Agridoce!

Da localização e do clima... Staff do p.almoco muito simpático

A água do mar deixou me um pouco arrependido....muito bassa e por vezes até suja, pensei que fosse mais transparente e quente como a que encontrei em Benidorm. Não gostei nada mesmo dos espetáculos do hotel ....duas pessoas apenas que se tinham que desdobrar desde manhã em atividades na piscina até à noite, não podendo fazer mais ....eles tinham que mexer no som, voltavam ao palco para continuar enfim....muito fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas Pior ainda reparei que, apesar de existirem alguns portugueses no hotel, senti que não gostavam muito de nós....só mesmo dos outros países, exceptuando o staff das refeições que era excelente e atencioso. Em resumo e em minha opinião pessoal....não voltarei !

Great hotel.

Whilst on holiday my mum fell ill and was staying at a local hospital. My daughter and myself stayed here for a few days and could not of thanked the staff enough for everything. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. After a short walk along the promenade there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Local supermarkets aswell. Really good location. Woukd recommended and stat again.

Nada.

De tres noches que nos alojamos, sólo 1 día nos hicieron la habitación. El único día que nos hicieron la habitación, no se porqué, el personal de limpieza escondió la colcha de una de las camas en un armario echa una bola, además, no colocaron bolsa en la papelera y eran bastante ruidos@s. Aunque finalmente el día que nos íbamos, pude hablar con la subdirectora y ésta, fue muy amable e intentó compensarnos, mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido nefasta. La verdad que he estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas mejores que este que se supone que es de 4 estrellas. Aparte el estado de conservación de la habitación era malo, con paredes rotas y desconchadas, ducha con manchas, los azulejos del baño despegados e incluso la puerta del baño no cerraba bien y los marcos estaban hinchados. En cuanto al desayuno, bastante repetitivo con mucha bollería industrial descongelada, huevos, cereales, pan, bacon y desayuno inglés. El café a pesar de que en la máquina ponía que era de Nespreso, era horrible y no hablemos de los zumos de la máquina, eso era agua con un sabor horrible. Al menos el personal del restaurante era bastante amable.

Bisschen Sonne tanken und direkt am Strand sind einfach plus punkte

Die Lage ist ganz gut, von flughafen bis zum Hotel 10min mit dem Auto, Taxi rund die 25€. Hotel zum Strand 5 min zu Fuß. Hotel zum Zug Haltestelle 15min zu Fuß von dort zum Altstadt 25min Fahrt 5-6 Euro rund Ticket.

Bei schlechtes Wetter durften die Kinder nicht in der indoor Pool, sauna und Pool ab 16jahre alt. Die Kinder durften nur die Pools draußen benutzen. Das Essen war ok, Frühstück ok, Abendessen na ja, gibt besseres.

Flott beliggenhet

Veldig flott beliggenhet. Flott utsikt over stranden fra rommet. Strandpromenaden er lang og flott. Tar ca. 25 minutter å gå inn til sentrum av Torremolinos. Hotellet ligger bare 3 km fra Malaga flyplass, kostet 17 Euro med taxi. Billig hotell med frokost og middag. Sikkert fint om sommeren, med de flotte bassengene og den korte avstanden til stranden.

Vi var to par som ønsket et rom med dobbeltseng, og et rom med enkeltsenger. Vi ønsket også rom i nærheten av hverandre. Vi fikk rom ved siden av hverandre, men to rom med dobbeltsenger. I dobbeltsengen var det et laken med teppe over, og det ble litt urolig om natten ved å dele laken og teppe. Dessuten var det svært lytt mellom rommene. De som bodde over oss bråket mye. Maten var veldig varierende, mye godt og mye dårlig. Skulle trene på treningssenteret på hotellet en dag, men det var stengt. Fikk ikke forklart hvorfor i resepsjonen.

Overall good stay nice break

Location ..clean …good feel ..lovely shower ..

Noisy rooms walls must be so thin could hear snoring from one side .. voices from the other ..and scraping and toilet flushing from above .. Lifts slow .. waiting for breakfast tables to be cleared before we could sit down none available most of the week stacked crockery slow to be cleared !!!

Mooi gelegen aan de boulevard

Mooie locatie

Restaurant personeel was onvriendelijk. Prima ontbijt. Het diner viel tegen zowel qua keuze als qua qualiteit. Een 'vreetschuur' zonder enige sfeer, net als de rest van het hotel. Het hotel was echt nog niet volgeboekt. Maar de herrie in het restaurant was niet te doen. Zeker niet met die verschrikkelijk harde en lelijke muziek erbij.

Good for the price and quality we got

Good price-quality ratio for what we paid. The food was good quality and tasty, plentiful breakfast, sparkling wine at breakfast. We liked. The dinner selection was also quite large, the desserts was different. The food experience is positive. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.

Room cleaning poor, need to improve. I did not like the location of the hotel, it is very far from shops, the center, there is nothing nearby. You have to walk 1.5-2 km to reach the stores. Expensive taxi

Sleep well, plunge in the pool with kids, EAT ELSEWHERE HEALTHIER REAL FOOD.

Rooms clean, AC, Complementary water, tee, coffee is nice. Decent small fridge! Friendly crew. Great view.

Poor quality breakfast. Too few fresh (living) vegetables and fruits compared to 4* Hotel Ocean House, that offered tremendous fresh veggies and fruits as well. Here too much artificial anti-food to stuff your guts full (sugar, wheat, unhealthy fats). Get your food elsewhere! They restaurant crew stopped me and prohibited to take some slice of melon from breakfast to our room to eat it later when able (after I got bad diarrhea and vomiting previous night).

Pleasant

Breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of choice and items were replenished frequently. Location was nice - beach front and many shops and bars in walking distance.

The room was too small, even for 2 of us. The shower temperature would not regulate - it was either way too hot or very cold. The cleaning of our room was hit and miss, we were left water on a couple of days but the tea and coffee was never replenished and some days old towels were left.

- breakfast good but disappointing for a 4* standard, no good coffee (only weak vending machines) or no option to order well-prepared coffee; - acoustics in the room, especially when there are loud neighbors.

Honest review of 8 night stay

Hotel is clean and rooms are nice and spacious. The door to enter the room is so small the same as the lifts that our stroller barely fits in. So perhaps not very suitable with babies. Speaking of babies, there is no changing facility anywhere in the hotel. Therefore not family friendly. Also the walls are very thin so if your neighbours come back from partying late you feel like they are in your bed talking. Phone in the room is not working, when my husband addressed it at the reception they giggled and said "some phones work and some don't all over the hotel"- doesn't seem like a solution to me. Water in the shower and the sink is either boiling hot or freezing cold, but if you tell reception they will fix it. Pool area is ok and you can always find beds. Most umbrellas are broken so you will need to figure it out yourself since there is no pool area staff at all. Also there are no little tables for your drinks or snacks next to the lounger so you will have to put it all on the ground at this 4 star facility. Also bar prices change in the evening, so if you pay for non alcohol mojito 6 euro during the day in the evening its 15 euro. If you ask for iron you will have to pay a deposit, but they don't have any ironing board so go figure where you will iron. Breakfast selection is OK and balcony for breakfast is fab to enjoy your cup of coffee. Lunch and dinner selection has a lot of fried foods like chicken nuggets, chips etc. Even you pay 25 euro for buffet perhaps it would be nice to see more effort. Lift to go downstairs to the pool area or the bar is sometimes broken, so if you are with a stroller or a wheelchair you have to figure out how you will get downstairs. My husband had to carry the stroller up and down all the time to get out, staff seen this on number of occasions and didn't offer any solution. Another option is to walk around the building to get out which is what we did other half of the time.

Perfect

Loved everything about the property. Nice, clean and large rooms and swimming pools were the best. Plus we enjoyed the sea view from our room. The breakfast was fabulous with numerous options even for vegetarians.

Generally very different disappointing for a 4 star.

Near the beach

I stayed for 3 nights with my 8 year old son. All rooms have a view of the sea but half the hotel overlooks the industrial air conditioning units. They charge you per person to get a room that isn’t over looking the air con. Reception staff are slow and seem and unqualified. considering this is the start of the season many staff seemed unhappy The food was ok but the restaurant starting closing at dinner time around 9pm The all inclusive deal is massively over priced for what you’re entitled to. Kids are charge a similar price to adults. There are also at least 20 exposed nails under the bar which you may cut yourself on.

Close to airport. Beautiful exterior. Clean and looked newly refurbished/built.

Pool areas stunning. Good location for a beach holiday. Rooms clean and fully equipped. We only had 1 night as it was a stopover before an early flight but would go back. Didn’t use restaurant but looked beautiful.

Staff were friendly but seemed thinly stretched. Lobby and bar area beautiful but couldn’t find anyone to serve us so went elsewhere. Wouldn’t put me off staying. Parking expensive.
