿️ (closest walking distance ‘back’ to hotel) the town is all one way and little confusing, a diagram would be great 😊
Front bedroom very nice but can be noisy, especially when window is open for fresh air!.

Location and staff were great, also breakfast was good!
Minor point - Mattress was a little lumpy but fine a firmer more comfy mattress would be good.

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel for the price I paid especially for a Saturday night! The car park they recommended is super close and was free after 6pm and all day Sunday so I didn't need to worry about getting up to move my car. The hotel was really nice and my room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff in particular went above and beyond in making sure the guests were happy, the night porter and the lady at breakfast were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even let me check out slightly later as I hadn't arrived until midnight and was shattered. Would definitely stay again I think it was the best value hotel I've ever stayed in considering it included breakfast as well!
